The Effect of Debt Delinquency on Financial Stress Moderated by Financial Capability on Housewives in Regency Housing
This study aims to examine the impact of debt delinquency on financial stress, with financial capability considered as a moderating factor among housewives residing in Regency Housing. A quantitative method with an explanatory design was employed, involving a sample of 96 housewives selected through random sampling. Data were obtained via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal a positive correlation between debt delinquency and financial stress indicating that greater delays in debt repayment are associated with higher financial stress levels. On the other hand, financial capability appears to reduce financial stress, although the effect is not statistically significant. Furthermore, the study concludes that financial capability does not moderate the relationship between debt delinquency and financial stress. These results underscore the importance of financial education initiatives aimed at helping housewives manage debt more effectively and improve their financial literacy. The study also suggests that enhancing social support systems and ensuring access to formal financial services could help lessen the adverse effects of delayed debt repayments.

The Influence of Influencer Marketing on Tiktok on the Purchase Intention of PT. Cosmax Indonesia Skincare Products
This study aims to analyze the impact of influencer marketing on TikTok on consumers' purchase intention towards skincare products from PT Cosmax Indonesia. Using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model approach, this research examines influencer characteristics such as attractiveness, expertise, originality, homophily, and interaction as stimuli affecting consumer attitudes, including image satisfaction and advertising trust, as well as self-brand connection towards purchase intention. Additionally, product attributes such as product quality, ingredients, awareness, and safety are also analyzed for their impact on purchase intention. Data were collected from 388 respondents who are active TikTok users aged 18–34 years and regularly use skincare products. A quantitative method through questionnaires was employed, and the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 4). The results of the study show that all influencer characteristics significantly influence advertising trust and image satisfaction. Advertising trust was found to have a direct impact on purchase intention, whereas image satisfaction and self-brand connection did not directly influence purchase intention. On the other hand, product attributes, especially product safety, were the most dominant factor in driving purchase intention. The results of the Multigroup Analysis also revealed that there were no significant differences between the preferences for educational and entertainment content in influencing the relationships among the variables. This study emphasizes the importance of influencer credibility and product quality as the primary strategies for influencing purchase decisions on TikTok

The Influence of Students' Purchase Intention on Modern Retail Products: The Role of Brand Image, Product Variety, and Lifestyle in the Campus Environment
This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and lifestyle on students' purchase intention toward modern retail products, with a focus on Alfamidi outlets in the vicinity of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS). A quantitative approach was employed using an explanatory survey method. The research population was considered unlimited, and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 130 active student respondents. The instrument used was a closed-ended questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis results indicate that brand image (α1 = 0.200; p = 0.018), product variety (α2 = 0.297; p = 0.001), and lifestyle (α3 = 0.302; p = 0.000) each have a significant partial effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant influence on purchase intention, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.657 and a model significance value (Prob. F) of 0.000 (< α 0.01). These findings suggest that students' perceptions of brand, product diversity, and lifestyle play an important role in influencing purchasing decisions in modern retail. The practical implications of this study provide a strategic foundation for retail businesses in designing more adaptive marketing approaches tailored to the characteristics of young consumers in a university setting
The Effect of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Turnover Intention: Mediated by Entrepreneurial Intention and Moderated by Quality of Work Life
This study aims to analyze the effect of enactive mastery experience on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and its implications for entrepreneurial intention and turnover intention in startup businesses. The results indicate that enactive mastery experience has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The more experience an employee has in entrepreneurial values, the stronger their confidence in their entrepreneurial abilities. Furthermore, entrepreneurial self-efficacy was found to positively influence both entrepreneurial intention and turnover intention to startup businesses. This means that employees with higher self-confidence in entrepreneurship are more likely to intend to leave their current job to start their own business. The study also confirms that entrepreneurial intention mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and turnover intention. Additionally, the quality of work life significantly moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and turnover intention, where a high quality of work life can reduce the tendency of employees to leave their jobs despite having entrepreneurial intentions. These findings provide important insights for organizational management in understanding the dynamics of employees’ entrepreneurial intentions and developing talent retention strategies

Trust and Satisfaction: The Hidden Drivers of QRIS Adoption and Long-Term Use Among Generation X in Indonesia
This study aims to examine the key factors influencing the continuance use intention of QR code-based payment systems (QRIS) among Generation X consumers in Indonesia, addressing the need for sustainable digital payment adoption. By extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT), the research explores how perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and satisfaction affect continued engagement with QRIS. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 217 respondents who have used QRIS within the past three months. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to assess the relationships among the constructs, utilizing bootstrapping to determine the significance of the path coefficients. The analysis revealed that perceived ease of use significantly influences both perceived usefulness and user satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts trust. Interestingly, while trust was a significant predictor of continuance intention, satisfaction and perceived usefulness did not directly lead to continued usage, challenging traditional assumptions in the literature. This highlights the complex interplay of factors that drive continued engagement with QRIS. This research contributes to the digital payment literature by integrating perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and satisfaction into a comprehensive model of continuance intention. It offers both theoretical insights and practical guidance for stakeholders in the rapidly evolving digital payment industry, particularly within the context of QRIS adoption, especially among Generation X in Indonesia

Stock Portfolio Analysis Using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) on Companies in the IDX30 Index
This study aims to provide guidance to investors in identifying efficient and inefficient stocks, as well as evaluating stocks that have an optimal balance between return and risk using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). The CAPM method is used to predict the return of risky securities and as a benchmark in assessing the level of investment returns. By implementing CAPM, investors can make more informed and strategic investment decisions in portfolio management. This study uses a purposive sampling technique to select samples, where the specific criteria are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and consistently included in the IDX30 stock index in the 2020-2023 period. Selection is made based on stock efficiency, where individual returns are greater than expected returns (Ri>ERi). There is a linear relationship between systematic risk and expected returns, where stocks that have a high beta value, the expected return will also be high, and vice versa. Of the 16 stocks analyzed, 7 company stocks are included in the efficient stock category, namely ADRO, ANTM, BBCA, BBNI, BBRI, BMRI, and UNTR, while the other 9 stocks are included in the inefficient category. The results of this study are expected to provide insight to investors in selecting efficient stocks for optimal investment decision-making
