Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali Di Kota Bekasi
Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali is a type of UKM culinary business located in Bekasi City. This business was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and at that time only the company implemented a take away strategy. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions for Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. This study uses a type of Quantitative research. The population of this study were customers / visitors of Sambal Dadakan Bang Jali in Bekasi City. The sample collection method used is Non-Probability Sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling approach method with the hair formula and a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, data analysis using multiple linear regression methods. The results stated that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and then simultaneously product quality and service quality affect purchasing decisions

Analisis Pengaruh Ekspor, Nilai Tukar, dan Inflasi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia Tahun 1993-2023
The focus of this research is how exports, exchange rates, and inflation affect Indonesia's economic growth. For 30 secondary data, the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model is used. The results showed that there was an insignificant positive relationship between exports and economic growth, and that increased export activity could have an insignificant positive effect on economic growth. In addition, the depreciation of the rupiah exchange rate increases the competitiveness of domestic products in the international market, so that the rupiah exchange rate against foreign currencies also has a significant impact on economic growth. However, the results of the study show that inflation also has a negative impact on economic growth. The economy can be disrupted by declining people's purchasing power, stunted investment, and high inflation

The digital industrial revolution 4.0 has had a significant impact on various sectors in Indonesia, including the business sector. Currently, one of the digital marketing strategies that UMKM can adopt to promote their products and develop their businesses is the use of e-commerce. This scientific article was written to reveal the importance of digital marketing in facing the challenges of the digital industrial era 4.0, especially for UMKM. The method used in writing this article is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection through literature study. Data collection was carried out by referring to books, journals and online sources, which were then cited as the theoretical basis for writing. The research results show that digital marketing is a relevant strategy to be implemented in the current digital era, especially for UMKM. By implementing digital marketing, UMKM have a great opportunity to develop their business and expand their market reach. Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Growth Dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Consumer Non-Cyclical Yang Terdaftar Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2019
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuh mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan growth terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kemampuan kemelikan manajerial sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada perusahaan consumer non cyclicals. Pengambilan sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling, terdapat 28 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data panel dan MRA dengan menggunakan software eviews12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Growth secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi growth terhadap nilai perusahaan. Koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,117940 atau 11,7940%. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari Struktur modal, Profitabilitas dan Growth mampu menjelaskan variabel Dependen (PBV) sebesar 11,7940%, sedangkan sisanya 88,206% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini

With the wider reach of consumers through the TikTok platform, the company faces the challenge of increasing product return rates. This study aims to optimize the product return process at PT Aaron Innovation by identifying and implementing strategies that can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, speed up and improve the accuracy of return handling, and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a survey method, collecting data through direct observation and interviews with sources. The results showed that the current returns system is not optimal, with ineffective SOPs and a lack of special areas for returns handling, causing delays and irregularities in handling returned products

Competition is the one of Competence is one of the factors that influence the performance of employees in the biscuit division Warehouse Department at PT Mayora Indah, Tbk Jayanti. This research is qualitative with descriptive approach. The data collection method used was observation and interviews with five key informants. Data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Huberman model with steps such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the competence of employees in Biscuit Division Warehouse Department still needs to be improved, including the recruitment process. Indicators of competence in this research were taken from Spencer, they are knowledge, skills, attitudes, personality, and motives. Some employees have good competence, but some others must continue fostered and directed by trainings, the application of reward and punishment, emotional approach, etc
Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Ditinjau Dari Aspek Rasio Likuiditas Dan Rentabilitas Modal PT. Pajjaiang Indah Makassar
The purpose of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the ratio of liquidity and profitability of own capital in 2017-2019. The liquidity ratios used in this study are the current ratio, the quick ratio, and the cash ratio. And the profitability of own capital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and uses the type of secondary data which is data that has been processed in the form of financial reports sourced from PT. Pajjaiang Indah which consists of a profit and loss statement and balance sheet from 2017-2019. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah Makassar, in terms of the liquidity ratio aspect from 2017-2019, using the Current Ratio calculation, the liquidity level shows an average of 1.82 times or 182% of the standard 2 times or 200%, this means the level of liquidity at PT . Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Current Ratio (Current Ratio) is declared illiquid. Meanwhile, in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect, it shows an average of 1.69 times or 169% from the standard 1.5 times or 150%, this means that the liquidity level of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect is declared liquid. And viewed from the aspect of the Cash Ratio (Cash Ratio) shows an average of 0.24 times or 24% of the standard 1 time or 100%, this means the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Cash Ratio aspect is declared illiquid. From the description of the three aspects of the liquidity ratio, it can be concluded that the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low. From the results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of its own capital, PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 - 2019 obtained an average calculation of 24% from the standard 40%, it can be concluded that the average level of profitability of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low
