Impact of Personalization and Consumer Trust on Purchase Intentions (Case Study of Social Media Marketing in the Fashion Industry)
This study examines how consumer trust and customization affect purchase intentions in the context of fashion industry social media marketing. 400 respondents who frequently interact with fashion businesses on social media platforms provided data for the study using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings show that customer trust and purchasing intentions are significantly enhanced by customisation. Furthermore, the relationship between personalization and purchase intentions is partially mediated by consumer trust, indicating that customized marketing tactics work better when trust is built. According to the R-squared values, personalization has a moderate to significant explanatory power, accounting for 27.3% of the variation in customer trust and 42.1% of the variation in buy intentions when combined with trust. These results demonstrate how important trust-building and tailored content are to increasing customer involvement and influencing purchase decisions in social media marketing. Fashion firms looking to improve their social media strategies will benefit greatly from the study's insightful findings, which highlight the need for openness, customer-centric customisation, and building trust to increase purchase intentions
Analysis of Islamic Law and Positive Law on Marriage Due to Violation of Moral Norms
Violations of moral norms often have significant social impacts, one of which is marriage which is carried out as a form of resolving moral conflicts in society. This article aims to analyze marriage due to violations of moral norms in Pematang Siantar City based on the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. In Islamic law, marriage is often considered a solution to normalize social relations after the occurrence of a violation, although there are requirements and principles that must be met. Meanwhile, positive law in Indonesia emphasizes the formal legality aspect and does not explicitly regulate the obligation to marry in such situations. This study also discusses various social implications that arise as a result of this phenomenon, such as social pressure on the individuals involved, as well as its impact on household stability. Using a normative-juridical approach, this article reviews how the two legal systems view this phenomenon, as well as providing an overview of the integration efforts between religious, legal, and cultural values in resolving this problem. The results of the analysis show that a comprehensive approach is needed to handle marriage cases due to violations of moral norms, in order to ensure justice for all parties involved

Preferensi Masyarakat Desa Kawasan Penyangga dengan Tujuan Wisata Utama ke Kota Batu
Pendem Village is one of the villages located at the crossing from outside Malang via the toll road to Batu City. This route is so busy and crowded, especially the land route passed by tourists, especially those who will visit Batu City or Malang City. This is a very good opportunity, especially as an effort to be able to welcome tourists before they arrive at their destination. Another option is of course as an option before tourists return to their respective cities, they can stop for a moment in Pendem Village. However, what does Pendem Village offer to tourists? So in this community service activity, a study was conducted on the readiness of Pendem Village as a buffer tourist destination for tourists who want to come to Batu City or Surabaya City. Several important variables in the study include the readiness of Pendem Village in terms of standard facilities and infrastructure, especially as a tourist destination such as basic facilities in the form of water, electricity, wifi networks, 4G or 5G networks, as well as food, drink and rest needs for tourists. Another variable that was developed was the need for space as an artificial tourist location, especially those oriented towards agricultural products such as rice and vegetables which are superior commodities in Pendem Village. The results of the study show that there needs to be an effort to improve infrastructure, especially if Pendem Village becomes a supporting tourist destination with the concept of Lumbuh Hasil Bumi Tourism Village, which is the motto for the development of Pendem Village according to the wishes of the people in Pendem Village
The Relationship Between Religion and Government in al-Ghazali's Perspective
Islam is a heavenly religion that serves as a mercy to all worlds. Islam, through the prophets, conveys the highest values of perfection, covering both worldly and afterlife issues. These values are visible in the daily life of humanity, and especially in modern life, which is more commonly known as global life. This article discusses religion and government through the thoughts of al-Ghazali, using a library research method. Al-Ghazali views in his book Ihya' Ulum al-Din that the purpose of human creation encompasses both worldly and afterlife matters. Humans were sent down as khalifatu fil ardi (vicegerents on Earth), and the purpose of religion is to provide rules for life, while government serves as its guardian. Al-Ghazali states that religion and government cannot be separated, just like twin siblings born from the same womb. Scholars serve as the guiding agents of the government. Through the tradition of the Prophet, al-Ghazali sees the necessity for an association between the sultan and scholars. He argues that the caliph must receive support from scholars to carry out religious duties. Scholars have the right to interpret the Shariah according to the problems and conditions faced by the public. Imam al-Ghazali defines an ideal leader as someone who upholds morality, knowledge, and religion. Such a leader must also be able to influence the environment in which they operate, heal and prevent the destruction of the country or organization, and create a just and prosperous society
Pentahelix Synergy in Agricultural-Based School Innovation Towards Achieving Food Sovereignty
Food sovereignty is one of the main pillars in achieving national resilience, especially amidst various global challenges such as climate change, water crises, and population growth. Therefore, a holistic approach is required, which not only relies on traditional agriculture but also involves the education sector as a key driver in shaping a generation that is conscious of and capable of supporting food sovereignty. This study aims to explore how pentahelix synergy can support the success of agricultural-based school innovation. A qualitative approach was employed, with a case study research design. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman technique. The pentahelix synergy established between academia, government, business practitioners, society, and the media has proven to play a key role in driving agricultural-based school innovation at SDN Banyoneng Dajah 2. Each element contributes in a complementary manner, ensuring that the innovations produced are sustainable and capable of achieving the ultimate goal of food sovereignty, both at the family and community levels. Through ongoing collaboration, food sovereignty can be comprehensively achieved, providing a broader positive impact on community welfare and creating a more sustainable future for the next generation
SDGs Social Disclosure: Symbolic and Substantive Analysis of Islamic Banks 2021–2023
This study investigates how five Indonesian Islamic banks (BSI, BMI, BTPS, BAS, and PDSB) disclose social aspects in their sustainability reports from 2021 to 2023. The analysis focuses on GRI indicators 401–419 that are aligned with the social pillar of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 4, 5, 10, 11, 16, and 17. Employing qualitative content, thematic, and constant comparative analysis, the study utilizes indexing based on five criteria: quantitative disclosure, concrete actions, specificity and relevance, consistency, and transparency. The findings reveal that BMI, BSI, and BTPS demonstrate high levels of commitment, as indicated by indexing results of 60–80%, 52–57%, and 45–50%, respectively. These disclosures are supported by valid and strong evidence, indicating substantive reporting. In contrast, BAS and PDSB show lower levels of commitment, with indexing scores of 0–54% and 0%, respectively. The narrative content in their disclosures lacks solid supporting evidence, suggesting a symbolic rather than substantive reporting. From the perspective of institutional theory, BSI, BMI, and BTPS reflect the influence of coercive and normative pressures, as shown by compliance with regulations such as POJK 51/2017 and the consistent adoption of the GRI-based reporting structure. Conversely, BAS and PDSB are more influenced by coercive and mimetic pressures, demonstrated by minimal disclosures that tend to imitate other reports without internalizing sustainability principles
The Theory of Planned Behavior Approach to Enhancing Purchase Intention of Environmentally Friendly Electronic Products Amid the Electronic Waste Crisis
Green marketing is a strategic approach that emphasizes the importance of sustainability and environmental awareness in marketing activities. One of the pressing issues driving the urgency of this approach is the increasing amount of electronic waste, which is projected to exceed 12,000 tons per day in Indonesia by 2030. Although public awareness of environmental issues is rising, purchasing behavior toward eco-friendly products remains low, indicating a gap between attitude and action. This study employs the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework, modified by the addition of the Ethical Obligation variable, to analyze Purchase Intention toward environmentally friendly electronic products. The model includes five main variables: Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, Environmental Concern, Attitude, and Ethical Obligation. The results show that Purchase Intention is influenced by Perceived Behavioral Control and Ethical Obligation, while Subjective Norms and Attitude do not have a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Environmental Concern influences Attitude, but not Purchase Intention directly. This research contributes to strengthening green marketing strategies and promoting sustainable consumer behavior. Recommendations include testing other green products and adding external variables such as price, product availability, and media influence as factors that may enhance the understanding of consumer Purchase Intention
