Integrated Marketing Communication Candi Gunung Gangsir Pasca Revitalisasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan

The Influence of Empowerment and Transformational Leadership on Member Welfare with Farmers Group Performance as a Mediation Variable (Case Study in Ampar Adhum Farmers Group)
DKI Jakarta faces the issue of low productivity in the agricultural sector, contributing only 0.49% to the regional economy and relying on food supplies from other regions up to 98% (BPS, 2021). The Ampar Adhum Farmer Group conducts integrated hydroponic farming activities in Cipinang Besar Utara, Jatinegara District, Jakarta, as an alternative food producer with a productivity rate of 70 kg/day. Since 2018, this farmer group has implemented an empowerment program aimed at improving the welfare of its members. This study aims to analyze the influence of empowerment and transformational leadership on the welfare of the Ampar Adhum Farmer Group members with performance as a mediating variable. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to all group members. Out of a total of 110 members, 54 were sampled for the study. The results indicate that empowerment does not significantly affect members' welfare, while transformational leadership has a significant impact. Furthermore, performance does not significantly mediate the effect of empowerment and transformational leadership on members' welfare
The Effect of Leverage, Financial Distress, and Transfer Pricing on Tax Avoidance (Empirical Study on Energy Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018–2022 Period)
This research explores how leverage, financial distress, and transfer pricing influence tax avoidance within energy sector manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2018 to 2022. The energy sector in Indonesia is particularly relevant due to its significant role in the national economy, characterized by complex regulatory environments, high capital requirements, and tax incentives that may encourage aggressive tax avoidance strategies. The study applies multiple linear regression analysis to assess the impact of these independent variables on tax avoidance. It controls for potential confounding factors such as firm size, profitability, and ownership structure to ensure the robustness of the results. The findings reveal that leverage has a significant impact on tax avoidance, while financial distress and transfer pricing do not demonstrate a notable effect. This study also considers the potential influence of regulatory changes and economic events during the study period, including tax reforms and shifts in government policies that may have affected tax behavior. The results indicate that leverage plays an essential role in shaping tax avoidance strategies, whereas financial distress and transfer pricing do not directly affect tax avoidance behaviors in the context of energy sector companies during the specified period. This research emphasizes the critical role of leverage in influencing tax avoidance practices and highlights the unique characteristics of the Indonesian energy sector that shape corporate tax behaviors
The Influence of Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Consumption, and Shopping Lifestyle on Generation Z Consumer Preferences Through Hedonic Shopping Motivation (A Study on Inzia Scarf Hijab Resellers in Kediri)

Based on data analysis techniques including validity tests, reliability tests, bootstrapping tests, goodness-of-fit tests and hypothesis testing using path analysis, the data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results indicate that Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Consumption do not significantly affect Consumer Preferences, while Shopping Lifestyle and Hedonic Shopping Motivation have a significant impact on Consumer Preferences. Furthermore, Hedonic Shopping Motivation mediates the influence of Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Consumption, and Shopping Lifestyle on Consumer Preferences. The variable that most significantly affects Consumer Preferences is Hedonic Shopping Motivation, followed by Shopping Lifestyle, then Fashion Involvement and Hedonic Consumption. The Effect of Flash Sale And Free Shipping on Impulsive Buying through Positive Emotions as Intervening Variables (Case Study of Shopee Application Users in Surabaya Area)
This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of flash sales and free shipping on impulsive purchases through positive emotions as an intervening variable among Shopee application users in the Surabaya area. This research uses quantitative research, with the research method used being a questionnaire distributed online using non-probability sampling. The results of this research on the first hypothesis (flash sales on positive emotional variables) and the sixth hypothesis (flash sales on impulsive purchases through positive emotions) have no effect, while the results from the second to seventh hypotheses have an effect. Flash sales and free shipping can be more effective tools in enhancing the shopping experience, ultimately contributing to consumers' impulsive purchasing behavior. This research also shows that marketing strategies that rely solely on flash sales should be considered carefully, because although effective in triggering impulse purchases, they do not always create a strong emotional impact on consumers
