    This research aims to identify factors that influence tourists' interest in revisiting the Aslan Hill natural tourist attraction. The methodology used is to use a quantitative approach with data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to the sample (research respondents) totaling 96 people. Through quantitative analysis with the help of Smart PLS software. 4, this study found that although the three independent variables (tourism facilities, price perception, and destination image) had a positive relationship with revisit intention, only price perception and destination image had a statistically significant influence. Apart from that, this research also confirms that the mediating variable is visitor satisfaction in the relationship between price perception and destination image and interest in visiting again, where satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of tourist facilities on interest in visiting again, while satisfaction can mediate the relationship between price perception and destination image on interest in visiting. return to the Aslan Hill Nature tourist attraction. The practical implication of this research is that it is important for natural tourism destination managers to not only focus on developing physical facilities, but also on efforts to build positive perceptions about the value offered and maintain consistent service quality to achieve visitor satisfaction

    The creative industry sector has become one of the important contributors to national economic growth in many countries. This research aims to explore development strategies for the creative industry sector in Indonesia in order to encourage national economic growth. Using qualitative methods of literature study, this research analyzes various secondary data sources, including government reports, scientific journals, and publications related to the creative industry. The research findings reveal the great potential that Indonesia has in the creative industry sector, such as rich culture and diversity of creative resources. However, there are challenges that must be faced, such as the lack of supporting infrastructure, access to capital, and protection of intellectual property rights. This research proposes a development strategy that includes identification of leading subsectors, increasing competitiveness and innovation, as well as targeted government policies and support. By implementing this strategy, Indonesia can take advantage of the creative industries sector as a driver of sustainable economic growth and increase competitiveness in the global market

    Investment regulations have an important role in encouraging economic growth and increasing national competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of investment regulations in Indonesia, especially in the context of attractiveness for domestic and foreign investors. This research method uses a qualitative approach with policy analysis and secondary data. The research results show that although various regulations such as the Job Creation Law have been implemented to facilitate investment, bureaucratic challenges and legal uncertainty are still the main obstacles. This research recommends strategic steps to improve the implementation of investment regulations to strengthen national economic competitiveness

    The high growth of the cosmetics industry also creates problems in the form of business competition between companies and marketers operating in the cosmetics industry. This creates opportunities for the Indonesian cosmetics industry, with many new products entering the market, resulting in very tight competition. This provides opportunities for the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, so that many new products appear on the market which creates quite tight competition. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer experience and company reputation on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The research method uses descriptive causality in this study the population studied is those who have used Maybelline at least 2 times in the Kebon jeruk area. The sample in this study amounted to 180 respondents using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Based on the test results, it is known that consumer experience has a positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer experience and company reputation have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Company reputation has no influence on consumer loyalty.     &nbsp

    Analisis Brand Image, Iklan dan Kualitas Produk dalam Menentukan Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan Brand Community Sebagai Variabel Intervening

    This research aims to test the effect brand image, advertising and product quality on customer loyalty with brand community as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on AREI members outdoor community in East Priangan. Sampling is carried out using techniques propotioned stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 250, spread across store Tasikmalaya and Garut. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is structural equation modeling with the smartPLS application. The results of this research show that 1) Brand image, advertising, products, brand community and customer loyalty, in excellent condition; 2) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on brand community; 3) Brand image, advertising and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 4) Brand community positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) Brand image, advertising and product quality influence customer loyalty through the brand community. &nbsp

    This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation with Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Shopeefood application users in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic business perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection is carried out through a survey with a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The population in this study are Shopeefood application users and domiciled in Bandar Lampung City. The sample of this study was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, and using SEM analysis tools using PLS and the results of data processing obtained using smartpls. The results showed that the variables of Corporate Social Responsibility and Islamic Advertising have a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Corporate Reputation. The Customer Satisfaction variable mediates the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Reputation. Meanwhile, Customer Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Islamic Advertising on Corporate Reputation

    In developing more advanced human resources it is very important, proper employee management can realize human resources or improve the performance of skilled workers and help agencies achieve their goals. West Bekasi District is one of the state administrative bodies responsible for coordinating government administration, serving and empowering the surrounding community. There are several problems, namely a lack of supervision from the leadership, so that there are still employees who arrive late and do not come in without explanation and the facilities provided are inadequate so that employee performance is still less than optimal. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 37 respondents from the West Bekasi District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS 22 to carry out multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously leadership and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance

    This research aims to determine financial performance, operational complexity, and good corporate governance mechanisms against audit delay. The sample for this research is 66 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2020 to 2022. The data in this research was obtained from secondary data originating from the company's financial reports and annual reports. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research test show that Profitability, Leverage, Operational Complexity, Audit Committee, and Institutional Ownership have no effect on Audit Delay. Meanwhile, the Board of Commissioners has a positive influence on Audit Delay

Investment development is currently very rapid. Ownership of 2 or more items can called a portofolio.Investments will experience increases and decreases in the portofolio. This research aims to understand the level of  return of portofolios formed through Markowitz and also a comparison between portfolios returm with market capitalization and weighting. The shares in the portfolio are shares listed on the Kompas 100 Index. This research uses end of month data for the period December 2014 to September 2023.The results of this research found that 61 shares included in the portolio did not have a negative weight.the next result of this research is that the market rate of return portolio (IHSG) Significantly influences the rate of return of the portfolio that has been formed based on market capitalization significantly 1% Other macro variables US Dollar exchange rate.Interest rates and oil prices do not significantly affect the rate of return portfolios formed based on Market Capitalization
