A Proposal for the Integration of the Energy Matrix from a Graph Theory Perspective
Brazil has stood out as a major producer of renewable energy in the world, despite advances in terms of its use, it is not yet a potential collaborative generator due to the inability of a bidirectional flow over the existing energy matrix, which has, in its extension, a strong limitation from the topological point of view, therefore, looking for computational models that operate within optimal solutions, supported by Graph Theory, is the objective of this work, making use of the Kruskal and Vertex Cover algorithms. to identify an alternative capable of producing a usable scenario under the implementation aspect and with a reduction of the costs under this expansion
Building subsidies to identify signs of sexual abuse against children and adolescents
Sexual abuse against children and adolescents is considered a serious public health problem. Any contact or interaction with a minor that includes touching, any type of sex or caressing is characterized as violence and most of these abuses take place at home and are carried out by family members. This violence is underreported, mainly because it occurs in homes and one of the difficulties encountered by health professionals who deal with situations of violence is the lack of language and concepts that combine medical knowledge with that of other areas, such as social and legal. In view of this perspective, the study sought to create subsidies that could help health and administrative professionals of a Family Health Unit to identify suspicious signs of this type of violence against this public, reporting tools, in addition to the reception of victims and the family. To achieve this objective, a booklet was developed with information about the sexual violence that children and adolescents are susceptible, warning signs and how to act in the face of violence, in addition, an easily accessible online page was created, via QR CODE, containing the educational booklet, social networks of public agencies for the protection of children and adolescents and the contacts necessary to make complaints. Training was also carried out with all the health and administrative professionals of the unit. There were 1337 accesses to the QR CODE and the page, indicating propagation of the material. Data on the increase in reports of sexual violence have not yet been obtained
Which scenarios reflect innovation at the Brazilian university?
Innovation is the result of complex, dynamic relationships. As Science and Technology Institutions in universities are part of the National Innovation System, generating knowledge through Teaching, Research, and Extension and Innovation, our aim is to present the current innovation scenarios in the Brazilian university. Therefore, a qualitative/descriptive study is conducted after a literature review and analysis of documents of public domain. Considering the university hybridism and a timid emergence of new helices contemplating community and environmental sustainability, the findings show that there is a need for increasing approximation between university, companies, governments, communities and environmental issues in order to transfer research, development, innovation and technology to the productive sector and to a sustainable life
Study of The Extrusion and Painting Process of Aluminum Profiles of a Metal-Mechanical Industry Located in the South of Santa Catarina
In the competitive scenary of the 21st century, organizations need to deal with the reality that in order to obtain an above-average return, it is necessary to be willing to meet high quality standards. This article consists of studying the extrusion and painting processes of an aluminum profiles and frames manufacturer, located in the south of Santa Catarina, in order to analyze and measure, through the use of quality tools and statistical software, faults and errors arising from this process. In this context, the research methodology adopted for this study is characterized as exploratory-descriptive, with a quantitative character. The methodological procedure started with an analysis and mapping of the extrusion and painting processes of aluminum profiles, seeking and interpreting information relevant to the study. Then the data was collected and analyzed, where it was possible to apply the Pareto Diagram and identify the most frequent non-conformities. A statistical analysis was then performed using the IBM Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21.0 software, comparing and associating the collected data in order to identify and understand the root causes of the defects that occurred. With the results obtained from the analyzes carried out, it became possible to draw up an action plan, using the 5W2H quality tool, containing suggestions and proposals for improvements, with a focus on reducing the scrap generated from the defects identified in the processes of extrusion and painting of aluminum profiles
Articulation between teaching, research and extension: Motivation tool for Scientific Initiation
The articulation between Teaching, Research and Extension represents a legal condition for the existence of Higher Education Institutions - IES, according to the Federal Constitution of 1988, Article 207, which establishes: "Universities enjoy didactic-scientific, administrative and of financial and patrimonial management, and will obey the principle of inseparability between Teaching, Research and Extension”, sine qua non condition for critical training of future professionals and citizens based on the production and socialization of knowledge, promoting the articulation between the real situation and the ideal of the different operational and administrative, conceptual and pedagogical acts. The article has as general objective to evaluate the articulation between teaching, research and extension as a motivating instrument for the student to participate in Scientific Initiation programs. This is a documental research that sought to analyze the indicators of the Pedagogical Project of Courses-PPC of a Higher Education Institution, regarding evidence of teaching, research and extension articulation. It was observed that once the articulation between teaching, research and extension is not identified in the course evaluation instrument, there are no elements that motivate students to participate in scientific initiation programs, due to the lack of requirement of the National Institute of Studies and Educational Research Anísio Teixeira – INEP
Global Positioning System – The use of the Achar Driving App to assist in the search for school driving in Manaus
The use of GPS - Global Positioning System is used as a parameter for the search for school transport in the city of Manaus/AM. In this article, a proposal for a software project will be presented where it is possible for parents to search for their children\u27s school driving, taking into account the journey from the student\u27s home to school. The search for school transport is extremely necessary given the high degree of urban violence and traffic accidents in the city of Manaus/AM. The search for technology for the safety of children and adolescents is important so that crimes that occur daily can be inhibited, bringing tranquility and security so that parents can carry out daily activities with tranquility. The present brings the proposal of developing an application that facilitates the location of parents in finding a school bus for their children in the neighborhood where they live. This application will use GPS technology to search for drivers according to their respective record

Models to aid studies on territory delimitation for Brazilian geographical indications
A geographical indication (GI) seal granted to a product certifies its territorial origin as well as the link between its quality and human and natural characteristics of its production environment (terroir). An existing challenge in the process of setting up a GI for a product is delimiting the geographic area that properly represents the terroir and generates the expected territorial development after the grant of this protection seal. This article presents tools that can contribute to studies on the delimitation of the territory of GIs in Brazil. Through a bibliographic search, we compared models for delineating GI areas compared with the standards used for this purpose in Brazilian GIs. Our findings show that the process of delimiting GI areas in Brazil is different for each type of indication, and distinct characteristics are also present in each type of GI intended, whether it be an Indication of Source or a Denomination of Origin. Only two of the analyzed models exhibited structures close to these characteristics, so they are recommended to aid studies on the delimitation of the area of Brazilian GIs. However, they cannot be used as a standard to this end
Structures and Precautions of the Fundação Nacional do Índio:: Analysis of National Management Reports 2008-2018
The present work aims to analyze aspects of FUNAI management present in its national reports in order to assess the possibilities of action and the precariousness in the state indigenist agency. Considering this objective, the procedures were documental research, for data collection, and content analysis, to understand the data collected. Five categories were highlighted from the reports: People Management, Demarcation and Inspection of Indigenous Lands and Protection of Isolated Indians, Ethnodevelopment and Territorial/Environmental Management, Budget and Execution of the Agency and Licensing and Compensation for Enterprises. Such categories allowed us to conclude that FUNAI, as an official indigenist body, is precarious in many aspects of its management, which prevents it from carrying out actions that are part of its institutional mission
