The Influence of Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Productivity in Manufacturing Companies
This study aims to analyze how leadership style, work motivation, and work environment affect the work productivity of employees of PT Hamsina Jaya - MPGG Cirebon. Using quantitative methods, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 278 respondents. The analysis techniques applied include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing to measure the relationship between variables. The study revealed that leadership style has no positive effect on work productivity. In contrast, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on increasing productivity. Simultaneous tests of the three variables together affect employee productivity. This finding confirms that the main factor in improving productivity is more determined by motivation and a supportive work environment, rather than leadership style. Therefore, companies are advised to focus more on strategies to increase motivation and improve work environment conditions so that optimal productivity can be achieved. In addition, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the applied leadership style in order to increase its contribution related to employee productivity
Sensory Marketing Strategies to Enhance Elderly Customer Satisfaction: A Study at Kunokini Café & Resto
As the global ageing population grows, the food and beverage (F&B) industry faces the challenge of catering to the evolving sensory needs of elderly customers, whose physical and sensory capacities gradually decline. This study investigates how sensory marketing practices shape the dining experience at KUNOKINI Café & Resto, emphasizing the need for tailored sensory elements to enhance comfort and satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with key informants, including elderly patrons, management, and staff, and observations of sensory elements such as lighting, music, aroma, and food texture. Findings indicate that while elements like ambient lighting, curated music, and food presentation are well-executed, specific needs of elderly customers remain unmet. They prefer non-glare lighting for visual clarity, soft-textured meals for easier consumption, low-volume music for a relaxed atmosphere, and spacious seating for enhanced physical comfort. Optimizing these elements can foster more inclusive dining experiences, strengthen customer engagement, and offer businesses a competitive edge

The Relationship Between Fraud Pentagon, Audit Quality, and Financial Performance with the Risk of Financial Statement Fraud: An Empirical Study on PT Indofarma
This study aims to analyze the effect of Fraud Pentagon, Audit Quality, and Financial Performance on the risk of financial statement fraud at PT Indofarma Tbk during the period 2020-2023. The method used is a quantitative approach with a linear regression model, as well as fraud detection through the Beneish M-Score and evaluation of risk factors using the Fraud Pentagon Model. The results showed that the Beneish M-Score value was consistently above the -2.22 threshold, indicating the potential for earnings manipulation throughout the observation period, with the highest peak in 2022. In addition, the Fraud Pentagon Score increased significantly in 2023, mainly influenced by the pressure (1.00000) and competence (0.94069) factors, which are the main indicators of increased fraud risk. Although the regression test results show that the effect of the three variables is not statistically significant (p-value > 0.05), the Fraud Pentagon has the highest practical contribution (R² = 0.302) in explaining the variation of report manipulation. This finding confirms the importance of monitoring financial pressure and perpetrator competence in the early detection of fraud. This study recommends strengthening corporate governance, increasing auditor independence, and managing financial pressure as more effective fraud prevention strategies
Identification of Waste Using Waste Assessment Model Method in the Application of Lean Manufacturing at PT. X
PT X is a company that produces animal feed for poultry such as chickens, ducks, quails, and pigs. The animal feed products offered are in accordance with the nutritional needs of each growth period. The form of animal feed produced by PT X can be in the form of concentrates, mash, pellets or crumble. The challenge faced by PT X is that with the variety of products produced and the relatively large scale of production, the products produced often experience defects, so the products must be held in the warehouse for further processing. Forms of defects detected include abnormal texture, high moisture, and mixing. In addition, defects due to torn sacks also cause non -value-added activities because the products must be repackaged, resulting in delays in the delivery of orders for these products. The problem will be analyzed using the waste assessment model method to find critical waste, then a fishbone diagram is used to find the root of the problem and improvement proposals will be made using the 5W1H method. from the results of the calculation using the WAM method, the final results of the calculation using the Waste Assessment Model (WAM) method show that the highest waste in the animal feed production process is waste defects with a percentage value of 29.20%, waste inventory with a percentage of 19.63% and waste motion with a percentage of 13.20%. Then, improvement proposals will be given, including increasing operator training and evaluating the production process, implementing a digital-based monitoring system such as ERP / WMS for real-time stock visibility, adding conveyors or handlifts in the loading area to minimize manual load lifting movements to make it more effective. From the proposed improvements given, it can reduce the lead time by about 373.33 seconds or 6 minutes and 13 seconds
