Penanganan Sampah Plastik Di Desa Medan Krio Menjadi Barang Berguna Siap Pakai Kab.Deli Serdang
One non-organic waste that is used extensively in daily life is plastic, particularly for food packaging vendors and as a raw material for toy manufacturers. Waste will result from the vast amount of plastic that residents of Medan Krio use and discard after consumption. The goal of the research program's implementation is to enable locals to recycle waste materials to create valuable products. The village of Medan Krio Village has a high population density, which has led to the development of waste management issues. The village has traditionally disposed of waste by burning it and throwing it beside the street, which is why there is a garbage stench. which has a strong odor as a result of careless trash dumping. In light of this issue, Ecobricks may offer a way to lessen plastic waste and turn it into products with a positive economic impact. Method: PAR (Participatory Action Research), which is study that identifies issues and then offers potential solutions. Findings: The Ecobrick technique is being used in Medan Krio Village to make use of plastic waste. Pengaruh Manajemen Keuangan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan : Studi pada UMKM di Era Digital : Literature Review
Financial management is one of the key factors in determining the success of a company, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the literature that discusses the influence of financial management practices on MSME performance, considering the role of digital technology in financial management. This study explores key aspects of financial management, such as financial planning, budget control, cash flow management, and investment, and how the application of technology can improve its efficiency and effectiveness. The results of the study show that the use of digital technology, such as cloud-based accounting applications and digital payment systems, can improve the accuracy and speed of financial management, which ultimately has a positive impact on MSME performance. This study provides important insights for MSME actors and policy makers in integrating digital technology to strengthen financial management and improve business competitiveness.
 
Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Kaos Kaki pada Pt Kahatex Cijerah Kota Cimahi Jawa Barat
His research aims to determine emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance, as well as to determine the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the sock production section of PT Kahatex Cijerah, Cimahi City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive and associative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents who were taken from all employees of the production section, the socks department. To see the relationship between 2 variables, the analysis used is path analysis. This study resulted that the effect of emotional intelligence on performance partially was 35.4%. The effect of work stress on performance partially is 39.4%, so that emotional intelligence and work stress together (simultaneously) are 74.8% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.
 
Evaluasi Program Talent Scouting Dalam Rekrutmen dan Pengembangan Personel TNI Angkatan Laut
The talent scouting program is an important strategy in recruiting and developing personnel to ensure that organizations, including the Indonesian Navy, have quality human resources and are able to face modern challenges effectively. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of talent scouting programs in the context of the Indonesian Navy to identify and develop potential talents. This research aims to evaluate the relationship between talent selection methods, information sources, supporting technology, and development programs on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel recruited through the talent scouting program. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing data from 55 respondents involved in the Indonesian Navy's talent scouting program. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, and analyzed using statistical techniques such as simple linear regression to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the analysis show that talent selection methods and information sources have a significant influence on the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel (beta coefficients 0.62 and 0.58, respectively, t = 3.75, p = 0.002 and t = 4.21, p = 0.001). However, assistive technology showed a less significant effect (beta coefficient = 0.35, t = 1.80, p = 0.087). The development program was found to have a significant positive impact on personnel quality (beta coefficient = 0.70, t = 4.55, p = 0.000). The regression results show that the overall model is significant (F = 6.21, p = 0.001), confirming the importance of the variables studied in improving the quality of Indonesian Navy personnel through talent scouting programs.
 
Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Putriana Jaya Utama
The purpose of this study is to identity and analyze the impact of motivation and good working environment on employee. The responden of study are employees of PT. Putriana Jaya Utama with a sample of 40 people.Methods of collecting observation data, questionnaires and documentation, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis of percentages, research instruments, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The calculation results are optaining the impacts of motivation and employee working performance is t count of 3,623 to 0,001 sig. The impact of working environment on employee working performance t count of 3,038 to 0,004 sig. The impact of motivation and working environment on employee working performance F count of 42,819 to 0,000 sig. As such motivation and the working environment have positive and significant impact on employee working performance. And the calculation of Coefficient of determination (R2) both motivation and working environment have an impacts of the working performance of 69,8%
Analisis Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya Pembangunan Perumahan Bukit Mega Harmoni Pada PT. Graha Mega Cendana Makassar
An increase in company value will make investors believe that the company is able to manage its performance in future prospects. From the background of the problem. The importance of the information needed in determining company policy, which is useful for measuring the company. To find out whether the budget plan for the construction of the Bukit Mega Harmoni housing development at PT. Graha Mega Cendana Makassar is effective and efficient. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. Based on the analysis of data from the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that in general the preparation of the budget plan for the construction of Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing by PT. Graha Mega Cendana in 2017-2019 was quite effective on average, although the overall level of cost efficiency was less than the expected target of 5%. The efficiency of direct costs for building materials was able to exceed the target of 5.32% because there were efforts to control the use of materials in the field, while for craftsman labor costs there was in-efficiency or inefficiency of -4.97% due to demands for increases. the cost of piecework wages for craftsmen during the course of project implementation. For overhead costs or indirect costs, the average efficiency is 20.36% and the most prominent is the efficiency in financial cost items of 32.56%. This occurs because of a decrease in the value of bank credit interest expenses as a result of smooth installment payments. credit and accelerated repayment of bank credit. However, on average, of all cost items, the cost efficiency of building Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing from 2017–2019 of 73 units was only 3.17%, this is because the comparison between the amount of efficiency funds and the total cost budget plan funds used is very small

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the Lorosae Makassar Business Cooperative in terms of ratio analysis. Data analysis method used ratio analysis. Pengaruh Jam Kerja dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Upah Kerja dengan Loyalitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening : (Studi Kasus Penjahit Konveksi di Kota Medan)
This study aims to determine the effect of working hours and labor on wages with loyalty as an intervening variable (Case Study of Convection Tailors in Medan City). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of several convections in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 85 respondents and used a saturated total sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Working Hours have a significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Working Hours variable (2.314) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.014 <0.05. Labor has a significant effect on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Labor variable (3.609) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.001 <0.05. Loyalty cannot mediate the effect of working hours on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (0.007) is smaller than the ttable (1.989). Loyalty can mediate the effect of Labor on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (2.025) is greater than the ttable (1.989). As well as Working Hours and Labor have a simultaneous and significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the Fcount of (6.518) is greater than the Ftable (3.11) and the sig value of 0.002 <0.05.
 
Analisis Perbandingan Penjualan Offline dan Online Produk Fashion Meccanism Sebagai Cara Menarik Konsumen
E-commerce is the main driver of the digital economy in Indonesia at 77%. The 2020-2022 Covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging changes in consumer behavior from direct stores to online. This research was carried out to determine the comparison of offline and online Meccanism fashion sales as an effort to attract consumers. The method is descriptive statistics and the Run Wald Wolfowitz comparison test. The result is that there are significant differences in fashion Meccanism's online and offline sales methods as an effort to attract consumers. Average offline sales are greater than online sales. This means that consumer preferences prefer offline purchases compared to online for fashion Meccanism. However, both methods are equally important to attract consumers. Suggestions for business actors to implement a mix of offline and online sales strategies as an effort to attract consumers and increase sales. The way to do this is by understanding consumer behavior online and offline in shopping.
Pengaruh Stress Kerja, Workload dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Graha Inti Permai
This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire aimed at employees of PT Graha Inti Permai. Sampling in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 105 respondents. The design used in this research is hypothesis testing using the Smartpls 4.0 statistical tool. The results of this research provide an explanation that the Workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. However, the Job Stress and Work Motivation variables have no effect on employee performance at PT Graha Inti Permai. This research shows that work stress is not the main consideration in employee performance. This research has limited research objects which were only carried out on employees of PT.
