Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Support: Keys to Lecturers' Creative Self-Efficacy and Innovation
In the context of higher education, lecturers' capacity to engage in innovative work behavior is critical to institutional development and academic excellence. This study investigates the role of knowledge sharing and perceived organizational support in enhancing creative self-efficacy and their combined influence on innovative work behavior among university faculty members. This study aimed to develop and test a mediation model in which creative self-efficacy acts as a psychological mechanism linking social-organizational factors to innovation outcomes. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 79 lecturers at a state university in Indonesia. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to assess the proposed model. The results show that both knowledge sharing and perceived organizational support significantly predict creative self-efficacy, which in turn directly affects innovative behavior. Furthermore, creative self-efficacy mediates the relationship between the two predictors and innovative behavior. These findings provide theoretical insights into the role of self-efficacy in mediating the social and organizational drivers of innovation. Practically, this study suggests that universities should foster collaborative environments and invest in psychological empowerment to enhance faculty innovation. This study contributes to the advancement of multidimensional innovation models in academic contexts
Analysis of Key Factors for the Growth of 99% Usahaku MSMEs Using Principal Component Analysis
The growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia plays a crucial role in supporting national economic development. Nevertheless, between 2017 and 2023, the progress of MSMEs has experienced fluctuations, even among those that are officially registered and supported by the 99% Usahaku platform. These inconsistencies are primarily due to ongoing challenges, particularly limited access to funding and technology. Given the definition and unique characteristics of MSMEs, this study seeks to examine whether there is a correlation between specific key factors and the growth of MSMEs listed on the 99% Usahaku platform. Furthermore, the research aims to identify which of these factors most significantly influence their growth. To achieve this, the study utilizes primary data collected via questionnaires distributed to 390 MSMEs, determined through the Slovin formula. The responses are analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) serving as the primary method of analysis. The results, indicated by a KMO Measure of Sampling Adequacy (MSA) value of 0.586 (greater than 0.50) and a significant Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity (p-value < 0.05), suggest a meaningful correlation between the identified key factors and the growth of MSMEs on the 99% Usahaku platform, thus supporting the alternative hypothesis (H1). The analysis identifies thirteen key factors contributing to MSME growth on the platform: labor ecosystem, MSME ecosystem, competitive capacity, market operational ability, skilled human capital, business ecosystem, business information systems, digital adoption, organizational structure, market orientation, financial management, marketing competence, and operational support
Electric Vehicle Purchase Intentions Among Millennials in Jabodetabek: An Analysis of the Theory of Planned Behavior and Motivation with Gender as a Moderator
Global warming can be caused by various sectors, one of which is the transportation sector. The use of gasoline is one of the main contributors to energy consumption. Conventional cars typically use gasoline as fuel to support the mobility of their users. The use of this fuel can have negative impacts on the environment, such as greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution. Therefore, electric vehicles could be a potential solution to reduce these impacts. However, it cannot be denied that there are several barriers to the adoption of electric vehicles. Through the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) analysis, this study explores the influence of attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on the intention to purchase electric vehicles among millennials. Additionally, it examines the motivations of millennials in their purchase intentions and the moderating role of gender in the intention to buy electric vehicles. The study sample consists of millennials living in the Jabodetabek area with an interest in electric vehicles. A quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS approach is used to analyze the relationships among the variables studied. The results show that TPB and motivation influence the intention to purchase electric vehicles among millennials in Jabodetabek. Meanwhile, gender moderation only influences the relationship between perceived behavioral control and the intention to buy electric vehicles among millennials in Jabodetabek

In identifying the causes of each defect problem can be done with the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is a technique used to identify risks that contribute to the occurrence of failure. From the research conducted, 4 types of defects were obtained, namely stretch woven, uneven color, folded laminate, and holes due to other objects. Of the four defects, there are 15 root causes that cause defects to occur. The highest defect was the stretch woven defects of 107.52 tons, the uneven color defect of 51.36 tons, the folded lamination defect is 35.51 tons, and the hole defect due to other objects is 28.61 tons. To achieve a significant reduction in the defect rate, improvements should be focused on defect types with the highest likelihood of occurrence, beginning with stretch woven, then uneven color, followed by folded laminate. By resolving the three most common defects, the company can lower the likelihood of product defects by 87.17%
The Role of Auditor Competence and Independence in Enhancing Internal Audit Quality with Auditor Ethics as a Mediating Variable

This improvement, in turn, significantly influences both organizational performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Good internal audit quality can strengthen accountability, and transparency, and foster continuous improvement within organizations. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of auditor competence and independence on the quality of internal audits, with auditor ethics as a mediating variable. The method used is quantitative, with a population of internal auditors working in 223 Banks Perekonomian Rakyat (BPR) in West Java, and a sample of 86 auditors selected through purposive sampling. The analysis of the data was conducted utilizing Smart PLS techniques to establish the relationships between the variables and to evaluate the proposed hypotheses. The results of this research demonstrate that both the competence and independence of auditors have a substantial and direct effect on the quality of internal audits. Specifically, auditor independence plays a constructive role in fostering auditor ethics, while auditor competence serves to elevate ethical standards within auditing practices. Despite this, the direct impact of auditor ethics on the quality of internal audits is negligible, indicating that auditor ethics does not function as a mediating factor in this context. These findings underscore the essential importance of auditor competence and independence in improving the overall quality of internal audits
