    In today's digital era, skilled leadership plays a crucial role in the utilization of information technology. This is in line with the role of human resource management in organizing government operations and public services to run efficiently, especially in the era of digital government. This qualitative study with content analysis reveals the role of leadership in human resource management applied in digital government. The findings of this research are as follows: first, leadership acts as a counselor for government digitalization; second, it serves as an instructor in implementing digital-based public services; third, leaders lead meetings and make decisions using digital technology; and fourth, leadership plays a role in delegating authority using technology and information

    Comparative Ratio Analysis of Financial Performance between Transportation and Logistics Sub-Sector Companies Registered on the BEI Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    This study aims to examine disparities in liquidity, leverage, profitability, and activity ratios between transportation and logistics sub-sector firms listed on the IDX before and during the COVID-19 epidemic. Employing a quantitative descriptive research design, the study encompasses companies listed from 2017 to 2019 (pre-pandemic) and from 2020 to 2022 (during the pandemic), totaling 37 companies. Through purposive sampling, 14 companies met the inclusion criteria. Data collection involved documentation techniques and utilized secondary data. The analysis was conducted through descriptive and inferential statistics, with the paired sample test applied for statistical evaluation. The findings reveal no significant differences in liquidity ratios (measured by “Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Cash Turnover Ratio, and Inventory to Net Working Capital)” before and during the pandemic. Similarly, leverage ratios (assessed via DER, DAR, and LTDtER) and profitability ratios (measured by ROA, ROE, and NPM) showed no significant differences. However, the profitability ratio, as indicated by GPM, did exhibit a difference before and during the pandemic. There were no notable disparities in activity ratios, as assessed by WCTO, TATO, FATO, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover) across the two periods.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi variasi rasio likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di BEI. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini mencakup perusahaan yang terdaftar pada tahun 2017 hingga 2019 (sebelum pandemi) dan tahun 2020 hingga 2022 (selama pandemi), dengan total 37 perusahaan. Melalui purposive sampling, 14 perusahaan memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan menggunakan data sekunder. Analisis dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, dengan uji sampel berpasangan diterapkan untuk evaluasi statistik. Temuan menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam rasio likuiditas (diukur dengan Rasio Lancar, Rasio Cepat, Rasio Kas, Rasio Perputaran Kas, dan Persediaan terhadap Modal Kerja Bersih) sebelum dan selama pandemi. Demikian pula, rasio leverage (dinilai melalui DER, DAR, dan LTDtER) dan rasio profitabilitas (diukur dengan ROA, ROE, dan NPM) tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Namun, rasio profitabilitas, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh GPM, menunjukkan perbedaan sebelum dan selama pandemi.     The Influence of Leverage, Sales Growth, Activity Ratio, and Liquidity on Profit Growth Which is Moderated by Firm Size in Health Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange During the 2019 – 2023 Period

    This research was carried out to test and prove empirically the influence of leverage, sales growth, activity ratio, and liquidity on profit growth which is moderated by firm size. The sample in this research is 15 health sector companies listed on the IDX during the 2019 - 2023 period. This research uses the SEM research method with the Smart PLS application analysis tool. The type of data used by researchers is secondary data in the form of company financial report data. The data used by the research is panel data. Panel data is a combination of time series data and cross-section data. The cross-section data used in this research is 15 companies. Meanwhile, the time series data is from Q1 2019 to Q4 2023. The results of this research are that leverage, sales growth, activity ratio, and liquidity do not affect profit growth. Firm size is unable to moderate the influence of leverage and activity ratio on profit growth. However, Firm Size weakens the influence of sales growth on profit growth. The bigger a company, the weaker or smaller the influence of sales growth on profit growth. The results of this research indicate that firm size can strengthen the influence of liquidity on profit growth. With high liquidity and large company size, the company has a high probability of paying off its debts easily. Apart from that, large companies also have many ideas and experiences in their business, which can support profit generation

    Financial performance describes the company's financial condition in a certain period, both regarding raising funds and distributing funds, which is usually measured by capital adequacy, liquidity, and profitability indicators. This research examines the influence of financing-to-deposit ratio, Company Size, and Non-Performing Financing on Financial Performance with Islamic Social Responsibility as an intervening variable. This research uses secondary data from the 2019-2023 period at Sharia Commercial Banks. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The tool for processing the data uses SPSS 26.0. The research results show that the Financing to Deposit Ratio significantly affects Financial Performance. Company size has a significant effect on financial performance. and Non-Performing Financing does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance. Meanwhile, the Financing to Deposit ratio significantly affects Islamic Social Responsibility, Company Size significantly affects Islamic Social Responsibility and Non-Performing Financing has no significant effect on Islamic Social Responsibility. Furthermore, the financing-to-deposit ratio has a significant effect on Financial Performance through Islamic Social Responsibility. Islamic Social Responsibility can mediate the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio on Financial Performance. Company Size has a significant effect on financial performance through Islamic Social Responsibility. Islamic Social Responsibility can mediate the influence of Company Size on Financial Performance, and Non-Performing Financing has no significant effect on Financial Performance through Islamic Social Responsibility. Islamic Social Responsibility cannot mediate the influence of Non-Performing Financing on Financial Performance. Meanwhile, Islamic Social Responsibility has a significant effect on Financial Performance

    Hedging is an action taken by investors, both individuals and governments and companies to protect value due to the risk of price changes. Investors and companies must have good risk management. They must pay attention to, identify, mitigate, and control risks, to survive amidst risk uncertainty. Hedging aims to deal with risks caused by changes in interest rates, exchange rates, and prices of goods, especially when using foreign exchange. This research aims to discuss further the determination of hedging on foreign exchange, using the meta-analysis method. The data source used is secondary data, namely data obtained from previous research. The results show that almost all companies hedge to minimize risk, although there is a multinational company that does not do so

    This research examines financial literacy and entrepreneurial characteristics as factors that influence business sustainability in food processing SMEs in Sukabumi City. The results show that good financial literacy is positively related to maintaining business sustainability in these SMEs. However, although entrepreneurial characteristics mediate the relationship between financial literacy and business sustainability, the impact is not statistically significant. This shows that other factors influence this relationship in Sukabumi City food processing SMEs

    The Influence of Content Marketing on Patient Loyalty by Mediating Intention to Follow and Brand Trust

    During the pandemic, the hospital industry is an industry that must adapt to the digital world. Hospital X is a hospital that is active on social media and has several followers which is quite high, but it turns out that it is not in line with the BOR achievement. This can be caused by many factors such as content marketing, the relationship between the number of followers, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Data were collected from 125 respondents. Data were analyzed using WarpPLS. The results showed that the majority of respondents consisted of young families with middle incomes. Then it was found that content marketing had a significant effect on brand trust and brand loyalty. Based on this, hospitals should focus more on high-quality content that aims to increase patient trust

    This study was conducted to determine and understand how Brand Ambassadors and content marketing affect consumer purchasing decisions to buy Ultra Milk milk. In the current era, many companies use K-pop Brand Ambassadors and content marketing to promote their products on social media platforms, one of which is Instagram. It is hoped that this research will be useful as a reference in future research. The method used in this study uses SEM techniques with a quantitative approach and purposive sampling method using a Likert scale. The results showed that the Brand Ambassador variable did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. In contrast to the content marketing variable which has a significant influence. The implication of the results of this study is the importance of companies in optimising the role of Brand Ambassadors in marketing Ultra Milk milk products and maintaining and developing Content Marketing strategies. &nbsp

    The Influence of Work-Life Balance, Workload and Burnout on Employee Performance in PT. Siraj Badawi Cukup Rupiah

    This study aims to determine the influence of work-life balance, workload, and burnout on employee performance. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, utilizing multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26 for data processing. The sample was selected using simple random sampling, where employees from PT. Siraj Badawi Cukup Rupiah was randomly chosen to participate in the survey. A total of 369 questionnaires were distributed, with 110 respondents returning them, yielding a response rate of 29.81%. The findings can be summarized as follows: (1) Work-life balance has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Burnout has a significant negative effect on employee performance; (4) Work-life balance, workload, and burnout collectively have a significant impact on employee performance

    This study aims to determine the influence of shopping emotion and trust on NCT merchandise purchase decisions on X at NCTZen Surabaya. This research was carried out because the development of social media is no longer used for communication, but can be used for promotional media. Digital marketing can be done on social media, one of which is X. This research is expected to be a reference for future literature. The method used in this study uses PLS with a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method using a Likert scale. The questionnaire consisted of 90 respondents with the criteria of NCT fans in Surabaya and had purchased NCT merchandise on X. The results of this study show that shopping emotion and trust have an influence and contribute to purchase decisions
