Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Produksi Industri Rumah Tangga Mebel di Kecamatan Pancur Kabupaten Rembang
Pancur sub-district is an area that has great potential in the wooden furniture household industry. In the Pancur sub-district, the wooden household furniture industry is very easy to find because almost every village has household-scale furniture production. In carrying out household furniture industry production, education and work experience are pending factors in the production process. Low levels of education and work experience in the furniture industry can be a problem in production. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how work experience and education level influence the production of home furniture industry in Pancur sub-district, Rembang district. The quantitative descriptive method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the level of education does not have a significant impact on furniture production. furniture in the home industry, on the other hand, work experience influences the production of the home furniture industry. However, together the level of education and work experience has a significant influence. This is because the level of education can strengthen the level of work experience

Human resources as a resource in a company have a strategic role compared to other resources. Humans play a very important role in the development of a company. If a company has higher quality human resources than its competitors, then its performance will definitely increase. Human resource and competency planning in a company plays an important role in improving human resources, especially in terms of employee performance, employee performance to help achieve company goals. In this case, employee performance is a result that can be achieved by an individual or group of people in a company organization according to quantitative or qualitative aspects, considering employee compensation. Apart from that, a mismatch between an employee's competency (the employee's educational background and skills) and their job can also make the employee uncomfortable with what they are doing. This of course greatly affects the level of work productivity in the company. Competencies can clarify work standards and expectations that the company wants to achieve and can make it easier for companies to align work behavior with organizational values. Apart from that, HR planning as an activity is a process of how to meet current and future workforce needs for an organization. In meeting current workforce needs, the HR planning process means efforts to fill/cover workforce shortages both in quantity and quality. HR planning emphasizes forecasting efforts regarding workforce availability based on needs in accordance with future business plans

This study aims to determine and analyze 1) The effect of the work environment on employee performance, 2) The effect of work stress on employee performance, 3) The effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance. The research was conducted on PT Cahaya Abadi with a research sample of respondents from employees PT Cahaya Abadi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that 1) the work environment has a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees in PT Cahaya Abadi, 2) work stress has a significant and negative effect on the performance of employees in PT Cahaya Abadi, 3) work environment and work stress have a significant and positive effect on the performance of employees in PT Cahaya Abadi

This article aims to analyze the financial recovery strategies undertaken by PT. Denpoo Mandiri Indonesia in the face of a volatile global economy. Through a case study approach, we explore the specific steps these companies took to turn risks into opportunities, as well as the strategies that proved most effective in strengthening their key financial positions. Taking into account factors such as portfolio diversification, risk management and financial flexibility, we present an in-depth look at how PT Denpoo Mandiri Indonesia has managed to overcome the challenges of the global economy and turn them into opportunities for growth and long-term success.
 
Peran Staf Tata Usaha dalam Pengelolaan Arsip di SMA Swasta Dharma Bhakti Siborongborong
The purpose of this research is to understand the realization of archive management, the role of administrative staff in archive management, and the obstacles faced by administrative staff in archive management at SMA Swasta Dharma Bhakti Siborongborong, as well as the solutions provided. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. Data can be obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research describe: (1) The realization of archive management includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the administrative staff in archive management. (2) The role of administrative staff in serving and providing the necessary information to both internal and external parties of the school. (3) The obstacles faced by administrative staff in archive management include the lack of meticulousness of the administrative staff and the minimal archiving facilities. Therefore, the solution to improve archive management is to add archiving equipment in the administration office such as cabinets, archive racks, and folder maps, and the administrative staff should be more meticulous in storing documents
Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Desa Jaya Bakti
This research aims to examine the influence of education level, work discipline and leadership on Jaya Bakti Village employees. The population in this research is Jaya Bakti village employees. The sampling technique used in this research was a total of 50 employee data samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The test results proved that the variables Educational Level (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Leadership (X3), and Employee Performance had a significant simultaneous effect with the results of multiple linear analysis and the F test. The calculation results were obtained from F-count > from F- table (173.138 > 2.80), while the significant partial effect via the t test was obtained from the t-calculated value on the Education Level variable (X1) of 4.970, the t-calculated value on the Work Discipline variable (X2) was 6.243 t-calculated value The Leadership variable is 2.677 and is greater than the t-table of 2.012. The research results show that the level of education, work discipline and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jaya Bakti village employees
Proses Manajemen Program Corporate Social Responsibility In-LITE LED 2023 Oleh PT Prima Praxis Komunika
Many companies utilize PR consultant services in their public relations programs, one of which is In-Lite LED as a client of PT Prima Praxis Komunika or Praxis. In-Lite LED together with Praxis collaborate in organizing external communication programs that require the role of the media, one of which is the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program. This research aims to discuss in detail the program management process which includes the process of defining problems, planning, implementing action strategies and communication, and evaluation of the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program by Praxis. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods based on interview data, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the problem definition process includes an assessment of individual concerns regarding an external condition that can be improved, carrying out informal interviews and secondary analysis via the internet, conducting site surveys, understanding evaluations of previous CSR in-Lite LEDs, as well as conducting brainstorming with client. The planning process includes determining public targets, objectives, strategies and tactics, days, dates and duration of events, spokespersons and talking points, to preparing media documents and preparing other technical needs. The implementation process includes implementing action strategies in the form of CSR programs, implementing active coordination, and implementing communication strategies. Finally, the evaluation process includes media monitoring and internal evaluation of the organizer. Overall, the program management process has gone well, although Praxis can still maximize each process to obtain more in-depth evaluation results regarding the impact on the residents of Untungjawa Island after the program has taken place.
 
Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Kesawa Citra Integra
Kesawa Citra Integra is a company engaged in the sale of electronic goods such as aviation equipment, CCTV cameras, solar PV systems and Minearc Safety Systems. Does not produce goods directly but is an official distributor in Indonesia. This research aims to investigate the influence of 1) Work life balance on employee performance, 2) Job satisfaction on employee performance, and 3) Work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research took place in South Jakarta City using employees as research respondents. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze data and evaluate the relationship between the independent variables (work life balance and job satisfaction) and the dependent variable (employee performance). Proving the research hypothesis uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this research 1) The research results show that work life balance and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Managerial implications and suggestions for further research are discussed based on the findings of this study.
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Cakra Transport Utama
This study aims to determine whether there is effect from the work environment and work stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The population used in this study were 60 people. The sample used is Proportionate Random Sampling and obtained 52 people as respondents. This study used statistical tests and used several data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research test simultaneously the results of the analysis of variables (XI) Work Environment, (X2) Work Stress and (Y) Performance seen from the fcount of 15.069 with a ftable of 3.187 or 15.069 > 3.187 and the resulting significant value is 0.000 <0.05. It can be stated that the variables of Work Environment and Work Stress have an effect on Employee Performance at PT Cakra Transport Utama. And based on the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.381 or 38.1%. So it can be concluded that the work environment and work stress together have an effect of 38.1% on employee performance, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Kecamatan Cengkareng Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat
Impact of leadership style and teamwork on employee performance at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Subdistrit Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This is to find out about impact of the variabels for leadership style, teamwork and performance. The variables studied using questionnaire method from google form. Indirectly and the result managed by random sampling. The type of research used statistics test, data analysis test that using descriptive test, simple and multiple linear regression test, coefficient correlation and determination test. The next one, sample withdrawal technique that used is random sampling with 75 person of respondent. The results of this research showing that independence variabel have a positive impact and also significant for employees performance. Based on that, it shows us that leadership style (X1), teamwork (X2) and performance (Y) seems fcount 40,033 with 3,124 or 40,033 > 3,124 and the resulting of significant value is 0,000 < 0,05. It is conclude that leadrship style and teamwork having in employees performance at Satpol PP Subdistrit Cengkareng. Analysis result of multiple regression showing result value of coefficient determination in Adjusted Rsquare is 0,527 or 52,7%. It means leadership style and teamwork is simultaneously has an impact of 52,7% for performance, and 47,3% for the other factory which is not researched by this research
