Developing Website for Belimbing Tourism Village, Tabanan, Bali
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the Belimbing Village website in development efforts website by model information, communication, transaction, relationship and techical-merit (ICTRT) carried out to support the Belimbing Tourism Village produces dimensions of effectiveness website the maximum in helping the promotion of Belimbing Tabanan Tourism Village.
Research methods: The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and interviews. In this study using qualitative and quantitative approaches or better known as mixed method research by using SWOT analysis techniques and Importance Performance Analysis.
Findings: The results of the research using the interview method show that the application website in Belimbing Village is still very minimal because there are many features and items that need to be developed, one of which is the information dimension, transaction dimension and communication dimension. The results of the study using SWOT analysis showed that Belimbing Village has utilized ICT, but even though it has implemented ICT there are still many aspects that are lacking in website, so that more in-depth research is needed to assess its effectiveness in website Belimbing Village. Based on analysis Importance Performance Analysis produce effectiveness attributes. The researcher adopted the ICTRT model which consisted of 47 evaluation instruments which were divided into 5 evaluation dimensions.
Implication: Site evaluation website expected to maximize promotion through website in Belimbing Village because website is an effective solution to introduce and market products/services by utilizing the internet as an information medium
Pelatihan Perpajakan Bagi Pelaku UMKM Batik di Kota Tegal
UMKM sebagai segmen usaha yang banyak menyerap tenaga kerja turut didorong untuk memberikan kontribusi yang optimal bagi pemulihan ekonomi nasional.Komite Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan (KSSK) melaporkan, insentif pajak penghasilan (PPh) final untuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) telah terealisasi Rp 800 miliar sepanjang tahun 2021. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu Memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis kepada masyarkat, khususnya tentang teori dan seperangkat materi lain yang terkait langsung dengan program pelatihan perpajakan UMKM. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian mengenai tingkat pemahaman pelatihan, bahwa 85 % peserta pengabdian memahami tentang arti pentingnya perpajakan bagi para pengusaha kecil praktik membuat pencatatan keuangan, menghitung besarnya pajak yang harus di bayar berdasarkan dari penghasilan usaha yang diterima
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Calon Kepala Desa Menggunakan Metode Analityc Hierarchy Process (AHP) Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Desa Oesena)
Pada pemilihan calon kepala desa, perlu adanya suatu penilaian terhadap calon kepala desa apakah layak atau tidak. BPD (Badan Permusyawaratan Desa) Oesena telah menetapkan standar penilaian dalam pemilihan calon kepala desa sejak awal pemilihan sampai saat ini. Pemilihan dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan antara lain, Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja, Perilaku, Usia, dan Status Penduduk. Pada Penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan mengunakan metode AHP. Dari hasil penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa nilai akhir lima calon kepala desa adalah Dion dengan nilai 0,27468, Maria dengan nilai 0,27012, Samuel dengan nilai 0,24273, Nofrianto dengan nilai 0,23921, dan Wina dengan nilai 0,21417
Analysis of Green Concept to Enhance Service Quality of Room Division at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to analyze green concept in the room division at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran and to determine the effect of the green concept on the room division, namely green front office and green housekeeping, on service quality partially and simultaneously.
Research methods: Research data were collected through questionnaires and supported by interviews. The analytical methods used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t test, F test, and coefficient of determination).
Findings: The green concept in the room division, namely green front office and green housekeeping has a significant positive effect on service quality at Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran.
Implementation: The inclusion of green concepts creates a beautiful environment, good air, and also reduce the use of excess energy
Implementation of Digital Marketing in Increasing Room Occupancy Rate at Hilton Bali Resort Hotel
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the application of digital marketing dimensions and the influence of digital marketing on room occupancy rates at the Hilton Bali Re-sort hotel in the Nusa Dua tourism area, Bali, Indonesia.
Research methods: The data are obtained from interviews, documentation, litera-ture studies, and distributed questionnaires to 60 respondents. The question-naires data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square technique (SEM-PLS) by using SmartPLS that presented in the table.
Findings: The implementation of each digital marketing dimension by the Hilton Bali Resort management, and the impact of digital marketing in increasing the room occupancy rate at the Hilton Bali Resort.
Implication: The hotel management needs to create better quality content and promotional methods through online media so that online media customers know and are interested in products from Hilton Bali Resort
Managing Café 247 to Strengthen the Resilience of J4 Hotels Legian Bali in Facing Tourism Business Uncertainties
Purpose: This study aims to develop Café 247 as the resilience of J4 Hotels Legian in terms of physical buildings, products, operational and marketing processes and to determine the level of success of opening a café business so that this cafe makes a sustainable business.
Research methods: This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis through SERVQUAl anal-ysis and IPA Analysis.
Findings: The results of the study show that in building the resilience of J4 Hotels Legian from the physical aspect of the building, products, operational and marketing processes, it requires good planning, organization, actualization and control so that it continues to provide satisfaction for café customers. The design of the 247 café project was accompanied by the J4 Hotels Legian facade replace-ment project, since the J4 Hotels facade really needs to be replaced consider-ing that the strength of the facade is already fragile, but here only describes the development process of café 247.
Implication: Based on the results of the servqual analysis, Cafe 247 is still in a safe stage because there is nothing excessive but still needs to be improved so that it can maintain the resilience of Cafe 247
ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA AND THE CRISIS OF COMMUNICATION ETHICS IN AMBIGUOUS PHENOMENA (CASE STUDY OF PUBLIC FIGURE FEUD)
Purpose: The thing that is of concern here is that the feud that the public figure is showing then propagates to television as the mass media, while there is a possibility that the spectacle of this feud contains bad values that are not good for society. Cases that occur are also considered contrary to existing communication ethics. Another unfortunate thing is the reason why several public figures are competing with each other to take action like this so that it becomes a trend, and this is directly proportional to the interest of the Indonesian people to see this feud. The feud was also considered as entertainment for the community. According to data, internet users in Indonesia have reached 212 million in January 2023. This means that around 77% of Indonesia's population has used the internet.
Research methods: In this study the descriptive analytical method of phenomena was used to study an object in the context of people's behavior, conditions, systems of thought, and events at the present time. The approach method is a case study to reveal and describe the phenomenon of the subject and object of research on entertainment media and the crisis of communication ethics in the ambiguous phenomenon of public figure feud.
Findings: Public figures should be able to realize that they are in the spotlight in public spaces. Their communication in public spaces should be able to display self-control abilities, maturity in attitude, and responsibility in speech and behavior.
Implications: On the other hand, good understanding and awareness is needed by the public so that they are wiser in using the mass media. That way, there will be no shift in people's behavior in viewing communication ethics. Because, if we think about culture in Indonesia, it actually teaches good ways of communicating with others, without hurting or harming other parties
LEARNING FROM HOME BASED ON DIGITAL MEDIA AS A REPRESENTATION OF PEDAGOGIC TRANSFORMATION IN THE MILLENNIUM
Purpose: Education develops along with the development of science, the development of the times and the development of the idea of educating itself. The science of education or pedagogy is the science that examines how educators guide students, and know about the tasks and goals of educators in educating students.
Research methods: In this study the descriptive analytical method of phenomena was used to study an object in the context of pedagogic, media, student and teacher,conditions, systems of thought, and events at the present time. The approach method is a case study to reveal and describe the phenomenon of the subject and object of research on learning from home based on digital media as a representation of pedagogic transformation in the millennium.
Findings: Efforts to transform education in the digital era of schools must be able to understand the characteristics of the millennial generation and generation Z to determine an effective educational strategy. The character of today's generation who are familiar with technology requires schools and teachers to utilize digital media as learning tools. The challenge for educators in educational transformation is how teachers are able to create digital media content as creative learning media, and are able to control and curate information for their students.
Implications: Eliminating the face-to-face teaching and learning process for a while inevitably students adapt to the current situation and conditions. learning from home (LFH) is the right of every student to get learning education even though it has to be done from home (online) during this pandemic. Understanding the purpose of learning done from home must be instilled in students first. Students must really understand why they have to study from home for a long time. Circular issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) No 15 of 2020 concerning guidelines for learning from home during the emergency period of the spread of Covid 19. The government's consideration of implementing learning from home looks at several aspects, one of which is for health and safety in the world of education both from the school and from the students themselves. We should appreciate the government's steps, one of which is breaking the chain of the corona virus in the world of education
PIXEL ART STYLE CHARACTER DESIGN FOR “PANJI TALES” GAME FROM CHARACTERS DEPICTED IN JAVANESE TEMPLES BAS RELIEF
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to design main characters for pixel graphics game entitled “Panji Tales” based on characters depicted in the scenes at Javanese temples’ bas relief.
Research methods: General design methods is used for this research. This method consists of identification, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation.
Findings: Result of this research are character design for four main characters of the game consist of turn around view for each character. Designed characters depicts their body shapes, clothing, jewelleries, and hairstyles derived from bas relief into pixel art form. In addition to depiction in pixel art form, designed characters also adjusted to make them possible to be animated. Also, for that purpose, walk cycle animations are made as example how the characters are animated.
Implications: Finalized character design will be used as guidlines for main characters’ animation in game currently being developed
Peran Pesantren Modern Dalam Pengembangan Keterampilan Menjadi Generasi Bertalenta
Tujuan dari pembahasan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pesantren modern dalam mengembangkan keterampilan menjadi generasi yang bertalenta. Pembahasan ini menggunakan metode survei dan pendekatan kualitatif serta kajian literatur. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan, pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang memberikan pengajaran, pendidikan, pembinaan dan penyebaran agama Islam serta peran pesantren modern dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas santri. Tujuan pendidikan pondok pesantren modern adalah untuk menumbuhkan kepribadian islami, serta melatih keterampilan para santri sesuai dengan minat dan bakat yang mereka inginkan. Peran pondok pesantren di Indonesia tidak hanya sebagai lembaga pendidikan tetapi juga sebagai wadah yang memfasilitasi santri untuk menjadi generasi yang berbakat di bidang yang diinginkan
