Berbagi Kenikmatan Al-Quran: Interaksi Oral-Aural dalam Majelis Simakan Al-Quran Al-Ittihad
No full textThe Majelis Al-Quran Al-Ittihad is one of the majelis Quran that contributing to the religious soundscape in Indonesia. This soundscape facilitates oral-aural interactions among the Quranic text, the reciter (hafiz), and the listeners. This article seeks to explore the patterns of interaction among these three elements and elucidate portions of the holy Quran that bring pleasure to readers, particularly the reciters and listeners in this context. Employing observational-participatory methods and interviews, I argue that the soundscape in the Majelis Al-Quran Al-Ittihad, under certain conditions, successfully fosters interaction between the recited text, the reciter, and the audience. The findings of this article indicate that oral-aural interaction patterns occur when these three elements are interconnected. The reciter, as the oral party, deeply internalizes the recited text, producing appropriate intonation and rhythm in line with the illustrations or descriptions in the recited verses. This process creates diverse nuances that can be perceived by the listeners as the aural party. However, the outcomes of the oral-aural interaction are not universally considered pleasurable, as this depends on how effectively the oral process is conveyed.Majelis Simakan Al-Quran Al-Ittihad merupakan salah satu majelis Al-Qur’an yang berkontribusi pada soundscape atau ruang suara keberagamaan di Indonesia. Ruang suara tersebut mendorong terjadinya interaksi oral-aural yang dihasilkan dari proses perjumpaan antara Al-Quran, hafiz dan sami’in/ penyimak. Artikel ini berupaya mengeksplorasi pola interaksi yang terjadi pada tiga elemen tersebut dan memaparkan bagian dari kitab suci Al-Quran yang dapat memberikan kenikmatan kepada pembaca dalam konteks ini adalah hafiz dan penyimaknya. Melalui metode observasi-partisipatif dan wawancara, saya berpendapat bahwa ruang suara dalam majelis simakan Al-Quran Al-Ittihad, dalam kondisi-kondisi tertentu berhasil menciptakan interaksi antara teks yang dibaca, pembaca dan penyimak. Hasil pembahasan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa pola interaksi oral-aural dapat terjadi apabila tiga elemen tersebut saling terhubung. Hafiz sebagai pihak oral melakukan penghayatan penuh atas teks yang dilantunkannya sehingga menghasilkan intonasi dan irama yang pas, sesuai ilustrasi atau gambaran pada ayat-ayat yang dilantunkan. Proses tersebut memberikan nuansa yang beragam yang dapat dirasakan oleh penyimak atau pendegarnya sebagai pihak aural. Namun, hasil proses interaksi oral-aural tidak selalu dianggap sebagai kenikmatan lantaran kondisi ini bergantung pada bagaimana proses oral itu tersampaikan. 
Transformasi Interaksi Sosial: Peran Konseling Realitas dalam Pengembangan Keterampilan
No full textInteraction is very important for human life, because apart from being able to carry out all daily activities well, smoothly and easily, with this interaction, individuals will have many friends and will not feel lonely. However, on the contrary, if the individual cannot interact with his environment, then he will experience difficulties in carrying out his daily life, such as the emergence of introvert ed, shy, withdrawn, anti-social, and so on. The research article aims to determine the social interaction skills experienced by the counselee (resource person), as well as describe curative efforts to improve these social interaction skills through a reality counseling approach. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The research results show that curative efforts to improve social interaction skills are carried out in six stages, namely the stage of fostering good relationships, identifying desires, identifying current behavior (doing/direction), evaluating current behavior (self evaluation), planning responsible behavior (planning), evaluation and follow-up. The final result of counseling is that the client looks more confident when they want to greet, gather and play with their boarding house friends.Interaksi menjadi sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia, karena selain bisa melakukan segala aktivitas sehari dengan baik, lancar, dan mudah, dengan adanya interaksi ini, individu akan memiliki banyak teman dan tidak akan merasa kesepian. Akan tetapi sebaliknya, apabila individu tersebut tidak dapat berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya, maka dia akan mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalani kesehariannya, seperti timbulnya sifat introvert , pemalu, mengurung diri, anti sosial, dan lain-lain. Artikel penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan interaksi sosial yang dialami konseli (narasumber), serta mendeskripsikan upaya kuratif meningkatkan keterampilan interaksi sosial tersebut melalui pendekatan konseling realitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya kuratif meningkatkan keterampilan interaksi sosial dilaksanakan dengan enam tahapan yaitu tahap pembinaan hubungan baik, identifikasi keinginan (wants), identifikasi perilaku saat ini (doing/direction), evaluasi perilaku saat ini (self evaluation), perencanaan perilaku bertanggung jawab (planning), evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil akhir konseling ialah konseli terlihat lebih percaya diri ketika ingin menyapa, berkumpul, dan bermain dengan teman kosnya

Program ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan bimbingan langsung dan penguatan praktik ibadah sehari-hari, yang sangat penting bagi pembentukan karakter islami sejak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan demonstratif, praktik bersama, serta evaluasi individu untuk memastikan setiap peserta dapat memahami langkah-langkah wudhu dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di TPQ Darul Hafidhin yang berada di Kelurahan Jemurwonosari Kecamatan Wonocolo. Hasil dari pendampingan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap tata cara wudhu, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya bersuci sebagai bagian dari persiapan beribadah. Dengan kegiatan ini, siswa TPQ Darul Hafidhin dapat menerapkan wudhu dengan benar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta membangun fondasi spiritual yang lebih kuat
Penyuluhan dan Mentoring Pemanfaatan Platform Digital untuk Agrowisata Petik Durian di Desa Nagasareh, Kecamatan Banyuates, Kabupaten Sampang
Get PDFThis research aims to improve the understanding and skills of durian picking agro-tourism managers in Nagasareh Village in utilizing digital platforms for marketing. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the type of action research, which involves counseling, mentoring, and workshops. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and surveys conducted before and after the activity. The results showed that counseling succeeded in increasing managers' understanding of the importance of social media in marketing, with 85% of participants feeling more prepared to create interesting content. Mentoring sessions have a significant impact on managers' ability to create interactive content, as evidenced by the positive response of visitors to the posts made. In addition, the workshops were successful in attracting visitors' interest and increasing their satisfaction, with 80% of participants expressing interest in participating in similar educational activities in the future. The implications of this study suggest that an integrated approach in training can increase the capacity of agro-tourism managers, which in turn can contribute to the development of local economies. The study also recommends the need for ongoing support from the government and related institutions to strengthen digital marketing skills among agro-tourism managers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengelola agrowisata petik durian di Desa Nagasareh dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan, yang melibatkan penyuluhan, mentoring, dan workshop. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan survei yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola mengenai pentingnya media sosial dalam pemasaran, dengan 85% peserta merasa lebih siap untuk membuat konten yang menarik. Sesi mentoring memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan pengelola dalam menciptakan konten yang interaktif, yang terlihat dari respons positif pengunjung terhadap postingan yang dibuat. Selain itu, workshop yang diadakan berhasil menarik minat pengunjung dan meningkatkan kepuasan mereka, dengan 80% peserta menyatakan ketertarikan untuk mengikuti kegiatan edukatif serupa di masa mendatang. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan terintegrasi dalam pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas pengelola agrowisata, yang pada gilirannya dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan dari pemerintah dan lembaga terkait untuk memperkuat keterampilan pemasaran digital di kalangan pengelola agrowisata
Improving Students’ Communication and Learning Outcomes in The Material of Al-Quran Hadith Through the Time Token Method
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to describe the process of implementing the Time Token learning method in Al-Quran Hadith learning, and to describe the improvement in communication and student learning outcomes in Al-Quran Hadith learning in class IV MIS Andzariyah Batuputih Sumenep after applying the Time Token Method. The type of research used is classroom action research which consists of 3 cycles, where each cycle applies an action research design model in the form of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection is carried out by observation, documentation and tests. The results of the research show that the Time Token Method can improve communication in learning Al-Quran Hadith in class IV students at MIS Andzariyah Batuputih Sumenep. This is proven by the value of active learning communication which increased from 69.31 (fair category) in cycle I to 73.80 (good category) in cycle II and increased to 88.15 (very good category) in cycle III. Meanwhile, the increase in learning outcomes increased from 63.63 (fair category) in cycles I and II and increased to 80 (very good category) in cycle III. Even though in cycles I and II the overall improvement of students was the same, individually their learning outcomes in cycle II were much better than cycle I. This shows that the Time Token method is the most effective way to improve learning outcomes. This shows that the Time Token method is the right method to improve communication and student learning outcomes in learning Al-Quran Hadith in class IV MIS Andzariyah Batuputih Sumenep

BSI KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto offers murabahah contract financing as a solution so that business actors do not experience bankruptcy. This study aims to determine the views of business people on murabahah contract financing at Indonesian Islamic Bank KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto. This research uses qualitative method by doing a field research, which is a research conducted systematically by lifting data from the field. Where researchers observe directly about all events that occur through observation of data and conditions in the field. The results of this study state that micro-business actors see the murabaha contract as a solution amid the decline in income due to the Covid 19 pandemic. That is because the transparency carried out during the contract and policies that support customers make customers quite satisfied and positive about the murabaha contract financing at BSI KCP Mojosari-Mojokerto
Pengaruh Risiko Operasional terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Bank Syariah
Get PDFOperational risk is one of the primary risks faced by both conventional and Islamic banks, which can negatively affect financial performance, such as decreasing profitability, increasing operational costs, and reducing efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of operational risk on the financial performance of Islamic banks using a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research sample consists of 100 Islamic banks listed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2023. The study's results indicate that operational risk has a negative impact on the financial performance of Islamic banks, meaning that the higher the operational risk, the lower the financial performance. The regression coefficient value for the operational risk variable is 7.740, indicating that a 1% increase in operational risk will decrease financial performance by 7.740%

This study uses three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely, product, promotion, and service quality as the independent variable and the customer's decision to save as the dependent variable. In this study using quantitative research. This sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique, with a total of 100 respondents BRI Sharia KCP Singaraja savings customers. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the product has no significant effect on customers' decision to save at BRI Sharia KCP Singaraja with a value of Fhitung <Thitung that is -321 < 1,985. Promotion has a significant effect on customers' savings decisions at BRI Sharia KCP Singaraja with a value of Fhitung <Thitung, namely 3.253 > 1.985. And the quality of service has a significant effect on customers' decision to save at BRI Sharia Singaraja KCP with a value of Fhitung <Thitung that is 9,904 > 1,985. Product, promotion and service quality together have a significant effect on customers' decision to save at BRI Syariah KCP Singaraja with a value of Fhitung <Thitung of 153.739 > 2.70
Analysis of Continuous Auditing Implementation in The Public Sector: A Case Study of the Ministry of ABC
Get PDFPublic organizations face challenges in budget management accountability, including the continuously increasing budget, recurring findings of budget management non-compliance, dispersed work units across Indonesia, and limited auditor human resources. This case study aims to provide an understanding of the effectiveness of continuous auditing implementation in the public sector, particularly within the Ministry of ABC. The Ministry of ABC plays a strategic role in governance, involving functions such as planning, fund allocation, monitoring, and controlling development planning. From the budget management perspective, it is not excessively large but has complexity due to managing funds sourced from pure domestic currency and foreign loans and grants. To achieve the research objectives, we conducted interviews with auditors, made observations, and reviewed documents related to the implementation of continuous auditing in the organization. The research findings indicate that the implementation of continuous auditing in the ministry has largely reached level IV (continuous auditing) for five criteria, namely data access and retrieval, automated auditing and analysis methods, internal audit unit, audit objectives and human resources, and there is one criterion at level III (structure analysis), namely the audit approach and monitoring. Level IV indicates that the organization's internal control has been institutionalized into continuous auditing by conducting continuous testing and reporting internal control. Internal audit has used advanced analytical methods, developed audit plans, and dashboards for visualizing the results of data analysis and trends. Based on the research results, it is expected to provide lessons learned to enhance budget management accountability and best practices for other government agencies to adopt continuous auditing methodologies
