Anatomy Classroom: Rethinking Teaching Practices
Human anatomy is a fundamental area for the training of health professionals, presenting itself as a foundation in their formation. However, the methodological path adopted in teaching practice in the course of this discipline is based on traditional methodologies. However, contemporaneity calls for new form and approach in the pedagogical course, inquiring and rethinking the anatomy classroom through different practices and active methodologies with the insertion of technological resources. Thus, the present research aims to investigate the different teaching practices applied in the anatomy classroom through an integrative review. An integrative review of the literature was performed through research in electronic databases: Science Direct and SciELO. The inclusion criteria were: studies that answered the guide question, research with human beings, published from 2015 to 2021, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. It was verified that there are a number of tools and strategies that can be used to teach the most attractive of human anatomy, stimulating the development of the skills and competencies of health students
Socioeconomic (Endogenous) Development Index of Municipalities in Free Trade Areas (FTA) linked to SUFRAMA: A Multifactor Analysis
The objective was to analyze the regional development of the nine cities covered by the SUFRAMA policy in comparison with nine other Amazonian municipalities not covered by this policy, in order to identify the municipal performance achieved in the face of the Brazilian Amazonian reality. The theoretical foundation of this work is linked to the theory of endogenous development associated with the institutionalist theory of Douglass North and the poles of development in Schumpeter and Perroux. A multivariate factorial data model was used to extract the scores for the construction of indices, using the SPSS statistical tool, version 22, using the factor analysis technique developed similarly to the main components. It was possible to build socioeconomic development indexes and, with that, proceed with the due analysis intrinsic to the epistemological issue of this work. The data showed adequacy to factorial studies and allowed us to observe, in general, the low level of socioeconomic development of the surveyed municipalities, however, with a more favorable situation for the municipalities covered by the SUFRAMA policy
Benefits of Assistive Technology for Children with Monoplegic Motor Disabilities
The benefits of Assistive technology involve assistance techniques where it presents resources to help people with disabilities, so our target audience are children with monoplegia motor disabilities, that is, the individual cannot move a limb, it was hand chosen as the focus of the problem to solve the handicapped condition. The objective is to point out techniques in assistive technology to improve the lives of children with monoplegic motor disabilities, through a procedure of a tool called Neomano Glove, demonstrating its benefits, and a comparison of another hand rehabilitation glove is also made, showing the superiority and motivation of using the Neomano Glove capable of solving and facilitating children\u27s lives. However, the methodology used was the bibliographic research accompanied by two types of research, quantitative and qualitative, so the neomano glove is very effective, as several users have already tested and approved its use, but the equipment can still be improved, as the accessory can evolve to help the hearing impaired communicate Libras
Application of a Logit Model for Water well site location in fractured-bedrock aquifers in northeastern Brazil
Wells drilling process in fractured-bedrock aquifers is a difficult task. Extreme variations in lithology and structure features, as well productive water zones sited at preferential points make geological and geophysical investigations difficult. To contribute to the understanding of the process of groundwater zones occurrence in fractured-bedrock aquifers, this paper develops a drilling prospective model by using regression analysis, whose parameters were calibrated according to the photogeological and cartographic analysis of 113 drilling points in the states of Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, and Ceará. The effectiveness of the resulting model was assessed through a sample of 43 additional drillings, which were carried out aiming at the distribution of water to the communities in the semiarid region of Brazil. The obtained results indicate the model as an important tool in the drilling process, with direct implications on the logistics costs of water well site location and consequent attendance to the population that needs the water

Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed in the IRAMUTEQ software. The project was approved by a Research Ethics Committee. Results: nursing professionals developed strategies to cope with the pandemic to care for patients with COVID-19, their own family members, the team and themselves. For patients, the strategies adopted include greater concern for comfort, safety and improvements in the communication process. The distancing of family members has given rise to the need for the use of technological resources to favor approximation. A greater concern was identified with the protection of team members and with themselves, as they emphasized the correct use of personal protective equipment as a way to feel more protected and safe, including emotionally. Conclusion: The strategies developed by the professionals emerged from the practice to the extent that they were experiencing care to patients with COVID-19. These strategies aimed to adopt measures for self-protection, protection of their family members and team colleagues; and humanized patient care
The Role of School in the Identification of Afghan Refugee Adolescents in Iran
Purpose: This article explores the role of independent schools in the identity formation of Afghan refugee adolescents. Method: Following Thematic Analysis, 21 Afghan students studying were qualitatively interviewed. Findings: The Afghan adolescent used the accommodation strategy in Iran and achieved identity integrity through the narrative of intimacy. For them, the past (Afghanistan) is a ‘Nowhere land’, the present (Iran) is a ‘no here land’, and the future is ambiguous. The independent schools have the potential to rebuild their past, provide a pleasant present, and picture a hopeful future. It is a place where they can write their identity biography
A review of Arduino and salesforce for data collection and storage designed for microclimate monitoring
This paper discusses the creation of a prototype station for monitoring microclimate and other variables such as carbon dioxide air concentration level and globe temperature through components that gather, process and store data from low-cost sensors. Its general purpose is to provide data on climate and other more granular features, such as microclimate. The specific objective was to seek solutions for the issue of securely storing microclimate data collected by the prototype using an Arduino open-source hardware board. The proposal to use Salesforce\u27s PaaS computational cloud for data storage allows for the existence, with the current state of technology, of several tools capable of assisting both in collecting data as well as in securely storing them for later analysis. The study and the creation of such a prototype station for monitoring microclimate and other variables were carried out in the city of Campinas/SP. In the end, it was concluded that the station was efficient due to the accuracy of the data obtained by most sensors interfaced with Arduino and recorded on Salesforce\u27s platform with the use of the NodeMCU Wi-Fi module. Some objectives were not met as one of the sensors was faulty and the integration between Arduino and NodeMCU could not be completed due to time constraints
Flipped Classroom Applied to Teaching Artificial Intelligence
The flipped classroom is an active learning method that helps the teacher to promote a significant change in the teaching and learning process, inverting activities and revolutionizing the traditional learning model. However, the application of the flipped classroom is not simple and involves the teacher\u27s dedication to facilitate the student self-regulation of activities to promote learning. The objective proposed in this article was to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the flipped classroom in the teaching of Artificial Intelligence. To assess the results, a mixed methodology, qualitative and quantitative, combined with discourse analysis was applied. The results were satisfactory, indicating the potential of the flipped classroom applied to the teaching of Artificial Intelligence
Tourism Perception on the Coast of Paraná, Brazil: Analysis of Natural Attractions
Digital platforms are tools of great importance for the evaluation of tourist destinations, as they allow tourists to access photos, evaluations and tips from users who have enjoyed destinations and attractions visited, thus being a source of consultation for other people who plan their trips. In this research, the analysis of comments on the TripAdvisor website was developed, aiming at mapping important attributes, in the visitors’ point of view, from a qualitative approach, guided by principles of netnography in the city of Paranaguá/PR, Brazil. The period considered as the basis for the analysis extended between January 2018 and January 2020 in order to reflect the realistic perceptions of the normality experienced by visitors in relation to the attractions without the bias of the Covid 19 pandemic time. In order to determine the corpus analyzed in the present study, the attractions available in the “Essential in Paranaguá” option were considered, classified by TripAdvisor as “places to see; ways to explore and; typical experiences”. Data collection was performed manually, with a copy of each comment left on the platform being made to a text document. 112 comments were compiled into a single text document with 16 pages and 6258 words, which form the textual corpus. This corpus was analyzed using the free software Iramuteq, suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of texts, such as correspondence analysis, hierarchical classifications, similarity analysis and word clouds. This set of possibilities enabled a better understanding of the meanings, motivations and perceptions emanating from the texts that make up the interactions of users of the TripAdvisor website in relation to the attractions of the city. Preliminary analyzes reveal that ‘Ilha do Mel’ and ‘Ilha dos Valadares’ are the most prominent attractions. The Descending Hierarchical Classification of the text indicates the existence of 7 categories of perception with related and statistically significant terms in the Chi-Square test. It was noted that ‘Ilhai do Mel’ is perceived as a place that is "worth" to be visited and that it has positive reviews and full of tips on how visitors can enjoy the best options during their visit
Cultural and tourist perception index (IPCT) of the folklore bois bumbás from Guajará-Mirim, Rondônia: a study based on the theory of endogenous development
The objective of this study was to analyze the cultural and tourist perception index (IPCT) of the boi “Flor do Campo” and boi “Malhadinho” associations, participants of the Folkloric Festival of Guajará-Mirim, on the border with Bolivia. As a basis for theoretical support, the theory of endogenous development was used. To determine the indicators, questionnaires were applied to the associations, which were submitted to the SPSS statistical tool (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), version 17, as described in Cavalcante [4]; Santana [42] and [43]. The results showed that the trust and governance indices of the “boi Malhadinho” association were considered “bad” by the scale adopted in this work. In the boi Flor do Campo association, the perception index reached a result considered “good” by the scale adopted (0.645). The parameters of Trust and Governance presented results considered “regular” (0.473 and 0.560, respectively). By the average of the parameters, the IPCT – Flor do Campo was equal to 0.559 (regular) and IPCT – Malhadinho 0.406 (regular). Therefore, this result reinforces the view that the structuring problem of Guajará-Mirim is not economic but social. And according to this result, it is clear how coherent this work is with the research carried out on social capital in the region by Cavalcante [4] and Cavalcante and Alves [8]. And in this way, it meets North\u27s institutionalist theory that says that growth is not the cause of development but a consequence. In this sense, what points to the level of local development is the institutional arrangement itself, that is, society itself building a prosperous and healthy path
