    The Influence of Monetary Policy and Economic Factors on Employment Opportunities in ASEAN 6 Countries

    The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of monetary policy (interest rates and inflation) and economic factors (foreign direct investment and domestic product growth) on employment opportunities in ASEAN-6 countries. In this research using Quantitative Research Methods, the regression used is panel data regression with a random effect model using Eviews-10 software. This research shows that monetary policy (interest rates and inflation) and economic factors (foreign direct investment and domestic product growth) jointly influence employment opportunities. Individually, monetary policy (interest rates and inflation) does not affect employment opportunities. Meanwhile, the economic factors explained by foreign investment have a positive and significant influence on employment opportunities, while the growth of domestic products has a negative and significant influence on employment opportunities

    The Influence of Leadership in the Management of Organizational Decision Making

    Decision-making is one of the important management functions. Effective decision-making can help an organization to achieve its goals. Leadership is one of the factors that can affect the effectiveness of organizational decision-making management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research uses a literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed thematically. Thematic analysis is done by identifying themes that are relevant to the research objectives. The results showed that leadership has a significant influence on the effectiveness of organizational decision-making management. Effective leadership can improve the effectiveness of organizational decision-making management through several ways, namely creating a participatory decision-making culture, improving communication and collaboration in the decision-making process, improving the quality of information available in the decision-making process, and increasing trust and support for decisions taken

    Literature Review: Behavioral Accounting Research in Indonesia

    This research was conducted in several ways, namely categorizing the title, research technique, research participants, and total article citations. This research seeks to ascertain the trajectory of the development or progress of behavioral accounting research over 15 years (2007–2021). This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, and a literature review or literature study system is the basis for the data collection process. The articles examined come from journal sources that have been accredited or indexed by Sinta. The findings of this research confirm that (1) describing the title reveals that the title Planned Behavior Theory has six articles, Control Locus has four articles, Fraud has ten, Nature Machiavellian has three articles, and Love for Money has three articles. (2) the mapping is based on research techniques, so this approach uses a total of seven articles from experiments, fifty-two articles from surveys and questionnaires, four articles from interviews, six articles from case studies, and four articles from theory and non-empirical. source: (3) Based on the research subjects, the mapping shows that the subjects that use elements of academics/students are thirty-three articles, bankers are two articles, accountants or auditors are 14 articles, stakeholders or employees are nineteen articles, and taxpayers/ investors totaling three articles; (4) the total citations are only mapped to the top three points, so the TPB value is 33, LoC 55, Fraud 94, Machiavellian trait number 3, and LoM 31

    Application of Service-Oriented Architecture with Middleware at Bank XYZ to Implement the PDAM Payment

    This research presents a significant innovation in the era of digitalization, where Bank XYZ implements service-oriented architecture (SOA) using middleware to offer the PDAM (Regional Water Company) payment. The objective of this research is to enhance the efficiency of the payment process and provide better services to PDAM customers. The proposed method for implementing SOA is SOMA (Service Oriented Modelling Architecture), which serves as the foundation for optimizing service integration. Through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, this research ensures the functionality and reliability of the implemented payment system. The research results indicate that the implementation of SOA with middleware using the SOMA method has successfully improved the efficiency and quality of the PDAM payment services at Bank XYZ. This method represents the latest solution for complex systems, enabling PDAM customers to experience a more efficient and responsive payment process. This research makes a valuable contribution to improving the payment process and may serve as an inspiration for other banks in this digitalization era. &nbsp

    The Influence of Emotional Quotient Level on Employee Performance in the Technical Implementation Unit of Education and Sports Training for Students and Students of Bogor District

    This study aims to investigate the level of emotional quotient (EQ) and its impact on the performance of employees in the Student Sports Education and Training Technical Implementation Unit for Students and Students of Bogor District. The research method employed surveys and data analysis using SPSS. The results indicate that EQ significantly influences the performance of employees in the unit, accounting for 63.8%, while other factors contribute to the remainder. Further analysis using SPSS reveals that emotional intelligence factors, such as emotional stability, emotional strength, and emotional satisfaction, have significant values ​​confirming their impact on performance. These findings provide valuable insights for human resource management in understanding the importance of EQ in enhancing the productivity and quality of employee performance within the organizational environment

    Competition in the current industrial era is growing rapidly which requires more effective and efficient human resources. Contract employees are one of the company management's strategies for reducing the company's labor costs, but on the other hand, contract employees object because of uncertainty about career paths. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the level of job satisfaction of contract employees, which is the main factor driving employee morale, discipline, and work performance in supporting the realization of company goals. Several factors that can influence performance are work motivation. This research aims to determine the influence of the work contract system and work motivation on the performance of PT. Busana Indah Global. The sample for this research is active contract employees. The technique for sampling was purposive sampling. In this research, the author used a questionnaire as an instrument in collecting data using Likert scale measurements. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that requires data analysis using validation, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to employees of  PT. Busana Indah Global consisted of 97 samples with 30 questions. The research results show that work motivation influences employee performance at PT. Busana Indah Global with an influence of 56.1%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. In the calculation results using SPSS, the influence of work motivation has a significant value of 0.001 < 0.005, meaning that work motivation does have a significant influence on the performance of employees at PT. Busana Indah Global

    Poverty is a crucial problem faced by almost all countries in the world including Indonesia, many studies show that education and investment are the solutions to poverty while unemployment is the source of poverty. This paper aims to see if there is an effect of education, investment and unemployment on poverty on the islands of Java and Bali. this research uses quantitative methods with Ordinary Last Square (OLS) techniques, the type of data used is panel and the data source used is secondary data obtained from BPS Each province in Java and Bali. the results of this study indicate that poverty can be overcome by education, and opening employment through labor-intensive investment which results in economic growth on the island of Java and Bali. unemployment can increase poverty if the investment is not on target. To balance the investment that continues to increase every year, the education aspect needs to be considered, education will improve the welfare of the community through increased income and decent wages. Investment needs to be balanced with the quality of human resources so that welfare can reach various regions in Java and Bali

    This study aims to explore the relationship between financial literacy, financial attitudes, and social, economic, and family environment towards investment decisions through investment intention among Generation Z investors in Malang City. The research methods used are quantitative approaches and associative methods. A sample of 400 Generation Z investors was selected using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that financial literacy and social, economic, and family environment have a significant influence on investment intention and investment decisions. However, financial attitudes only have a significant effect on intention in investing in the capital market, but not significantly in making investment decisions

    The Influence of Business Ethics, Work Ethic, Employee Engagement Remuneration on the Company's Reputation in Public Plantation Companies

    This study aims to investigate the relationship between business ethics, work ethic, remuneration, and corporate reputation in public plantation companies. This study used quantitative approaches by selecting 100 employees from open plantation enterprises through random sampling. A method called Partial Least Squares (PLS) is employed for the data analysis. The results of the analysis show a significant relationship between business ethics, work ethic, remuneration with company reputation. It was found that strong business ethical practices, a positive work ethic, and fair remuneration can contribute positively to a company's reputation. These findings indicate the importance of implementing these practices in improving the company's image in the eyes of the public. This research provides valuable insights for the management of publicly traded plantation companies in understanding the factors that affect their company reputation. Practical implications of these findings include an emphasis on improving a culture of business ethics, strengthening work ethics, and implementing fair and competitive remuneration policies. This is expected to help companies strengthen their position in the market and gain greater support from various stakeholders

    This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction for Honda Vario motorbike users in Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis using SmartPLS 4.0 software. It is known that the results of this research show that 1) product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. 2) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. 3) product quality does not have a positive and insignificant influence on customer loyalty. 4) Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. 5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. 6) Product quality has a positive and significant influence through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 7) Service quality has a positive and significant influence through customer satisfaction on customer loyalty
