Pelatihan Media Sosial Sebagai Sarana Pemasaran Produk Serundeng “Saur” di Desa Batubulan, Gianyar – Bali
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tentang cara memperluas pemasaran produk serundeng/saur yang selama ini hanya di sekitaran Desa Batubulan saja. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membuat dan melakukan pelatihan media sosial Instagram. Metode yang digunakan dalam mewujudkan tujuan tersebut adalah memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cara membuat akun instagram serta memberikan branding pada produk yaitu “Subali”. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan permasalahan, menentukan strategi pemasaran, mewujudkan media sosial serta melakukan pelatihan dasar dalam memasarkan produk di media sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah branding produk yaitu “Subali” serta media yang digunakan untuk memasarkan produk yaitu Instagram. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan solusi agar produk yang ditawarkan bisa dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan bantuan media sosial, diharapkan pelanggan bisa memesan tanpa harus ke tempat produksi secara langsung.The purpose of this research is to provide solutions on how to expand the marketing of serundeng/saur products, which so far have only been around Batubulan Village. The solution offered is to create and conduct Instagram social media training. The method used in realizing this goal is to utilize technology by creating an Instagram account and branding the product, namely "Subali". The stages carried out in this research are determining problems, determining marketing strategies, realizing social media and conducting basic training in marketing products on social media. The results of this study are product branding, namely "Subali" and the media used to market the product, namely Instagram. This research was conducted to provide solutions so that the products offered can be reached by the wider community. With the help of social media, it is hoped that customers can order without having to go to the production site directly
Hotel Strategy in Facing the Covid-19 Pandemic (The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Experience)
Purpose: This research is conducted with the aim of examining the management strategy of a hotel in a Covid-19 pandemic situation.
Research methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with virtual interview techniques and literature study.
Findings: The strategy adopted by the hotel, in this case The Westin Resort Nusa Dua is a generic strategy and a corporate functions strategy.
Implication: The strategy is expected to become a reference for other hotels during the Covid-19 pandemic so that the hotels can still operate even in abnormal conditions
Green Human Resource Management Practices in Hospitality Industry: A General Review
Abstract: Purpose: This article aims to explore the concept of Green Human Resource Management (HRM), the Green HRM model, and the practice of Green HRM implementation in the hospitality industry.
Research methods: This study used a qualitative descriptive method with literature review. The article was taken as study material using the Google Scholar search engine.
Findings: Human resource managers must have a good awareness of the Green HRM concept, after which Green HRM practices can be carried out, such as: green building concepts, minimizing paper use, recycling and disposal of waste, and energy conservation. They should clearly integrate the concept of Green HRM in human resource functions.
Implication: Employees are expected to have a vision of sustainability, which is in the end company also concentrates not only on economic sustainability, but also ecology, and the social environment
Pandawa Beach Marketing Strategy 4.0 during the Covid-19 Pandemic
Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this study is to introduce more aggressively the existing situation of Pandawa Beach (Pantai Pandawa) in Badung, Bali, Indonesia, by implementing a marketing strategy 4.0 during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Research methods: The primary data of this study are from observations and interviews with the community and tourism destination managers and other informants who were determined by the snow ball method. The secondary data for this study are from literature study and documentation.
Findings: To increase the number of visits during the pandemic, it is necessary to provide more intensive information about the existence, programs, and attractions provided by Pandawa Beach management. The implementation of marketing strategy 4.0 for Pandawa Beach is very important. It is carried out with the 5A component strategy, namely Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate.
Implication: Pandawa Beach Managers are expected to be able to promote and provide appropriate information to the public through offline and online (social media networks) so that later it will become an attraction for tourist arrivals during the pandemic
Improving Tourist Attraction Quality at Tiga Warna Beach Malang, East Java
Abstract: Purpose: This paper is to find out the green tourism application on Tiga Warna Beach, Malang, East Java, Indonesia, with SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis.
Research methods: This research uses qualitative descriptive method and is done by observing the existence and situation that happens in the field of research and studying some related literatures.
Findings: Tiga Warna Beach is a beautiful and attractive destination for tourists but some restrictions make this beach less crowded every day. Tourists who visit are satisfied with the natural beauty served. The final results of development strategies are based on the analysis of SWOT.
Implication: A macro business perspective is required for Tiga Warna Beach. Local people and the government should work together by focusing on the common benefits of the destination rather than on opportunistic objectives
Marketing Mix Strategies to Increase Revenue of Le Vista Restaurant, Chamonix, France
Purpose: This research aims to determine how is the implementation of the marketing mix strategies and to determine the right and effective marketing strategies to be implemented in increasing revenue of Le Vista Restaurant, Alpina Hotel & Chamonix, France.
Research methods: This research was done at Le Vista Restaurant, Alpina Hotel & Spa Chamonix, France. Its data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. They were analyzed using SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis techniques.
Findings: There are internal and external factors that influence marketing strategies in increasing revenue at Le Vista Restaurant, Alpina Hotel & Spa Chamonix, France. Based on the results of the IFAS analysis, the main strength is the easy access to go to Le Vista Restaurant from city centre or tourist destination in Chamonix area, while the main weakness is the service from staff to customers at Le Vista Restaurant. Based on the EFAS analysis, it is known that the main opportunity is the influence of customer expenditure pattern that affect the selection and purchase of products, while the main threat faced was local government regulations in the Covid-19 situation.
Implications: The results of the IE put the company in the position of Growth Strategic (Cell II). SWOT analysis resulted in 8 strategies, obtained 3 priority marketing strategies and have been calculated through the QSPM with a total TAS of 332.76, 216.53, and 210.86 as follows prioritizing guest satisfaction by providing benefits such as providing satisfying service and affordable prices offered according to the experience gained, organizing special sales and marketing departments for Le Vista Restaurant, and adding product variants for restaurants such as creating packages for customers and innovating by creating different products according to the season in France.
 
Increasing Room Occupancy and Room Revenue through Price Decision Strategy
Purpose: The purpose of this article is to find out the pricing strategy implemented currently and the strategy should be implemented to increase room occupancy and room revenue at 5 star hotel in Kuta tourist area, Bali, Indonesia.
Research methods: The data analysis techniques used in this research are quantitative analysis technique, analyzed using path analysis in SPSS Program version 25 and the qualitative descriptive analysis to interpret data information through word based on the result and the real situation.
Findings: The pricing strategies implemented currently at the hotel are pricing strategy based on competitor, flexible pricing, and discount pricing. This strategy has a positive effect on room occupancy and room revenue. The flexible pricing is a profitable strategy to increase room occupancy and room revenue of the hotel.
Implication: The hotel must pay attention to the prices offered by the competitors, the flexible prices offered by the hotel website, the discount priced offered to the customers and reconsider pricing strategies that have proven ineffective to be implemented in the future
Intrinsic-Extrinsic Motivation and Work Performance of Hotel and Spa Employee
Purpose: This research is to know the application of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation to improve the performance of employees of a 4 star hotel and spa in Kuta, Bali, Indonesia.
Research methods: Data obtained through observations, interviews, and questionnaires for 52 employees of the hotel and spa. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.
Findings: Intrinsic motivation (X1) has a positive effect on performance with a beta coefficient value of 0.393 having a positive value and a significance value of 0.003. Extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive effect on performance with a beta coefficient value of 0.362 having a positive value and a significance value of 0.000. The test results for F arithmetic show the value of F is 54,833 and the significance value is 0,000.
Implication: It is expected that the company is able to carry out their duties properly in improving the performance of their employees, one of which is by motivating the employees
TREND CYCLE ANALYSIS ON FAST FASHION PRODUCTS
Purpose: trend cycles need to be understood to know the developments and changes in trends infast fashion as well as consumer considerations in consuming fast fashion products.Research methods: Trend changes in such a short time need to be analyzed further through trendstages, trend cycles, and trend differentiation that occurs in fast fashion. To analyze the trend in fastfashion products, a qualitative descriptive method was conducted in which the research processconsisted of collecting and compiling data, analyzing and interpreting phenomena.Findings: Trends provide trends in fast fashion products such as colors, styles, themes, motifs,and cuts/silhouettes. In general, fashion trends generally only recognize two seasons, includingspring/summer (spring/summer) and autumn/cold (fall and winter). Fast fashion has 52 trends in ayear or about once a week. In fast fashion, trend changes are influenced by the stages of the fashioncycle, fashion flows, trend differentiation, and trend adopters.Implications: Fast fashion is a design, manufacturing and marketing method that focuses onproducing large quantities of clothing quickly and at affordable prices. Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Dalam Mengelola Data UMKM di Desa Kukuh, Kecamatan Kerambitan, Tabanan
Untuk mewujudkan kemandirian desa, maka berbagai upaya dapat dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Adapun yang dimaksud dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat desa ini adalah pengelolaan aset dan potensi desa, salah satunya adalah sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Desa Kukuh memanfaatkan peran teknologi dalam mengelola seluruh UMKM yang ada di dalam Desa Kukuh itu sendiri. Karena dengan pemanfaatan teknologi dapat memudahkan Pemerintah Desa dalam mendata dan mengelola sekaligus memberikan kebijakan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini adalah tidak adanya informasi dan pengelolaan data yang valid mengenai jumlah UMKM yang ada pada Desa Kukuh. Hal ini berdampak ketika Pemerintah Desa ingin memberikan program dan kebijakan menjadi tidak maksimal. Permasalahan lain yang muncul keterkaitan dengan data ini mengakibatkan informasi mengenai UMKM itu sendiri menjadi tidak maksimal. Berdasarkan permasalan tersebut maka dibuatkan sebuah sistem direktori yang nantinya akan menyimpan seluruh data UMKM di Desa Kukuh. Dari hasil jejak pendapat yang dilakukan bahwa 92,1% pelaku UMKM menyatakan bahwa aplikasi bermanfaat bagi pelaku usaha dan seluruh pelaku usaha (100%) bersedia untuk didaftarkan pada aplikasi. Kemudian seluruh pengurus (100%) menilai aplikasi ini sangat bermanfaat.The village government can make various efforts to achieve village independence, one of which is empowering village communities. The management of village assets and potential, one of which is the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, is what is meant by village community empowerment. Kukuh Village takes advantage of technology's role in managing all MSMEs inside of Kukuh Village. Because technology can make it easier for the Village Government to record, manage, and provide policies. The current issue is the lack of accurate information and data management regarding the number of SMEs in Kukuh Village. This has an impact when the Village Government wants to provide subpar programs and policies. Other issues arise as a result of this data, resulting in inadequate information about MSMEs. Based on these issues, a directory system was developed to store all MSME data in Kukuh Village. According to the poll results, 92.1% of MSME actors thought the application was useful for business actors, and all business actors (100 percent) wanted to be registered with the application. The application is then rated as very useful by all administrators (100%)
