    Application of Green Practice in Food & Beverage Depart-ment to Increase Guest Satisfaction in Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa

    Purpose:  This study aims to apply green practice in the Food & Beverage Department to increase guest satis-faction and determine the most influencing variable in the department to increase guest satisfaction at the hotel. Research methods: This research data collection method was carried out by observation, interviews, ques-tionnaires, and a literature study. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling with a total sample of 55 respondents and 3 informants. Collecting data using an online questionnaire distributed to re-spondents using a google form link. The results of the data from the questionnaire were processed by con-ducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple correlation tests, multiple linear re-gression tests, coefficients of determination, t-tests, and F-tests with SPSS 25 software for windows. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis to determine the application of green practice in the Food & Beverage Department to increase guest satisfaction and quantitative analysis with a multiple linear regression test. It is used to determine the most influential variables in the Food & Beverage Department to increase guest satisfaction. Findings:  The results show that the application of green practices has been carried out optimally in the Food & Beverage Department such as not using plastic materials, using materials from local farmers, and separating organic and non-organic waste. Implication: The results of the multiple linear regression test show that the most influential variable is green food at 7.426 and the coefficient of determination analysis test shows that green food is 83.4% which has a very strong relationship.&nbsp

    Analysis of Green Practices Implementation at FourStar by Trans Hotel Restaurant

    Purpose: This study aims to determine the implementation of green practices that have been implemented and which need to be improved at the FourStar by Trans Hotel restaurant. Green Practice is an action to protect the environment and the resulting product is less damaging to the environment. Restaurants that imple-ment green practice usually focus on reduce, reuse, and recycle as well as energy and efficiency. Research methods: The research data were sourced from participatory interview and observation methods at the research location which were then processed us-ing triangulation techniques. Findings: The results of the study show that the implementation of green practic-es has been implemented properly and adequately in restaurants although there are several indicators of green practice that still need to be improved. Implication: Indicators that need to be maintained include the use of recyclable containers, the use of energy-efficient lighting and the use of a temperature com-fort control system, as well as the installation of signs and policies that need to be implemented, and indicators that need to be improved are educating the pub-lics about green practices in a sustainable manner, Implementing funding for ac-tivities that support environmentally friendly direction and donating organic wastes as the use of animal feed for the community

    Purpose : This study aims to determine the position of Selong Belanak Village in Central Lombok, Indonesia, according to the TALC (tourism area life cycle) in order to be developed as an attractive tourist destination. Research methods : The data were collected through observation, documentation, structured interviews, and focus group discussions. The analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Findings : The results of the study show that the development model of Selong Belanak Village as a tourist destination is carried out by involving three pillars, namely the government, Pokdarwis (or kelompok sadar wisata) which represents the local society, and business parties.     Purpose: Instagram is one of the social media with a very large number of users, namely 1.3 billion users. The huge number of users is utilized by several media including Radar Bali, a well-known media in Bali using Instagram as a medium for disseminating information and news. Research methods: This research uses observation, visual analysis, and literature study to dissect and find out the design components of Radar Bali's Instagram feed. The research methodology used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Findings: The result of the research shows that Radar Bali does not apply design rules properly and consistently. Implications: By not applying design rules to Radar Bali's Instagram feed, the message and information are not maximized

    Purpose: The elderly are a part of society that deserves to be honoured. Various service activities have been carried out during the productive age. The logo design requested by the Werdha Priyamitra elderly group is a tribute to its role in mobilizing other elderly people in North Kuta District. Research methods: The method in designing the logo of the Werdha Priyamitra elderly group was carried out with the stages of observation, interviews, digital literature review and evaluation. Observation is intended to explore the activities of the elderly group. The interview is a process of extracting deeper data from the beginning of its establishment until its existence in 2023. Digital literature review to gain knowledge and inspiration in logo design. Findings: Every design stage constantly evaluates by the management of the Werdha Priyamitra elderly group so that the logo design is as expected. Based on the final logo design results, design elements in lines, fields, and colours represent the culture and activities of the Werdha Priyamitra elderly group. Implications: These design elements are supported by text that contains the slogan of the Werdha Priyamitra elderly group. The logo design is made by considering the proportion of design elements and text to keep the intensity of complexity manageable

The formulation of this research problem: (1) What is the role of the Financial Services Authority in handling online money loan offers by information technology- based joint funding services?     Permasalahan yang sering dialami dalam hubungan yang kurang baik dengan pelanggan yaitu penurunan daya pembelian produk yang biasa merugikan perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan fitur Customer Relationship Management pada perusahaan akan dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan juga mempermudah perusahaan dalam melakukan survey untuk mengetahui informasi apa yang dinginkan atau apa yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dengan menggunakan metode customer profilling agar dapat memberikan pelayan yang maksimal sesuai yang diharapkan customer. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi  ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan Unified Modeling Language. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah  sebuah sistem informasi penjualan akun game online dengan fitur customer relationship management berbasis web yang memberikan rasa percaya terhadap gamer dan  sistem ini dirancang dengan tampilan user friendly. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pengujian sistem black box testing  yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini sudah berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan

    Tri Hita Karana Implementation Model in The Front Office Department at The Infinity8 Bali Hotel

    Purpose: The purpose of this study was to know the implementation of Tri Hita Karana model applied in the Front Office Department at The Infinity8 Bali Hotel which is analyzed based on three variables of Tri Hita Karana, namely parhyangan, pawongan, and palemahan. Research methods: The data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, Focus Group Discussion, and documentation. The data analy-sis method used is descriptive qualitative through data reduction, data presen-tation, and drawing conclusions. Findings: The implementation of Tri Hita Karana in the Front Office Depart-ment at The Infinity8 Bali Hotel is very suitable to be implemented as a whole with a total of 100% for Parhyangan, 93% for Pawongan, and 95% for Palemahan. Implication: The efforts that can be made to make the implementation of Tri Hi-ta Karana continues to be carried out consistently, namely Parhyangan by providing opportunities for employees to worship and apply religious values with mutual respect; Pawongan by giving rights and obligations to employees, the surrounding com-munity, and hotel guests; and Palemahan by building a harmonious relationship with the environmental sector, utilizing energy sources efficiently, and minimizing the use of materials that are harmful to the environment

    Purpose: This research aimed to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of marketing strategies in increasing occupancy rate at the Jayakarta Lombok Beach Resort & Spa, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Research methods: The analysis techniques used were quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Qualitative Descriptive Analysis, Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) Matrix, External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) Matrix, Internal - External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Analysis, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Analysis (QSPM) Matrix. Findings: Based on the results of IFAS matrix analysis, the main strength wasobtaining benefits from room usagein line with the reality from which room sales couldincrease hotel revenue. Based on the results of EFAS matrix analysis, the main opportunity was the government's policy related to the COVID19 pandemic with use the hotel as a place of isolation.
