The Influence of Corporate Governance Mechanisms on the Performance of Commercial Banks in Indonesia
The banking sector has an important role in supporting sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. However, global economic uncertainty and changes in monetary policy require improved corporate governance mechanisms to maintain financial stability and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance mechanisms, which include Board Size, Board Independence, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Firm Sizeon the performance of commercial banks in Indonesia, which is proxied by Earnings Per Share (EPS). This study uses a panel data regression method with a sample of commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019-2023. Secondary data was obtained from financial reports and official publications. The study results showed no influence of Board Size, Board Independence, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Firm Size towards increasing EPS. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the factors that influence bank performance in Indonesia and become a reference for regulators and bank management to improve sustainable corporate governance
The Influence of Green Marketing on the Purchase Intention of Green Fashion: A Study on the Brand “Sejauh Mata Memandang”
This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing on the purchase intention of green fashion, using the brand “Sejauh Mata Memandang” as a case study. The research focuses on three main green marketing strategies: green advertising, green branding, and eco-labeling, as well as the role of consumer perception in green consumption. The research method employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, involving 247 respondents who are aware of and understand environmentally friendly fashion products from the brand. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that green advertising, green branding, and eco-labeling have a positive and significant influence on consumer perception. Furthermore, consumer perception also has a positive and significant impact on green consumption. These findings indicate that effective green marketing strategies can enhance positive consumer perceptions and encourage the purchase behavior of sustainable fashion products. The implications of this study provide strategic insights for fashion companies in developing environmentally friendly marketing approaches that can stimulate consumer purchase intention
Comparative Analysis of Promotion Strategies Between MSMEs Fried Shallot Mak Yem and Fried Shallot Rinings in Nganjuk Regency
This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of promotional strategies between MSMEs of fried shallots mak yem and fried shallots rinings in Nganjuk Regency. Consumers compare promotional strategies consisting of several dimensions, namely: Advertising, Personal selling, Publicity, Sales Promotion, and Direct Marketing. The method used is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires using Purposive Sampling techniques in sampling. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents with the following criteria: 1) Consumers of MSME fried shallots mak yem, 2) Consumers of MSME fried shallots rinings, and 3) MSME actors in Nganjuk Regency. The analysis technique used in this study is the Wilcoxon Test, which is a nonparametric statistical method used as an alternative to the Paired T-Test when the data analyzed is not normally distributed. This Wilcoxon test aims to evaluate the differences between two groups of paired data by comparing the value rankings of the observation pairs. The results of this study show that: (1) In the advertising dimension, the average results show that Mak Yem UMKM is superior to Rinings UMKM, (2) In the personal selling dimension, the average results show that Mak Yem UMKM is superior to Rinings UMKM, (3) In the publicity dimension, the average results show that Mak Yem UMKM is superior to Rinings UMKM, (4) In the sales promotion dimension, there is no difference in the average score between Mak Yem and Rinings UMKM, (5) In the direct marketing dimension, the average results show that Mak Yem UMKM is superior to Rinings UMKM
THE INFLUENCE OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND CREATIVE WORK ON INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR
The purpose of this analysis is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing and creative work climate on innovative behavior, with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional time horizon method. The research was conducted in 12 schools in Cirebon City, involving 142 respondents obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Based on the results, innovative knowledge sharing practices, positive and creative work climate, and innovative teacher behavior were significantly correlated. This suggests that creating a climate that supports creativity and knowledge sharing among teachers can encourage innovation, and this is crucial for improving learning effectiveness. Therefore, schools need to develop policies that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and create an innovative and creative work climate. These measures will not only improve the quality of teaching but also have an impact on improving student achievement, creating a productive and thriving educational environment

The Role of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline in Improving Employee Performance of Regional Public Companies in West Java
Using regional public enterprises in West Java as a case study, this research will examine how organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance improvement (Y). Out of a total of 325 workers, 179 from regional public enterprises in West Java were selected for the study. All of the variables in this study were measured using a Likert scale questionnaire, which is a quantitative approach. Data analysis methods make use of route analysis and descriptive statistics. According to the findings, company culture has a direct and beneficial effect on productivity in the workplace, regarding the correlation between strict workplace discipline and increased productivity
The Effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance PT Bagus Jaya Textile
This study is to determine the impact of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The population is the employees of PT Bagus Jaya Textil. This research uses quantitative, descriptive, and verification methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing Likert scale-based questionnaires 1-5 through Google Forms to 76 employees selected using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was determined by the formula. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 29, including multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and correlation and determination coefficient analysis. The results showed that motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bagus Jaya Textile. Partially, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bagus Jaya Textile. The results show that work discipline has a more dominant influence. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating motivation and work discipline improvement programs in human resource strategies to support optimal performance in the textile industry environment
Human Resource Management Strategy at SMP Sains Wahid Salahuddin Wahid Bintan
This study aims to explore the implementation of human resource management strategies at SMP Sains Salahuddin Wahid Bintan. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consisted of the principal and two staff members of SMP Sains Salahuddin Wahid Bintan. The results of the study indicate that human resource management at the school has succeeded in integrating Islamic values into modern management practices. The recruitment process not only considers professionalism but also the morals and personality of prospective teachers/staff. The selection is carried out collectively by a team consisting of the principal, academic coordinator, and senior teachers. Performance assessment is carried out through direct supervision and evaluation in monthly meetings. Aspects assessed include discipline, teaching creativity, classroom management, and contribution to the development of school programs
Financial Performance Analysis of PT Fast Food Indonesia Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022-2023
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (KFC franchise holder in Indonesia) in the period 2022–2023 using financial ratio analysis, including liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. Data are taken from the company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study show that the company experienced a significant decline in performance: (1) Liquidity ratios (Current Ratio and Quick Ratio) are below industry standards, indicating an inability to meet short-term obligations; (2) Solvency ratios (DER and DAR) show a high dependence on debt with DER reaching 440.24% (2023), indicating serious financial risk; (3) Activity ratios (TATO and ITO) are inefficient, reflecting suboptimal utilization of assets and inventory; (4) Profitability ratios (NPM and ROA) are negative, with ROA -10.69% (2023), indicating operational losses. The implications of this study emphasize the need for improved working capital management, debt restructuring, operational efficiency, and revenue-increasing strategies. Limitations of the study include the short analysis period and focus on one company. Suggestions for further research include the use of longer-term data and more comprehensive analysis
Gamification Appeal and Customer Engagement Increase Online Consumer Repurchase Intentions
Gamification with the use of non-gaming through points, levels, challenges, rewards, or leaderboards on e-commerce shopping platforms becomes a more interesting activity and motivates customer engagement. This study aims to explore the factors that influence repurchase intention in e-ecommerce, with a focus on gamification and customer engagement. The participants in this study were individuals from Cirebon City, aged between 15-29 years old, with a sample size of 399 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The research data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS (Partial Least-Structural Equation Modeling) method. The research findings reveal that gamification and customer engagement significantly influence Generation Z's intention to repurchase in e-commerce. Gamification strongly drives Generation Z's purchase intention in e-commerce shopping, this is because gamification creates a fun and interactive shopping experience. An interactive gamification strategy can be utilized by e-commerce businesses to encourage Generation Z's buying interest, so that the strategy created is interesting and effective to be of interest to Generation Z, which will increase consumer buying interest
