Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Sego Babat Sapi’i Kabupaten Jember
Full text linkThis research aims to study and analyze the viability of the business at Sego Babat Sapi’I Jember with the attention of licensing aspects, aspects of production engineering, marketing, management, financial, as well as economic, social, and environmental aspects. The research method used is a type of qualitative descriptive method using primary data types through interviews with owners and employees. The results of the research explain that based on validity analysis on Sego Babat Sapi’i enterprise it can be concluded that the enterprise is worthy to be carried out. This is because even though the licensing aspect has not yet been licensed, other aspects support the business to be run well.
 
Analisis Financial Distress Dengan Metode Springate, Grover, dan Zmijewski Pada PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) TBK Tahun 2018-2022
Full text linkThis research aims to investigate the financial status by conducting bankruptcy analyses using the Springate, Grover, and Zmijewski Methods on WIKA from 2018 to 2022, and to investigate the differences in the outcomes produced by these three methodologies. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. This study involved interpreting processed data through mathematical procedures, utilizing WIKA’s published financial statements from 2018 to 2022. The results show that according to the Springate method, WIKA experienced financial distress during this period. However, based on the Grover method, WIKA did not experience financial distress from 2018 to 2022. Nevertheless, according to the Zmijewski method, WIKA did not experience financial distress from 2018 to 2021 but faced a distressed situation in 2022

Full text linkThis study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of profit persistence and interest rates on equity valuation. This study uses a sample of Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The research method used in this study is the purposive sampling method using SPSS 21 for data analysis. This type of company is quantitative with a population of 92 companies and 23 companies that are used as research samples with 5 (five) years of observation, so that the total research sample is 115 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study show that profit persistence has no effect on equity valuation. Meanwhile, interest rates have a significant positive effect on equity valuation

Analisis Harga Pokok Produksi dan Penjualan pada UMKM Boembu Rumah Catering
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the calculation of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS) and sales strategies at MSME Boembu Rumah Catering. Using a direct interview method with the business owner, this research explores the components of production costs which include raw materials, labor, and overhead costs. The results showed that Boembu Rumah Catering was able to determine a competitive and efficient selling price, thus achieving a profit of 98%. In conclusion, accurate COGS calculation and proper understanding of cost components can improve the efficiency and profitability of MSME businesses, while strengthening competitiveness in the catering market.

Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and non-physical work environment on the work-life balance of Generation Z employees in Bekasi. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics and special needs that companies need to understand in the world of work. An integrative and collaborative organizational culture and a flexible, adaptable, and non-physical work environment are believed to play an important role in achieving work-life balance. The research method used is quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire of 50 respondents, then processing it using SmartPLS to test validation, reliability, and relationships between variables. The results show that organizational culture significantly affects work life balance, while the non-physical work environment has no significant effect on work life balance

Full text linkThis research aims to determine the influence of price, place, product and promotion variables on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the t test for the price variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Place (X2) has a partially significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Product (X3) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion (X4) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test can be concluded that price, place, product and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita

Full text linkThe world is experiencing a period of recovery due to the aftermath of the pandemic, several companies have carried out various strategies to ensure performance is going well. Based on financial data listed on the IDX, the growth of the cement industry in Indonesia has the opportunity to grow accompanied by soaring market demand for both private and government infrastructure development. With this research, it is useful to know the calculation of financial performance through financial statement analysis. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods. The secondary data source is the financial statements of cement subsector BUMN companies using the EVA and MVA methods which can be accessed through the official IDX and company websites. Sampling using purposive sampling method that uses several criteria. The results of the calculation of EVA three companies in 2020 - 2023 in a row are positive, which means that adding value to the company's capital costs results in an income figure above zero in other words there is no minus. While the results of the calculation of two companies in 2022 are negative, which means that they do not add value to the company's capital costs, resulting in income below zero, in other words, minus. The results of the calculation of MVA in all cement sub-sector companies in 2020 - 2023 are positive, which means that adding value to the company's shares results in an income figure above zero, in other words, there is no minu

Full text linkThe growth of MSMEs in Indonesia, particularly in the culinary sector, holds substantial potential for bolstering the national economy, with Coblong District in Bandung City emerging as a rapidly developing hub; however, despite the fierce competition, the success of culinary MSMEs in this area is influenced not only by product quality but also by factors such as service quality and the marketing mix, prompting this study to investigate their contribution to the success of culinary MSMEs in Coblong District, using a quantitative approach where data from 36 MSMEs were collected via questionnaires, and although the results of multiple linear regression analysis reveal that neither service quality nor the marketing mix have a significant impact on the success of these MSMEs, both factors still play an essential role in supporting customer satisfaction and achieving business goals
