Business Development Strategy Using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) Approach in Increasing Sales Volume at MSME Mojokerto Sayur (MOSAY)
Businesses today are increasingly developing following the needs of the market, such as the existence of a packaged vegetable business that was created because of this. Mojokerto Sayur (MOSAY) is one of the many packaged vegetable businesses in Mojokerto that faces challenging conditions and dynamic competition. This condition also makes MOSAY's sales turnover experience a decline to an increase that has not been able to reach the target every month. Therefore, MOSAY needs an appropriate business model and requires the implementation of new strategies in order to increase its sales volume. This research aims to analyze MOSAY's business model with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach which will then be evaluated according to SWOT analysis so that it will create recommendations for improvement in each element of the business model. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques using BMC and SWOT analysis which includes the use of IFAS and EFAS. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Informants in this study were selected purposively totaling 10 people consisting of owners, employees and consumers of MOSAY. The results showed a strategy that leads to supporting an aggressive strategy or “Growth Oriented Strategy” on the SWOT analysis diagram which will be used as a recommendation for BMC improvement. The implementation results show that each element in BMC requires improvement recommendations with the resulting strategy can be used as a consideration by MOSAY in making business decisions
The Effect of E-Learning Training and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Unit
The study aims to show the effect of e-learning training and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Unit. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach and uses primary and secondary data. This study used non-probability sampling, namely ourposive sampling of 93 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, but before that, validity, realism and classical assumptions were tested with the SPSS 27 software tool. The results of the study show that e-learning training has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation affects employee performance. E-learning training and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. E-learning training and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. This research can complement existing theories and can be a reference for PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Sidoarjo Unit in improving employee performance, especially in terms of training or human resource development
THE INFLUENCE PERCEIVED QUALITY, BRAND TRUST AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ON REPURCHASE INTENTION OF SKINTIFIC PRODUCTS
The competitive landscape in the beauty industry in Indonesia is increasing significantly, along with the growing consumer awareness and interest in high-quality skincare products. One brand that has recently begun to attract attention, especially among urban communities such as in Surabaya City, is Skintific. This study analyzes how customer experience, brand trust, and perceived quality affect consumers' intentions to repurchase Skintific products. A sample of Surabaya City residents who use Skintific products is used in this quantitative investigation. The study involved 100 participants, selected through a purposive sampling method as part of a non-probability sampling approach. Online questionnaires were distributed in order to collect data. Several linear regression analyses were performed using SPSS version 30 software. The results show that the three independent factors, perceived quality, brand trust, and customer experience, all have a positive significant impact on repurchase intention, both simultaneously and individually. These findings show that views of product quality, trust in the brand, and a great customer experience are important factors in increasing consumers' desire to repurchase Skintific products in a highly competitive market
The Influence of Perceived Quality, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Transaction Security on User Satisfaction in Flip Application (A Study on the Millennial Generation and Generation Z)
The development of technology, especially information technology, has penetrated various sectors in Indonesia, from education to banking. With this, banking access can be used by all groups flexibly through fintech services. Flip is a real example of how technology services can collaborate with the banking sector to expand the reach of its services. Flip. The application helps its users to make free interbank transfers, send money abroad via Flip Globe, top up e-wallets, pay electricity bills, buy electricity tokens, top up credit, buy data packages, Internet & TV, BPJS Health, Credit Installments at affordable costs. This study aims to test the effect of perceived quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived transaction security on user satisfaction in the flip application (a study of the millennial generation and generation z). The population in this study were all residents in the city of Surabaya who had made transactions using the Flip application. The data collection method was through a survey using a questionnaire to 155 respondents with a non-probability sampling method through Purposive Sampling. Data analysis techniques include testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables perceived quality, perceived ease of use, and perceived transaction security have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Partially perceived ease of use and perceived transaction security have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, while perceived quality has a positive but insignificant effect
The Influence of Social Media Marketing, Country of Origin, and Product Features on Purchase Intention of Xiaomi Smartphones for Generation Z in Surabaya
There has been tremendous growth in information and communication technology infrastructure in Indonesia. Along with this, the demand for various media and communication devices has also increased, considering the needs of the community for diverse communication tools. This condition also encourages increasingly tight competition in the telecommunications industry. In connection with the tight competition in the telecommunications industry, it is important to examine what influences purchasing intention. This study aims to determine the influence and analyze the Influence of Social Media Marketing, Country of Origin, and Product Features on Purchase Intention of Xiaomi Smartphones for Generation Z in Surabaya. This research method is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of 160 respondents, consisting of Generation Z in Surabaya and those interested in Xiaomi smartphones. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS 3. The results of this study are 1) Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Xiaomi smartphones for Generation Z in Surabaya. 2) Country of origin has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Xiaomi smartphones for Generation Z in Surabaya. 3) Product features have a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Xiaomi smartphones for Generation Z in Surabaya
The Role of Brand Awareness in Mediating the Relationship Between Content Marketing and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Purchase Intention of Tenue de Attire Products
The development of social media, especially TikTok, has become a strategic opportunity for fashion brands to expand their marketing reach, including Tenue de Attire. However, despite appearing frequently on the For You Page (FYP), there are still many users who do not realize that Tenue de Attire is a brand that sells fashion products and when compared to other local products, Tenue De Attire has the lowest number of products sold. Through brand awareness, this research seeks to examine how electronic word-of-mouth (e-wom) and content marketing affect purchase intention. Gen Z Surabaya TikTok users made up the study's population. With a sample size of 126 respondents, this study employed the purposive sampling method. The findings of this study show that while electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) exerts a positive and significant influence on brand awareness, content marketing does not demonstrate a noticeable effect. Furthermore, purchase intention is positively and significantly affected by brand awareness. In addition, e-WOM shows a positive and substantial indirect impact on purchase intention mediated by brand awareness, whereas content marketing appears to have no indirect influence in this regard

As public attention to appearance increases, especially among women, the use of cosmetics has become an important part of daily grooming. The rapid development of cosmetic trends has led to the emergence of various brands, both local and international, resulting in increasingly intense market competition. This study aims to analyze the impact of Product Quality and Price Perception on the Purchase Decision of Wardah pressed powder in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling method and involves 96 respondents residing in Surabaya. The data were collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results of the analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method indicate that Product Quality and Price Perception have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.As people's attention to appearance increases, especially among women, the use of cosmetics has become an important part of supporting everyday appearance. The Influence of Digital Marketing, Brand Trust, and Brand Image on Purchase Decision of Somethinc Copy Paste Breathable Cushion Products
This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing, brand trust, and brand image on the purchase decision of Somethinc Copy Paste Breathable Cushion products in Cimahi City. In the digital era, marketing strategies have undergone significant changes, with digital marketing playing an essential role in attracting consumer attention. The study identifies how digital marketing, through social media, e-commerce, and other digital platforms, influences consumer behavior, while brand trust and brand image further affect consumer decisions. A descriptive and causal quantitative approach was used, with data collected through a survey involving 183 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to test the impact of the variables. The results show that digital marketing, brand trust, and brand image have a significant positive impact on purchase decisions. Digital marketing enhances brand awareness and consumer engagement, while brand trust provides security and confidence, and brand image shapes perceptions of exclusivity. These findings suggest that integrating digital marketing, brand trust, and brand image in marketing strategies is crucial for increasing purchase decisions and fostering brand loyalty. Further research could explore how these factors interact across other industries and their impact on long-term consumer loyalty and repeat purchases

This study aims to investigate the effects of amenities and service quality on participant satisfaction at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto Branch Office. The process used by applying quantitative descriptive research methodologies is known as quantitative research. This study's goal is to objectively describe the issue using figures. The study's population consists of the 196,378 current workers of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto Branch Office in 2024. Additionally, the study's sample consisted of 100 responders. The Influence of Scarcity Perception and FOMO on Gen Z Impulse Buying in Cirebon City
Social media use and the quick expansion of e-commerce have altered Generation Z's spending habits, particularly by promoting impulsive purchases. The purpose of this research is to ascertain how Gen Z in Cirebon City impulsively purchases items in response to perceived scarcity and FOMO. The research methodology is survey-based and quantitative. Participants in this research were 231 respondents who are frequent Shopee e-commerce consumers in Cirebon City. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) approach was used to analyse the data using the SmartPLS 3 software. The findings demonstrated that impulsive purchase was positively and significantly impacted by both perceived scarcity and FOMO, partly and concurrently. With an R-squared value of 0.382, the two independent variables may account for 38.2% of the variable related to impulsive purchase. These findings support the Stimulus-Organism-Response and psychological reactance theories, which explain that external pressures, such as scarcity and social anxiety, can encourage unplanned buying behavior. This research provides implications for businesses to understand the importance of ethics in scarcity-based marketing strategies and the importance of digital financial literacy education among Gen Z to reduce irrational consumptive behavior
