Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Penjualan Serum Hanasui
Full text linkThe cosmetics industry in Indonesia continues to experience rapid development, especially with increasing consumer preferences for local products. Hanasui, as a local cosmetic brand, offers quality facial serum at affordable prices which is available on various e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing Hanasui serum, including product quality, price, online reviews and social recommendations. Referring to previous research, factors such as social class, reference groups, product knowledge, and online customer reviews are known to play an important role in cosmetic product purchasing decisions. The findings of this research are expected to provide in-depth insight for manufacturers and marketers to formulate more effective marketing strategies, increase customer loyalty, and strengthen Hanasui's position in the local cosmetics market.
 
Efektivitas Simulasi Monsoonsim terhadap Pemahaman Perdagangan Internasional Pada Mahasiswa
Full text linkThis study evaluates the effectiveness of MonsoonSIM in enhancing the understanding of students in the International Trade Program for the ASEAN & China Region at Politeknik APP Jakarta regarding international trade concepts. A quantitative method was employed, using purposive sampling to select two student groups: Group A (semester 1), who had not used MonsoonSIM, and Group B (semester 3), who had experienced the use of MonsoonSIM. Data were collected through a quiz consisting of ten questions covering essential aspects of international trade, such as business management, supply chain, marketing, and demand forecasting. The results were analyzed using a paired t-test at a 5% significance level. The analysis revealed a t-value of 8.25, significantly exceeding the critical t-table value of 2.262, indicating a substantial improvement in students' understanding after using MonsoonSIM. Furthermore, semester 3 students demonstrated better comprehension compared to semester 1 students, confirming that MonsoonSIM effectively enhances not only theoretical understanding but also analytical and decision-making skills. This study concludes that MonsoonSIM is a superior simulation-based learning tool compared to traditional theoretical methods, making a vital contribution to the practical and applicable development of international trade education

The research method used was the saturated sampling technique using the entire population as a sample with a total of 30 employees at the Cap Lapan Kuda restaurant, Blitar City. The results of this research state that work environment variables partially influence work discipline and communication does not partially influence work discipline. However, simultaneously the work environment and communication variables influence work discipline

Full text linkThis study aims to determine whether CR, DER, and ROA affect changes in profit. The data obtained using the quantitative descriptive method with the criteria (1) Consumer Goods Industry Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and consistently exist during the 2019-2023 research period, (2) Consumer Goods Industry Companies that provide financial report data during the 2019-2023 research period and consumer goods industry companies do not generate negative profits. The results of the analysis show that the data used in this study meet the classical assumptions, which include: no symptoms of multicollinearity, autocorrelation, no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and normally distributed data. From the results of the regression analysis shows that the most influential on the independent variable of profit growth is the profitability ratio. With the results shown that the profitability ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth

Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and triangulation technique, the study investigates how quality management impacts the company's environmental performance. Research findings demonstrate that leadership involvement, strategic planning, and the application of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle play a crucial role in the successful implementation of environmental management systems. The research emphasizes the importance of management commitment, environmental aspect identification, and continuous corrective actions in achieving effective ISO 14001 standards

Full text linkEquitable economic development in Indonesia is an important strategic issue to improve people's welfare. The purpose of this study is to examine how equitable development can reduce regional economic disparities and improve people's access to essential services including infrastructure, healthcare, and education. The research methodology was a qualitative approach with a literature review, which involved collecting and evaluating information from various academic sources and government records. The findings of this study show that equitable development enhances local economic growth and job creation in addition to improving living standards for populations in less developed areas. In addition, equitable development contributes to social and political stability, reduces conflict due to inequality, and strengthens national unity. This research provides recommendations for more effective and sustainable development equity policies, involving the active role of local governments and communities to achieve equitable and inclusive economic growth across Indonesia
Analisis Perilaku Ekonomi Generasi Z Muslim dalam Berbelanja Online di E-Commerce dari Sudut Pandang Islam di Kecamatan Mamuju
Full text linkThis study aims to analyse the economic behaviour in online shopping of generation Z Islam in Mamuju District from the perspective of Islamic consumption behaviour. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through interviews with generation Z Muslim informants from five groups/communities in Mamuju Sub-district to explore their experiences in online shopping in e-commerce and how it is analysed from an Islamic perspective. The results showed that based on an Islamic perspective, the informants' consumption behaviour can be explained as follows: 1) They choose products based on cleanliness, quality, and authenticity. 2) Informants buy goods based on rating, price, description, user reviews, and bestseller status so that online transactions become transparent and honest. 3) Informants shop simply, according to their needs and financial capabilities, and shop 2-3 times per month on average. 4) Informants do not buy goods that are prohibited in Islam and help the economy. 5) They avoid impulsiveness by putting items in the basket first before buying, and the majority use the pay-on-site (COD) and ShopeePay methods to comply with religious rules. The conclusion of this study is that the majority of informants behave in accordance with consumption ethics in Islam, although there are a small number who are not yet in accordance due to the influence of changing times and lack of self-control in making economic decisions
Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karyawan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada CV Firjhi Karya Group
Full text linkThis research aims to determine the effect of training and development on employee work productivity at CV FIRJHI KARYA GROUP East Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study was 30 respondents and the data was processed using the SPSS.21 application. Results Research shows that training has a partial positive effect and significant to employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test obtained from The calculated t value is 4.544 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.000 < smaller than 0.05. And partial development has a positive effect significant impact on employee work productivity, as evidenced by the T Test results obtained from The calculated t value is 6.582 > greater than the t table 2.051 and the significance value is 0.001 < smaller than 0.05. Then Training and Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. This is proven based on the F Test results obtained from the calculated f value of 103.510 > greater than f table 3.34 and a significance value of 0.000 < smaller than 0.05

Full text linkThis research aims to assess financial performance in managing the 2023 APBDes in Anakalang Village, Katikutana District, Central Sumba Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach method, while the data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with several village officials, namely the village head, village secretary, village treasurer and community leaders from the Anakalang tribe. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from Village Government data and documents and documentation carried out by researchers at the research location. The data collection technique used in this research is by conducting direct interviews with informants. The informants in this research consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer and Community Figures in Anakalang Village. The results of this research show that financial performance in the management of the APBDes in Anakalang Village is based on the principles of accountability and transparency. Even though it is not in accordance with applicable policies by adjusting the situation or conditions of applicable legislation

Full text linkThe aim of this research is to examine the influence of tax knowledge, social motivation and career motivation on students' interest in participating in tax brevet training. This research is quantitative research by collecting data using survey methods. The sample for this research was 77 accounting students who were actively registered at Yapis University, Papua. Sampling used simple random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that tax knowledge has a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training. Meanwhile, social motivation and career motivation do not have a significant effect on interest in participating in tax brevet training
