LEGONG DANCE CREATION OF ARAS KEMBANG WINDHU: AN EXPLORATION OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF TUKAD BINDU HISTORY
Get PDFPurpose: Legong Kreasi Aras Kembang Windhu is an artwork inspired by the mythology surrounding Tukad Bindu. This stream is considered a symbol of the greatness of the creator, representing tenderness in maintaining the purity, cleanliness, and sustainability of water sources as the breath of life. The purpose of this work is to unite aesthetic creativity and history, making Tukad Bindu a source of deep inspiration that reflects the aesthetic imagination of nature and explores Hindu mythological sources related to the beauty of tourist attractions in Denpasar City.
Research methods: The method of creating this dance work adopts the angripta-sesolahan approach by I Ketut Suteja through several stages, which include planning, joint prayer rituals, material selection, formation of improvised motion results, and the first performance for evaluation.
Findings: The result of the creation of Legong Kreasi Aras Kembang Windhu is a dance work that describes the philosophy of water mythology and relates it to the natural history of Tukad Bindu. The alignment of the history of white and yellow Julit fish in Tukad Bindu is the basis for the depiction of human life in this performance. Through this performance, it is hoped that people can better understand and appreciate the importance of preserving nature, especially water and river areas, and promote awareness of sustainability and natural beauty in harmony.
Implications: Basically, Legong Kreasi Aras Kembang Windhu is not just a work of art for a prestigious art event but also a tribute to cultural heritage and an innovative attempt to introduce it to the public uniquely and interestingly.

Get PDFPada tahun 2019 telah terjadi sebuah wabah penyakit yakni virus COVID 19. Di Indonesia terjadi peningkatan penularan COVID 19 yang sangat signifikan hingga awal maret 2020, yang membuat pemerintah memberlakukan sistem pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) pada provinsi yang banyak terpapar virus COVID 19 khususnya di Kalimantan Tengah dan beberapa wilayah yang ada di indonesia. Hal ini menyebabkan proses pembelajaran secara tatap muka harus ditiadakan untuk sementara yang mendorong pelaku pendidikan pembelajaran untuk melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, guru dan siswa diwajibkan melakukan pembelajaran secara online, meskipun pada dasarnya belum pernah dilakukan pembelajaran secara online. Menganalisis seberapa efektif pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran secara online menggunakan google classroom dari sudut pandang siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengambilan data dengan membagikan angket secara online, dari pengabdian diambil sampel 32 siswa dari SMK Negeri 3 Palangka Raya. Hasil yang didapat yaitu pembelajaran online telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan belajar mengajar tetap dapat dilakukan dengan efektif meskipun tidak bertatap muka. Masih diperlukan usaha ekstra dari pemerintah dan segala pihak yang berkaitan agar siswa dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran online secara efektif. No full textMasyarakat Hutan Adat Ghimbo Pomuan, Kampar Riau sangat menjaga hutannya. Keaneragaman hayati di hutan adat ini cukup tinggi. Masyarakat tidak diperbolehkan menebang pohon, tetapi diijinkan untuk mengambil hasil hutan bukan kayu (HHBK), berupa getah, kulit, tanaman obat, buah, rotan, dan sebagainya. Di beberapa lokasi terdapat rumpang akibat banyak pohon-pohon tumbang secara lamai. Hasil perhitungan kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan teknik budidaya anakan lokal komersil 42% masyarakat adat belum mengetahui cara yang baik teknik mencabut anakan alam dan 58% yang sudah tahu. Setelah dilakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktek di lapangan, maka hasil penilaian kuisioner menunjukkan 91% sudah mengetahui teknik mencabut anakan alam dengan baik dan benar, dan hanya 9% yang belum tahu. Hal ini menujukkan bahwa masyarakat adat mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan praktek teknik mencabut anakan alam secara baik dan benar. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa 10 bibit cabutan alami 100% hidup, artinya bahwa penanaman cabutan alami yang dilaksanakan berhasil dan 100% hidup tanpa ada yang mati. Harapannya ke depan bahwa bibit cabutan alam yang ditanam akan tumbuh subur dan mampu mengurangi rumpang dan erosi yang terjadi di Hutan Adat Ghimbo Pomuan

Potential threats and violations of a person's privacy rights containing important personal information are increasingly prevalent. Almost unrestricted digital access activities pose a threat of violating one's right to privacy. Personal data containing important information may be accessed by the Data Controller and potentially disseminated freely and irresponsibly. The right to privacy is part of the human right to obtain protection for oneself based on Article 28 Letter G section (1) The 1945 Constitution of The Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the protection of the right to privacy of personal data. This research uses normative juridical research methods by exploring legal sources. With the passing of Law Number 27 of 2022, it is hoped that it will increase understanding of the right to privacy of personal data of every citizen to be able to maintain and be responsible for the right to privacy of personal data and become a legal umbrella for the Indonesian nation in upholding justice and providing legal protection in accordance with applicable regulations
Impact of Internet Culture on Indonesian Values and Moral Decision Making

The internet provides a platform for the exchange of ideas and perspectives, and it has the potential to shape and transform social and cultural norms and values. For example, internet culture may promote the spread of liberal and progressive ideas, and it may provide a voice to marginalized and underrepresented groups. Exposure to internet culture can influence Indonesian values and moral decision making in a number of ways. One of the key ways is through the exposure to a wider range of ideas, perspectives, and behaviors, which can challenge and broaden existing cultural norms and values. For example, internet culture may expose individuals to more liberal and progressive ideas, promoting greater tolerance and inclusiveness. This study aims to find out how the impact of the internet for Indonesia, especially values and moral decision making. Based on the literature study conducted in this study, it is known that the internet has both positive and negative impacts on Indonesian values and moral decision-making. To minimize negative impacts, strategies such as content filtering, media and digital literacy programs, promoting responsible online behavior, and enforcing online regulations could be implemented. A proactive and multi-faceted approach that considers the specific context and needs of Indonesian society could help to maximize the internet's positive benefits while minimizing its negative impacts

Penerapan penentuan siswa berprestasi di SMK Negeri 1 Kefamenanu dengan mengambil nilai rata-rata dari semua aspek penilaian memiliki kelemahan. Sehingga hasil yang diperoleh tidak objektif, dengan adanya permasalahan tujuan penelitian adalah merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan siswa berprestasi dengan menggunakan metode profile matching untuk mempermudah dalam menentukan siswa berprestasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menentukan aspek-aspek selanjutnya, cari nilai bobot masing-masing aspek dan mencari GAP antara profile dengan informasi negara dari setiap siswa kemudian ditotalkan dan melakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan hasil yang objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode Profile Matching dapat membantu dalam menentukan 3 alternatif terbaik dari 10 alternatif siswa, pengujian blackbox testing menunjukkan fungsionalitas sistem valid

Sehingga menyulitkan karyawan dan kurang efektif tidak real time. Dalam merekap absensi admin menggunakan Microsoft Excel disini sering mengalami kesalahan dikarenakan harus memasukkan nama, kehadiran dan laporan kegiatan karyawan satu persatu dengan data yang banyak setiap harinya dan membutuhkan waktu lama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Merancang dan membangun Aplikasi Sistem Absensi Karyawan Berbasis Android untuk memudahkan absensi dan pelaporan kegiatan harian di PT. Putra Wisanggeni Satu. Implikasi penelitian yaitu pada peningkatkan efisiensi operasional pada perubahan proses bisnis absensis secara digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Metode Waterfall untuk pengembang sistem dan Model yang di gunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Pengujian aplikasi Sistem Absensi karyawan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) pengujian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas aplikasi. Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi melalui blackbox testing dan kuisioner System Usability Scale aplikasi sistem absensi dapat membatu admin dan karyawan di perusahan dalam Pengolahan data. Pengujian oleh responden mendaptkan nilai 73,5 dari hasil tersebut diketahui grade scale nilai C dan acceptability range nilai high . Adjecktive rating masuk dalam kategori good .
Increasing Customer Satisfaction through Membership Program at Aloft Bali Seminyak
Get PDFPurpose: This study was to determine the implementation of the Marriott Bonvoy membership program at Aloft Bali Seminyak, to describe the indicators that need to be improved and maintained in this program at Aloft Bali Seminyak.
Research methods: The sample used in this study were guests who were members of Marriott Bonvoy who stayed at Aloha Bali Seminyak in January-April 2021. The analytical techniques used were servqual analysis, Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index.
Findings: The results of this study indicate that the satisfaction of Marriott Bonvoy members with the Marriott Bonvoy Membership program at Aloft Bali Seminyak is good, because there are 12 indicators with positive gap values ??and 2 indicators with negative gap values.
Implication: The implementation of the Marriott Bonvoy membership program at Aloft Bali Seminyak can satisfy member guests. Marriott Bonvoy membership staying at Aloft Bali Seminyak

Research methods: The data collection was using interviews, literature studies, observations, and questionnaires which were processed using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Likert Scale was used to measure how well the implementation of the wellness concept had been carried out.
Findings: The results of this study indicate that the application of the 6 pillars of wellness concept is very important and has been carried out well by the employees of The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud.
Implication: The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud guests stated that they were very satisfied with the facilities and wellness services provided
