    This research aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, leverage and financial distress on earnings management in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2022 period. This research method is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study were all insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), 18 insurance companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022, by taking samples using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 11 companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that profitability partially influences earnings management, while company size, leverage and financial distress do not influence earnings management

    Social media has become an essential tool in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this digital era. This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market

    This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation on employee productivity at CV. Sumber Jaya Springs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies. The results show that both external and internal motivation have a significant impact on employee productivity. Financial incentives such as bonuses and allowances, as well as recognition and appreciation from management, are proven effective in increasing employee motivation. Additionally, supportive leadership styles and conducive work environments also play important roles in enhancing work productivity. This study provides new insights and practical recommendations for companies in their efforts to improve employee productivity through effective motivation management. &nbsp

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of Dalton hotel using  liquidity ratio and activity ratio. Qualitative data analysis method is used in this study. The finding shows that in the financial statements at the Dalton hotel in the period of 2018-2020, there are fluctuations in the level of liquidity that has been achieved, which in the aspect of liquidity ratio using current ratio calculations, it that can be declared liquid/healthy. Meanwhile, if measured by the aspect of quick ratio, it is also declared liquid/healthy. In terms of cash ratio  in 2018 it is declared not liquid/unhealthy, while in 2019 and in 2020 it was declared  liquid/healthy. Of these theree aspects, it can be seen that the liquidity rate of Dalton hotel in 2018-2020 is quite good. In the activity ratio of the 2018-2020 period, obtained results where that asset TurnOver can be declared unhealthy/bad. However, in the inventory turnover ratio and receivable turnover ratio, it can be declared halthy/good

    This study examines the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT Nadia Rahma, it is important to understand these dynamics in improving the quality of human resources in the era of globalization. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, involving 48 employees selected using the saturated sample technique. The results show that reward has a positive and significant effect on performance, while punishment has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables affect performance by 18.4%. These findings are in line with previous research, but also highlight the negative impact of excessive punishment. This study adds novelty by identifying the percentage effect of reward and punishment, providing an in-depth insight into the interaction of the two variables in the context of demolition companies.

    This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, compensation and work environment on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees at the Branch Collection Unit & Recovery Asset Sales of PT Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. Sampling was carried out using saturated sampling technique, with a total sample size of 123 samples, which were spread across 10 offices of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, West Java Regional Office. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that, leadership style, compensation, work environment, motivation and performance, in very good condition. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership style, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership style, compensation and work environment affect performance with motivation as an intervening variable. &nbsp

    Every company has a role for employees in carrying out all activities within a company. Employees are an important part that has a huge influence on the success of a company. Therefore, companies need to pay more attention to employee performance so that they are more active, especially in terms of compensation and career development. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at PT. Inasentra Unisatya. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this research are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. Inasentra Unisatya in the field of personnel has 53 employees.. The sampling technique used was quota sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing which are processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application.. The results of this research show that compensation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

    A comfortable and good work environment is a collection of processes that encourage employee behavior and encourage the achievement of company goals. The work environment is things related to the workplace itself and can influence the way he does his work. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance at PT Bandar Bakau Jaya. This research used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale which was distributed to 37 respondents. The variables studied include work environment (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and employee performance (Y). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and data quality testing through validity and reliability tests. The research results show that a good work environment, such as adequate lighting, appropriate temperature, and good ventilation, has a positive influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Most respondents agree that the conditions of their work environment affect productivity and the quality of work results. This research suggests that companies continue to improve working environmental conditions to increase employee satisfaction and performance

    Product quality is able to influence consumers' perspective on the company. In addition, companies also need to pay attention to the company's image by focusing on the experience obtained by customers. This research intends to find out the impact of product quality and consumer experience on the interest in repurchasing  Narcisse Beauty Care skincare porduk. This study is a quantitative research with variables  of product quality, experiential marketing, and repurchase intention. Simple random sampling was used as a data collection technique using a questionnaire and as many as 100 people as respondents. The results of this research explain that product quality and experiential marketing have a partial or negative effect on repurchase intention in  Narcisse Beauty Care skincare products in Probolinggo City. Narcisse Beauty Care is expected to improve product quality by providing a pleasant smell and making attractive packaging and conducting promotions to attract consumers to repurchase, on the other hand holding discounts to increase repurchase intention
