The Effects of Knowledge Sharing and Work Motivation on Work Productivity at PT Balagi
Human resource management plays an important role in increasing employee productivity and achieving corporate goals. In the age of globalization and increasing competition, companies are forced to improve their efficiency and operational performance. This study examines the effects of knowledge sharing and work motivation on productivity at PT Balagi Rotan. It shows that these two factors have a significant impact on productivity. Knowledge sharing, the exchange of knowledge between individuals, increases operational efficiency and innovation within the company, although it is often hampered by cultural barriers and mutual distrust. At the same time, high work motivation can inspire employees to perform better and enhance their performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and includes a sample of 150 employees from a population of 150. The results of the statistical tests show that these two variables, namely knowledge sharing and work motivation, have a significant impact on productivity. These findings enable companies to develop more effective strategies to overcome production delays and improve overall operational performance
Leveraging Psychological Capital as a Personal Resource to Enhance Happiness at Work and Drive Extra-Role Behaviors
This study examines the effect of psychological capital (PsyCap) on happiness at work (HAW) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), while exploring the mediating role of HAW. Using data from 1,236 employees of a public financial organization in Indonesia, this research applied confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). The results show that PsyCap significantly enhances OCB, both directly and indirectly through HAW. These findings highlight the critical role of emotional well-being as a psychological pathway that connects personal resources to positive work behavior. By adopting the Broaden-and-Build Theory, this study provides new insights into the mechanisms that promote extra-role behaviors in the workplace, particularly in public sector organizations. It also emphasizes the practical importance of developing PsyCap and fostering happiness at work to support organizational success
ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DEMAND DATA PATTERNS AND LOTTING TECHNIQUES BASED ON EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN
Lot sizing technique is a method of determining the size of a lot in a procurement process. Lot sizing technique has been extensively analyzed by experts, as ordering costs, holding costs, and lot sizes have a significant impact on the total ordering cost. One of the many lot sizing techniques is the Groff algorithm, which is rarely used. Other lot sizing techniques include the Wagner-Whitin algorithm, Silver-Meal algorithm, Least Unit Cost, Least Total Cost, Part Period Balancing, Period Order Quantity, and Lot for Lot. Simulation data was collected from a real company, including ordering and holding costs, and demand data was generated with four different demand patterns: increasing, decreasing, random, and stationary. The initial analysis concludes that the Silver-Meal algorithm and Groff algorithm have relative biases that are close to the Wagner-Whitin algorithm. The second analysis concludes that for lot sizing techniques, the calculated F-value (84.3) is larger than the table F-value (2,1), indicating a significant influence of lot sizing techniques on the relative bias percentage. Furthermore, the analysis of demand patterns shows that the calculated F-value (80.0) is larger than the table F-value (2,6), indicating a significant influence of demand patterns on the relative bias percentage
The Role of Psychological Safety and Engagement as Mediators Between Transformational Leadership and Task Performance of Generation Z Employees in Jabodetabek Startups
Generation Z has become an important part of the workforce, including in the rapidly growing startup companies in Indonesia. Although known for being adaptive to technology and creative, Generation Z still faces challenges in task performance due to a lack of technical skills and low work initiative. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on the task performance of Generation Z employees in startup companies in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area, through the mediating roles of psychological safety and employee engagement. The study uses a quantitative approach with the CB-SEM method. The respondents consist of 301 Generation Z employees working in startups in the Jabodetabek area. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on task performance, psychological safety, and employee engagement. In addition to its direct effect on task performance, employee engagement also acts as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and task performance. On the other hand, psychological safety is found to have no significant direct effect on task performance and does not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and task performance. However, this variable can have a significant impact on task performance when mediated by employee engagement. These findings provide important insights for organizations seeking to improve the performance of Generation Z employees in startups in the Jabodetabek area through strengthening transformational leadership, psychological safety, and employee engagement

The purpose of this research is to find out how much of an impact brand perception, trust, and knowledge have on Toyota customers' loyalty in Cirebon City. The method was quantitative, and it made use of a 4-point Likert scale, from (1) very disagree to (4) very agree. We want to reach out to everyone living in or around Cirebon City and the adjacent regency who drives a Toyota. The population size was not known, thus a sample size of 100 respondents was determined using the Lemeshow method and simple random sampling. Validity evaluations, multiple regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the computation of the coefficient of determination were all part of the data analysis that was carried out using SPSS version 26. Brand awareness had the greatest impact on brand loyalty, with 62% (β = 0.622) of the total, followed by brand image at 41% (β = 0.401), and finally, brand trust at 14% (β = 0.147), according to the data. In addition, the results of the t-test show that brand awareness and brand image have a substantial influence on brand loyalty, but brand trust does not
Analysis of the Suitability of Developing Economically Valuable and Sustainable Integrated Agriculture in the Reclamation of Former Mining Lands
Intensive nickel mining activities in North Morowali Utara Regency have resulted in severe environmental degradation, including soil damage, biodiversity loss, and water pollution. This study aims to analyze the impact of sustainable integrated farming development as a reclamation strategy for former nickel mining land, and to evaluate the sustainability of this system from economic, ecological, and social perspectives. The research was conducted in Molores and Molino Villages using an exploratory qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, field observations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis based on the Rapfish method. The findings indicate that the implementation of integrated farming combining agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, and organic waste processing can effectively restore soil fertility, increase household income, and enhance community resilience in food and energy. The sustainability index indicated a "moderately sustainable" status, with the highest score observed in the economic dimension. This system also reduces community dependency on the mining sector and promotes active participation in environmental conservation. Sustainable integrated farming has proven to be an effective, community-based reclamation solution and is highly replicable in other post-mining areas
The Influence of Celebrity Endorsers, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions for Eiger Adventure Products (A Study on Eiger Adventure Consumers in Surabaya City)
This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsers, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Eiger Adventure products. A quantitative approach was employed with data collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers who have purchased Eiger products. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the effect of each variable. The findings show that simultaneously, celebrity endorsers, e-WOM, and lifestyle significantly influence purchasing decisions. However, partially, only celebrity endorsers and e-WOM have significant effects, while lifestyle does not. These findings highlight that promotional efforts through public figures and consumer reviews in digital media contribute more strongly to purchasing decisions than lifestyle factors. Therefore, companies are advised to maximize the role of endorsers and e-WOM strategies
