Pengaruh Price Discount dan Konsep Diri terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skintific pada Tiktok Shop
Companies are competing to develop their products to be in demand by consumers amidst the rapid development of the beauty industry. One of them is by providing price discounts and adjusting the concept carried with the self-concept owned by consumers. This research aims to determine the effect of price discounts and self-concept on purchasing decisions for Skintific products on Tiktok Shop. The research used is quantitative research with variables of price discount, self-concept, and purchasing decisions. By using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and documentation and using purposive random sampling techniques with a total of 100 respondents who use Skintific products. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research explain that price discounts and self-concept have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. That way, Skintific can maintain price discounts by providing relatively the same discounts on its products. On the other hand, self-concept can be improved so that consumers feel interested in Skintific product

Individual Competency describes a characteristic or ability possessed by each employee in carrying out work. Of course, paying attention to existing factors and indicators can create quality competencies and improve employee performance. By using the literature study method, it is hoped that we will be able to analyze individual competencies accurately according to data from existing sources. So in this case, the development of human resources within the company will be of high quality. This article describes individual competencies which include the relationship between employee performance and motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills, and the benefits for the company and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their ability to develop, increase resilience, ability to face problems and develop skills in innovation and improve their individual performance. With individual competency, employees can shape their personality and increase employee knowledge, and employee skills will have a positive impact on maximizing company productivity
Dampak Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Yadika 13 Tambun
This research aims to determine whether there is an impact of competency and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Yadika 13 Tambun. The method used in this research is quantitative, the survey method is used to obtain primary data using questionnaires. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with 40 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the t test and path analysis processed with SPSS 26. The results of the research show that in the t test (partial negative competency variables have no effect on performance with the calculation results obtained t-count (-2.125 < 2.02619) with a sig value of 0, 40 < 0.05. And the work motivation variable influences performance with the calculation results obtained by t-count (6.163 > 2.02619) with a sig value of 0.00 < 0.05. Based on the f test, simultaneously competence and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance
Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Finansial Teknologi, Dan Sikap Keuangan Terhadap Minat Belanja Di E-Commerce : (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya Pengguna Aplikasi Shopee)
This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial technology and financial attitudes on shopping interest in e-commerce (case study of students at the Faculty of Ereconomy and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, users of the Shopee application). Quantitative Research Method and for the sample in this study the author used a purposive sampling method. The sample size used in this research was 96 respondents and focused on Shopee users who were also students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta.
The analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method and the research scale uses a Likert scale. The results of this research show that partially the Financial Literacy variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 3.787 > 1.986 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05), the Financial Technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping Interest (Y) is 2.610 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.011 < 0.05), the Financial Attitude variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 5.097 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.000 < 0.05). Then simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on Shopping Interest with a result of 33,670 > 2.70 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05
Pengaruh Disiplin Preventif Dan Rotasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di Unit Pengelola Sampah Terpadu Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi DKI Jakarta
This research aims to determine the influence of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Province Environmental Service. In this research, researchers used quantitative methods with research hypothesis testing carried out using outer model and inner model tests in SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 program which is useful for analyzing the effect of preventive discipline and work rotation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. in the Integrated Waste Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service using 150 respondents who were distributed through questionnaires in the Integrated Waste Management Unit area of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service. The results of the research that has been carried out are as shown in the following brief explanation: (1) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y). (2) The Job Satisfaction variable (Z) influences employee performance (Y). (3) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y). (4) The Preventive Discipline Variable (X1) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z). (5) The Job Rotation Variable (X2) influences Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z)

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality of M Banking KB Star on customer satisfaction at PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is 3.016. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects were consumers of Bank KB Bukopin Tbk Bekasi Branch. The results of this research show that the product quality and service quality variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on the consumer satisfaction variable

This study aims to investigate the influence of macroeconomic factors on the performance of the maritime business in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era. Utilizing a literature review approach, this research analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maritime businesses and its relationship with macroeconomic factors. Prior to the pandemic, the maritime business experienced stable growth, driven by macroeconomic growth and increasing international trade. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the landscape of the maritime industry by causing a decline in trade volume, increased operational costs, and changes in trade patterns. Macroeconomic factors such as economic growth and market demand dynamics also affect the operational conditions and business strategies of shipping companies. The implications of these findings underscore the need for adaptation and innovation in maritime business practices, including investment in technology and infrastructure, as well as international collaboration to address the challenges faced. Future research can deepen understanding of changes in international trade dynamics and identify more effective adaptation strategies for shipping companies in this post-pandemic era. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by the maritime industry in the future
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Impulse Buying pada Konsumen Butik Milopi Shop Pontianak
This aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence impulse buying among Milopi Boutique consumers in Pontianak City. This research uses qualitative research methods with research subjects as consumers of the Milopi Shop boutique. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with data analysis techniques in this research being data reduction, display and verification. The results of this research show that there are 4 factors that influence impulsive buying: 1. Shopping Lifestyle 2. Fashion Involvement 3. Pre-Decision Stage 4. Post Decision Stage. The shopping lifestyle of Milopi Shop boutique consumers can be categorized into consumptive and hedonistic groups. This is reinforced by the high shopping interest of Milopi Shop boutique consumers with an average of 1-2x a month. Apart from that, their interest in shopping apart from the motif, style or style of good clothes is the quality of the materials used in the clothes. The biggest factor that influences Milopi Shop boutique consumers to shop is their own environment. This environment can include neighbors, friends, friends, artists and TikTok influencers who have the same taste in clothing as them. Sales and discounts also play a big role in the high level of impulsive buying at the Milopi Shop Boutique. After purchasing the goods, Milopi shop boutique consumers did not check/evaluate the goods again for fear of changing their minds.

This study aims to determine the influence of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective on the performance of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah Branch Makassar. This research method is quantitative and qualitative. Population in the study were employees and customers of PT.BNI Syariah Makassar Branch. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data collected and processed using SPSS. Based on the results obtained financial perspective variables (X1) amounted to 2.241 with R persial 0.030, (X2) amounted to 3.879 with r persial 0.000 , Internal business (X3) amounted to 2.391 with r persial 0.021 with GIS 0.05, growth and learning (X4) amounted to -2.412 with r persial 0.020

Rumah Makan Citra Minang was established in 2020 and has become one of the favorite places to eat in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. However, in recent times the Citra Minang Restaurant has experienced several obstacles that can hinder the progress of its business and labor productivity. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of citra minang restaurants on labor absorption. And this data was collected through direct observation to the research site using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that the Citra Minang restaurant has a very significant role in the absorption of labor as well as the local economy and the wider community
