This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on customer satisfaction with Sambal Nagih products in Pontianak City. This research uses an associative quantitative approach with a total of 100 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the equation Y = 1.061 + 0.243X₁ + 0.225X₂ + 0.203X₃, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.697, which indicates a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 48.6% indicates that the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by product quality, price, and promotion, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables outside the model. The F-test results show that product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The partial t-test results also show that the three independent variables individually have a positive and significant effect. In conclusion, product quality, price, and promotion have been proven to contribute to increasing Sambal Nagih customer satisfaction. This study recommends the need for product innovation improvement, competitive pricing, and more attractive promotions to maintain Sambal Nagih’s competitiveness. Future research is expected to add other variables, such as customer loyalty, to obtain more comprehensive results

Optimization of Non-Tax State Revenue in the Water Lease Section in the Marine Sector of Institution X Office

    Get PDF
Indonesia, as an archipelagic country, relies heavily on maritime transportation and shipping services. One crucial element in supporting the efficiency of the shipping sector is the optimization of non-tax state revenue (PNBP), particularly from water leases. This study aims to analyze water lease agreements and PNBP optimization strategies at Institution X Office. The study employed a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews with five informants representing both regulators and service users. The results indicate that a significant decline in PNBP in 2025 will occur due to instability in rental rates and reduced interest in leasing from large business actors such as PT A and PT B. Additionally, several internal constraints were identified, including limited human resources, outdated information systems, and inflexible tariff policies. This study adopted Pricing and Revenue Optimization Theory to formulate ten optimization strategies, including strengthening price evaluation mechanisms, utilizing lost quote data, and the need for a zoning-based and market-sensitive tariff approach. It was concluded that the success of PNBP optimization depends not only on tariff policies but also on regulatory consistency, fiscal transparency, and sustainable use of marine space. This research provides a practical contribution to Institution X and the Ministry of Transportation in designing a PNBP management system that is efficient, fair, and adaptive to market dynamics

    Get PDF
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is voluntary behavior that supports the effectiveness of the organization. Factors that affect OCB teachers in Islamic educational institutions need to be studied to improve the quality of learning. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Leadership, Work-life Balance, and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior by Mediating Job Satisfaction in teachers of Islamic educational institutions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey design. The research population is 164 teachers with 101 teachers who are determined through purposive sampling with a minimum working period of 2 years. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with a standard of alpha significance of ten percent. The results of the study show that Islamic Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant positive effect on OCB. Organizational Culture also has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, which then affects OCB. On the other hand, Islamic Leadership has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Work-life Balance does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction or OCB. Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and OCB. The implications of the study show that strengthening Organizational Culture is the main strategy in improving teachers' OCB, both directly and through increasing Job Satisfaction. Islamic leadership effectively encourages OCB directly

    Get PDF
This study investigates the influence of Digital Financial Engagement (DFE) on Financial Preparedness (FP) among Generation Z college students in Indonesia, with Financial Literacy (FL) serving as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 231 Generation Z students who actively use digital financial services, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The findings reveal that DFE has a positive and significant effect on both FL (β = 0.218; p < 0.001) and FP (β = 0.144; p < 0.001). Furthermore, FL exerts a strong positive influence on FP (β = 0.534; p < 0.001). The mediation test using the Sobel method confirms that FL partially mediates the relationship between DFE and FP (Z = 3.871; p < 0.001), suggesting the presence of both direct and indirect effects. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on financial behavior by highlighting the role of digital financial practices in fostering preparedness for future financial needs. Practically, the results emphasize the importance of integrating financial literacy education into higher education curricula and promoting responsible engagement with digital financial platforms to enhance young adults’ financial readiness in an increasingly digitalized economy

Despite these findings, Padang restaurant owners should continue to improve service quality, implement effective pricing strategies, and consider other factors such as product quality, customer trust, and relationships to ensure sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty growth

Village fund Village Fund Usage Improvement Strategy in the Effort to Reduce Poverty in Bogor District

    No full text
The primary objective of the Village Fund (Dana Desa) is to enhance village autonomy through community development and empowerment, aiming to alleviate poverty. Nationally, the allocation of the Village Fund reached IDR 538.94 trillion during 2015–2023. However, this increase has not had a significant impact on poverty reduction in Bogor Regency. Expenditures relevant to poverty alleviation, as stipulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018, primarily fall under the community empowerment sector, as they directly relate to human capital development and village infrastructure. This research aims to (1) analyze the utilization of the Village Fund in poverty reduction efforts in Bogor Regency and (2) formulate strategies for its improvement. The data utilized includes primary data from 20 respondents and secondary data from the BPKP SISKEUDES system, encompassing all planning and realization data for the Village Fund across 416 villages during the 2019–2023 period. Analytical methods employed include simple regression, descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The research findings indicate that expenditures in the community empowerment sector have not significantly impacted poverty reduction. This is attributed to their persistently low proportion (12.09%) and the suboptimal management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa), which contribute, on average, only 10.50% to the village's original revenue (PAD). Furthermore, a significant majority of villages (approximately 71%) that provided capital to BUM Desa have yet to generate any PAD. Therefore, strategies to enhance Village Fund utilization include synergistic oversight through joint audits, optimizing human resources and technology, and strengthening information systems in Village Fund management to support effective village development. &nbsp
