A didactic teaching methodology to assist in the analysis of the economic impact on fuel prices commercialized in the Carajás region.
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the economic impacts caused by the addition of the third digit after the comma in the prices of fuels commercialized in the Carajás region (Parauapebas, Canaã dos Carajás, Curionópolis e Serra dos Carajás) located in the southeast of Pará State, Brazil, and the professional categories chosen were UBER application drivers, who use gasoline with additives in their vehicles, sales representatives who use motorcycles and regular gasoline for their work and lastly, intercity van cooperative drivers who use regular diesel fuel. The results of the investigation highlighted that there was a total loss of 2,10 BRL, for the three categories of professionals for every 100 liters of fuel consumed, representing an economic impact of approximately 43% for S-10 diesel, 38% for regular gasoline and 19% for gasoline with additives. Furthermore, in the professional categories analyzed, it was observed that the greatest economic impact occurred for the group of inter-municipal van drivers, with an annual cost of 191,52 BRL. Subsequently, App drivers obtained 14,72 BRL of economic implication per year, and finally, with less annual impact, sales representatives with a cost of 2,72 BRL
Regulation of Flipped Learning Activities in Programming: A Systematic Review
Get PDFFlipped Learning can contribute significantly to learning, however there is an under-utilization of conceptual structures of design in the flipped classroom, with regard to the incorporation of pedagogical methods to promote the activities to be performed by students. The pedagogical design of flipped classrooms needs to provide a model that details how to facilitate activities before, during and after classes. It is important to analyze the moment before the classroom, which involves self-regulation, during the classroom which involves processes related to interaction and collaboration and after the classroom, related to reflective processes. Developing and conducting a systematic review can contribute to an analysis of the current state of research on teacher facilitation in relation to student regulation in flipped learning related to teaching programming. The systematic review was carried out to identify all the research available on self-regulation and co-regulation by students during flipped learning in programming courses. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze relevant research related to the regulation and co-regulation of flipped learning activities in the teaching of programming, and to understand how the self-regulation and co-regulation of students has been approached to engage in activities before the classroom. class, collaboration and problem solving during classes and reflections after class. After a analysis of the articles listed by the systematic review, important gaps in the literature can be observed, such as the lack of approach to the three phases of flipped learning, regulation and co-regulation and all dimensions of regulation. Nor is there a theoretical framework based on processes and strategies of self and co-regulation for teaching computer programming. Thus, the present systematic review has significant relevance and highlights the need for studies that involve all elements of flipped learning in the teaching of programming

Effective Role of Village Health Volunteers (VHVs) in Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic Emergencies in Thailand

The purpose of this study was to investigate and improve VHV competence in the control, prevention, and monitoring of the Covid-19 pandemic. The outcomes of the study indicated that VHVs were important in efficiently managing, preventing, and monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic from 2020 until the present. As a result, in addition to maximizing the potential of VHVs, it is important to be varied, knowledgeable, and up to date on current events. Get PDFThe present work is the result of the reflections provided by the classes of the Postgraduate Program in Sociocultural Practices and Social Development, at the University of Cruz Alta - UNICRUZ (RS). Thus, the proposal of analyzing and explaining the literary work "The House of Spirits" by the Chilean writer Isabel Allende was brought forward. Book that became a bestseller in Brazil, after its release in April 1984. This work aims to examine the construction of Isabel Allende\u27s success in the 1980s, through the biographical and historical analysis of the representations of Chile, the Chilean military dictatorship and the reference to the female gender, elements that appear in her writings. The history of the work "The House of Spirits" portrays the life of the Trueba family, which over four generations was part of the social and political movements of Chile. The main figures of the plots are always women, especially the one who embodies the role of the writer, with the function of organizing and recreating the memory of the family in a text that allows establishing deep connections with other narratives of Latin American women
Analysis of sizes and state of ovarian maturity in yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) captured in the Gulf of Mexico
Get PDFThe yellowfin tuna Thunnus albacares is the second most important fishery in Mexico, due to its production costs and commercial value” The species is fished on both coast of the country, with the Pacific Ocean presenting productions lightly higher than that of the Gulf of Mexico where, in spite of the above statement, tuna catches have recently shown a downward trend. For this reason, analysis is required of the size and stage of ovarian maturity and it is necessary to determine whether capture size is the primary reason behind the decline in the yellowfin tuna fishery Three tuna fishing trips were conducted in the Gulf of Mexico in order to gather data pertaining to fork length (Lf) and gonads Histological sections were obtained from the latter for analysis and determination of maturity stage. The results showed that males were predominant (40%) among the individuals for which the sex could be differentiated in the catches of T. albacares. The Lf values in the catch, were between 75 and 162 cm. However, variations in this parameter were found between sexes. The relationship between length and weight showed that the males are larger than the females, however, the equationgiven by the parameters of a=0.9406 and b= 3.4504, demonstrated growth of positive allometric type in both sexes. There was progressive development in the state of ovarian maturity over the months of capture. Chromatin nuclear (CN) was the most frequent phase within primary ovarian development (November, February, March), stages were present, although these did not present a direct relationship to fork length

In this perspective, this paper presents a methodology aimed at evaluating the quality of processes in the project management sector in a Third Sector Organization, based on the Fuzzy mathematical model. For this, linguistic variables (input) were developed according to information obtained from company Y, which enabled the application of the Fuzzy Logic method, in order to determine the output variable, which in this case is quality. After determining the rules, it was possible to obtain results that show that the developed fuzzy model has the potential to help improve the quality of processes
Interactions Between University-Company-Government and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystems: Systematic Literature Review
Get PDFThis research aimed to analyze how scientific and technological publications have characterized, in the last ten years, the interaction between university, business, government and entrepreneurial ecosystems for innovation. Therefore, a research was carried out whose objective was bibliographical in nature, with a qualitative, descriptive approach, covering the period from 2011 to the first quarter of 2021, using, for this purpose, the databases ScienceDirect and Scopus. Then, the results found were analyzed using the My-SAE and VOSViewer software. The results showed that there is a predominance of studies on university entrepreneurship and how the dissemination of knowledge learned in universities contributes to the sustainable development of entrepreneurial ecosystems through the emergence of new entrepreneurial agents. As research results, the entrepreneurial ecosystem with a complex adaptive system, the predominance of studies on university entrepreneurship, innovation, regional economy and sustainable development was presented
Design thinking as a tool to the teaching of children, and teachers in the 21st century: An Integrative Review
Get PDFChildren become more motivated to learn when what is presented to them reflects or simulates their own reality, providing a sense of authenticity to education. This article aims to analyse which studies have already been carried out in the scope of the use and teaching of Design Thinking for children in the school environment. In order to achieve this aim, a descriptive exploratory research was conducted, based on the integrative literature review, with the Scopus and Web of Science platforms as the basis. It was noticed that Design Thinking is a valuable tool for the empowerment of children and adolescents, as it stimulates empathy, communication, creativity, and the ability to analyse and solve problems. One point that should be drawn from the articles is that there is few formally structured materials on the use of Design Thinking as a pedagogical practice, which can hinder its more accelerated dissemination. Finally, although interventions are centred on children and adolescents, educators need to realize that they are the primary factor for transformation, through their involvement, dedication, and attitude. Therefore, they need to be qualified, aware of their role as facilitators, guiding in this collaborative journey of critical thinking, and problem-solving in an innovative and future-oriented way
Development of Biomedical Dynamometer for Measurement of Grip Strength in Mice Modeled with Cerebral Palsy
No full textThis research aimed to develop a biomedical dynamometer capable of measuring the grip strength of the forepaws of laboratory mices to verify the posterior phase, the effect of modeled cerebral palsy in the animal. The equipment was developed using a stainless steel blade, two double strain gages, a signal conditioning circuit that was connected to a software for acquisition, processing and plotting of graphs and tables in Excel. The metal blade has a length of 18.5 cm, a width of 1.5 cm and a thickness of 2 mm and a double strain gage model pa-09-125ha-350-l8 from Excel Sensors (Brazil), was glued to each face. The two double strain gages were connected in a Wheatstone bridge, which produces an analog response due to mechanical deformation of the blade, with force applied by the mice. This response was submitted to a signal conditioning circuit developed with Arduino that modulated the input wave, generated 10000 times amplification and performed filtering 4th order using Butterworth filter. Finally, a software developed in Labview 2019 of National Instruments (USA) was used for acquisition, processing and plotting of graphs and tables in Excel of the measurements performed. In the next step, the dynamometer was calibrated for sequential loading of masses of 0, 15.48 g, 31.53 g, 46.88 g to 62.47 g and also for sequential unloading of the same masses. For this, the masses were hung on a nylon string that was attached to the free end of the metal sheet. The final test was to measure the response time of the dynamometer with a stopwatch, when hanging a mass of 62.47 g on the nylon thread that was cut abruptly with scissors. Some of the main results of the calibration were as follows: 15.48 g generated 3.70 V, 31.53 g generated 7.48 V and 62.47 g gene rated 14.80 V and the response time was 0.3 s. These answers show that the dynamometer can be used to measure the grip strength of mice and can be modified for use in humans
