Determinants of Repurchase Intention Based on Experience, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction in Ordering Ride-hailing Services on the Gojek Application (A Study on Students at UPN “Veteran” East Java)
This study aims to analyze the influence of Customer Experience, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention in ordering GoRide services on the Gojek application, focusing on students of UPN “Veteran” East Java. The method used in this study is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that Customer Experience had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. However, Trust and Customer Satisfaction did not have a significant effect partially on Repurchase Intention. However, simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on customers' decisions to use GoRide services again
The Impact of Mega and Micro–Micro-Influencers on Brand Awareness in Social Media
As the influencer marketing landscape and growth, brands will need to carefully assess their marketing strategies and find the balance to find the best way to get impact for their brand awareness. This study explores the impact of mega and micro influencers on brand awareness, a type of critical component in shaping consumer perceptions and driving brand growth in digital marketing. More over social media becomes increasingly influential, brands are leveraging both mega influencers with massive and high visibility. Also, micro influencers known for their niche audience and higher engagement rates. This research utilized quantitative methods, by gathering data from questionnaires that aimed Generations Z as the criteria of this research. Findings indicate that only mega influencers significantly contribute to enhancing brand awareness though their impact varies. While micro influencers has positive effect but not significant. The study suggests that brand seeking to optimize brand awareness consider broad reach of mega influencer
Accounting Practices in Determining the Cost of the Metatah Ceremony in the Adult Initiation Rite in Hindu Tradition
This study aims to explore accounting practices in determining the costs of the Metatah ceremony, a rite of passage into adulthood in the Hindu tradition. Using an ethnographic approach, the research involves informants consisting of students, families, and relatives who have previously performed the Metatah ceremony in the city of Mataram. The results show that the cost determination practices in the Metatah ceremony reflect the complexity between the community's spiritual and economic aspects. The cost components analyzed include offerings (banten), fees for the pedanda (ceremonial leader), ceremonial decorations, traditional clothing, music and traditional dance performances, guest banquets, and documentation expenses. Each cost component shows significant variation, reflecting differences in families’ economic capabilities as well as diverse interpretations in carrying out the ceremony. Interestingly, despite the variations in costs, the study shows that the Hindu community has developed various adaptive strategies to ensure the ceremony is carried out in accordance with their economic capabilities without diminishing its spiritual value
The Role of Work Involvement in The Influence of Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance in The Government of Riau Islands Province
The quality of human resources plays a significant and crucial role as an organizational identity in determining success in achieving objectives. However, some employees still lack the expected performance standards. Organizational culture is a primary factor influencing this issue, further exacerbated by the prevalence of unhealthy cultural practices and variations in background, level, and group dynamics. These factors contribute to a lack of employee ownership and commitment to their organization. This study seeks to explore the impact of organizational culture and transformational leadership style on employee performance within the Riau Islands Provincial Government, with work involvement serving as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach, with a population of 350 civil servants. The study’s findings indicate a direct, positive, and significant correlation between organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee performance. Consumer Protection for Goods That Do Not Match Advertisements in E-Commerce Transactions
Consumer protection laws, the responsibilities of business actors, and the actions of E-Commerce companies are very important to protect the rights of consumers when shopping on E-Commerce. This is necessary considering the vulnerable position of consumers who are very weak so that they become victims of the goods they receive. This research aims to explain who is responsible for the dispute between business actors and consumers if the goods received by consumers are not in accordance with those advertised by business actors in order to protect consumer rights. The method of approach used in this research is Juridical-Empirical by conducting research sourced from secondary and primary data. Secondary data such as documents, reports, books, articles, laws and regulations, court decisions, and others. While the primary data in this study are the results of interviews. In this case, the responsible party is the business actor who must replace the goods they send to consumers or return the funds that consumers have spent on these goods. In addition to the responsible business actors, E-Commerce also does not escape its obligations as a place of meeting between business actors and consumers. So that E-Commerce must carefully face the problems that occur between business actors and consumers, especially facing Business Actors who make advertisements that do not match the condition of the original goods
The Influence of Price, Product Innovation, and Service Quality on Competitive Advantage (Study on Hartini MSME Customers in Ponorogo)
This research seeks to examine how price, product innovation, and service quality affect the competitive advantage of Hartini MSMEs in PonorogoUtilizing a quantitative method with an associative approach, this study gathers data by administering surveys to 100 respondents who are Hartini MSME consumers, using intentional sampling procedures. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS assistance, accompanied by classical assumption testing to ensure model feasibility. It was found through the analysis that all three independent variables together have a significant and positive impact on competitive advantage. Partially, each variable also showed a significant effect, with product innovation being the most dominant factor in driving competitiveness. These findings provide strategic insights for MSMEs to continue to innovate and improve product and service quality in the face of increasing competition
Analysis of Firm Value in Indonesia: The Role of Green Investment, Financial Performance, and Corporate Social Responsibility as Moderation
This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Investment, Profitability, and Leverage on Firm Value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. This study uses quantitative methods with moderated regression analysis (MRA) techniques. The population of this study is an energy sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 87 companies, and sampling through purposive sampling method resulted in 10 companies. The results showed that Green Investment can contribute to company value, Profitability can contribute to Company Value, and Leverage has no contribution to Company Value. CSR can strengthen the influence of Green Investment on Firm Value, but is unable to moderate the relationship between Profitability on Firm Value, and unable to moderate the relationship between Leverage on Firm Value. This study provides practical implications for companies to continue to strengthen sustainable investment and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) transparency to increase firm value
Strategic Formulation to Increase Room Occupancy Rate at Bali Palms Tabanan Bali
This research aims to create a strategic plan for developing the potential occupancy rate at Bali Palms Tabanan Bali. This research was conducted to identify and analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as to determine the appropriate strategies for developing the occupancy rate potential at Bali Palms. The research was conducted through a survey. The formulation of the strategy is based on three stages: the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision stage. The analytical tools used are as follows: (1) Input stage: using External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, and Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM); (2) Matching Stage: Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix, SPACE Matrix, BCG Matrix, IE Matrix; and Decision Stage using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of the research indicate that 4 priority strategies can be implemented, namely: Intensifying social media campaigns and collaborating with influencers to increase brand awareness of Bali Palms Tabanan; Conducting foreign language courses for local staff as part of a sustainable training program (CSR); Providing new and unique products that are different from competitors; and Developing a local supplier network to reduce additional costs and empower the local economy
The Impact of Board Gender Diversity, Independent Commissioners, and Meeting Frequency on Financial Performance: Evidence From Indonesian Listed Bank (2019-2023)
This study examines the impact of female representation on the board of directors, board independence, and board meeting frequency on corporate financial performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The data used in this research comes from secondary sources, namely the annual reports of IDX-listed businesses from 2019 to 2023, and a regression analysis approach applied using the Eviews 12 software. Using a purposive selection approach, 25 samples were chosen from a pool of 43 firms. Secondary sources, namely the annual reports of IDX-listed companies from 2019 to 2023, and a regression analysis method implemented in Eviews 12 software, comprise the data used in this study. From a pool of forty-three companies, 25 were selected using a purposeful selection method. The results add to our knowledge of the factors that influence the effectiveness of boards in terms of membership and structure. Firms may benefit financially and socially from more equitable and long-term economic development if this study's findings motivate them to diversify their boards of directors, particularly by increasing the number of women and independent directors
THE INFLUENCE OF NET PROFIT MARGIN, RETURN ON ASSETS, AND RETURN ON EQUITY ON THE SHARE PRICE OF LQ45 COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE FOR THE PERIOD 2020-2023.
This study analyzes the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) on the stock prices of companies listed in LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2023. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent to which these three financial ratios affect stock prices. The method used is multiple regression analysis with secondary data collected from the company's annual report and the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results show that NPM has a significant influence on stock prices, while ROA and ROE do not show a meaningful influence. This finding emphasizes the importance of NPM as an indicator of company performance that can attract investors. The conclusion of this study is that companies need to focus on increasing NPM to increase the value of their shares. Future research is recommended to explore other variables that affect stock prices and conduct longitudinal analysis
