Segurança Jurídica no Processo Administrativo Tributário
No full textResumo: o presente artigo teve por escopo desenvolver estudos que permitiram analisar a segurança jurÃdica advinda do anseio da solução da â??lide tributáriaâ? por meio do Processo Administrativo Tributário, estabelecendo um panorama desta certeza do direito, com termos voltados à esfera Federal, visualizando e evidenciando o diagnóstico fático deste cenário. Analisando a viabilidade e a possibilidade de resolução da lide tributária ao se insurgir a discussão em via administrativa. Abordando e analisando criticamente a temática, diante as caracterÃsticas básicas, pautando no entendimento jurisprudencial, enfatizando as problemáticas práticas e teóricas, bem como seus efeitos jurÃdicos. Desmistificando controvérsias e demonstrando assim, os benefÃcios advindos ao contribuinte em se adotar a persecução da discussão nesta via, permitindo vislumbrar perspectiva otimista de sucesso, rompendo com o estereótipo de decisões viciadas e pessoais sempre favoráveis ao Fisco..

Using intersectionality as a theoretical and interpretative basis, the objective here is to reflect on how the inseparability and interaction of patriarchy, racism and capitalism produce specific experiences of oppression for peripheral black women.este artigo busca analisar o conto “Duzu-Querença”, de Conceição Evaristo, protagonizado por uma mulher negra que experimenta uma existência inteira baseada no esforço em manter-se viva. UM ACIDENTE FELIZ: RECUSANDO O RESSENTIMENTO COMO RESISTÊNCA EM “LEGACIES”, DE ACHY OBEJAS
No full textQuestioning the contemporary tendency to describe resistance as ressentiment, this article aims to offer a reading of Cuban-American lesbian Achy Obejas’s “Legacies” from a materialist standpoint. Taking into consideration contributions by names such as Stuart Hall (2013), Maria Elisa Cevasco (2003), Cynthia Fleury (2023) and Raymond Williams (2011; 2015), this paper highlights that the ressentiment may signal possible resistances by means of a reading in which reproduction and production are interpretative lenses. It is concluded in the end that Obejas’s poem refuses ressentiment as an interpretative paradigm of resistance by translating social content into literary material.Buscando questionar a tendência de descrever a resistência como ressentimento, o presente artigo propõe uma leitura do poema "Legacies", da autora lésbica cubana-estadunidense Achy Obejas, pelo viés da crítica materialista. A partir de nomes como Stuart Hall (2013), Maria Elisa Cevasco (2003), Cynthia Fleury (2023) e Raymond Williams (2011; 2015), o trabalho destaca como o ressentimento pode viabilizar possíveis resistências a partir de uma leitura na qual reprodução e produção são polos interpretativos. Ao final conclui-se que o poema de Obejas oferece recusa o ressentimento como paradigma interpretativo de resistência ao traduzir o conteúdo social em material literário

No full textThis theoretical essay presents epistemological, aesthetic, and political considerations to analyze the statements made by writer Olga Tokarczuk during her acceptance speech for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2018, particularly her observation about the lack of new ways to narrate the world. From this point, the essay interrogates the importance of these new narratives for ecocriticism and literature that explores the relationships between humans and nature.Este ensaio teórico apresenta considerações epistemológicas, estéticas e políticas para analisar as declarações feitas pela escritora Olga Tokarczuk durante seu discurso de aceitação do Prêmio Nobel de Literatura em 2018, especialmente sua observação sobre a falta de novas formas de narrar o mundo. A partir desse ponto, o ensaio interroga-se sobre a importância dessas novas narrativas para a ecocrítica e a literatura que explora as relações entre humanos e natureza
