UTAUT Model Analysis on the Use of Siplah (Survey to BOSP Treasurers Under the Auspices of Cadisdikwil VII West Java Province)
Increasing technological progress in the world has helped people's activities, including upgrades related to technological adaptation. The reach and ease of digital accessibility is the result of adopting the latest technology. One of the activities in the world that applies digitalization is the buying and selling process, including PBJ (Procurement of Goods/Services) carried out by government agencies. This activity is regularly carried out, one of which is spending using BOSP (School Operational Assistance) funds at each state school, carried out using the SIPLah (System Information Procurement in Schools). The use of SIPLah was determined based on the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 14 of 2020 to safeguard the use of BOSP Funds. In line with its implementation, research efforts are needed regarding how good SIPLah technology is, so that it can be accepted by the BOSP Treasurer of each school as the main user. Among the latest research models that can be applied to determine the level of technological adaptation so that the BOSP Treasurer is willing to adopt SIPLah is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The research in this model consisted of four independent variables (Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions) used to test their influence on behavioral intentions and their consequences on use behavior. The research method used was a descriptive analysis of respondent responses and verification to determine the influence of all variables through path coefficients using census data. The respondents involved in the research were 57 treasurers of BOSP in the Bandung and Cimahi City areas, under the auspices of Cadisdikwil VII West Java. The results of the study concluded that the four independent variables influence behavioral intentions and have implications for use behavior. Suggestions based on the research results can be used by the Ministry of Education and Culture to improve SIPLah to make it more adaptive so that all transactions carried out by the BOSP Treasurer can use SIPLah

BPR XYZ is a banking company engaged in savings, deposit, and loan services. In providing services to customers, its employees follow service standards established by the company. However, in reality, there are still many complaints from customers. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the quality of the services provided to determine whether they meet customer expectations and identify areas for improvement. This must be addressed immediately if the company wishes to remain competitive. This study will use the Service Quality (Servqual) method to address the issues faced. The Servqual method is used to measure the quality of service based on attributes of each dimension, resulting in a gap value that indicates the difference between consumer perceptions of the services received and their expectations of what should be received. This study evaluates 21 attributes, covering both service and product attributes offered. The results show that 12 attributes exceed customer expectations, including strategic location, availability of queue numbers, appropriate operating hours, clear and easy-to-understand information, assistance from officers when customers face issues, trustworthiness, the bank’s ability to ensure customer data security, confidentiality of customer data, non-discrimination, and understanding of customer needs. However, there are still 9 attributes below customer expectations, including the comfort of the waiting room, sufficient parking area, ease of transactions, reliability in resolving customer issues, waiting time, service speed, responsiveness to customer complaints, politeness in service, and the overall impression given to customers by the service provided
Bahasa Inggris
The culinary industry in Indonesia has seen significant growth, driven by evolving consumer preferences and innovations in food presentation. Bento cakes, originating from South Korea, have emerged as a popular product with high demand, resulting in a rapid expansion of bento cake home industries. Despite this promising market, the growing competition poses challenges for business owners, particularly in developing effective marketing strategies. This study investigates marketing strategies by adopting an order-based marketing strategy and examines the operational challenges faced by bento cake home businesses. Utilizing a qualitative approach and phenomenological methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with business owners and customers. Findings indicate that an order-based marketing strategy enhances customer satisfaction by offering personalized services and improves production efficiency and transaction convenience. However, operational constraints include human error and limited customer understanding of the ordering process, often leading to dissatisfaction. Furthermore, while social media marketing contributes positively to business reach and engagement, issues remain in effectively communicating order procedures and managing operations efficiently. The study highlights the need for continuous production and order management improvement to mitigate errors and enhance customer comprehension. Recommendations include regular training for staff to minimize errors, refining information dissemination strategies on social media, and enhancing operational processes to optimize customer experience. These findings underscore the importance of adapting marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness in Indonesia’s dynamic culinary landscape
The Influence of Participative Management, Organizational Commitment, Perceived Organizational Support, and Employee Engagement on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Public Sector Employees
This study investigates the influence of perceived participative management, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted within a Financial Education and Training Organization in Indonesia, involving respondents comprising staff and supervisors or equivalent positions. Identified issues include a decline in the assessment index from the 2023 Service User Satisfaction Survey and a need to enhance employee behavior, particularly empathy. The research methodology employed data collection through questionnaires, which were analyzed using Lisrel 8.8 to evaluate the relationships and impacts of the studied variables. The findings reveal that participative management does not exert a direct influence on OCB; rather, its positive effect is contingent upon mediation by employee engagement. Although organizational commitment does not show a significant direct effect on OCB, it can exert an indirect influence when mediated by employee engagement. In contrast, perceived organizational support demonstrates a positive and significant effect on OCB, underscoring its critical role in fostering OCB among employees within the Financial Education and Training Organization. Employee engagement emerges as a highly influential variable, exerting a strong and significant direct impact on OCB while also mediating the indirect effects of participative management, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational support. These findings collectively emphasize the critical role of fostering employee attachment to the organization to enhance OCB
