The Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Product Innovation, and Digitalization on Business Performance (Survey of Seblak MSMEs Actors in Sukabumi City)
This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and digitalization on business performance among MSMEs seblak entrepreneurs in Sukabumi City. Based on the results and discussion, several main conclusions were drawn. Entrepreneurial orientation is reflected through risk-taking, where MSMEs entrepreneurs dare to try new business strategies and face market uncertainties to achieve business growth. Product innovation is an important aspect, with the addition of seblak variants continuously developed to meet diverse consumer needs. Digitalization is increasingly adopted, particularly in digital ordering through social media platforms and e-commerce, which facilitates consumers in ordering products online, expands market reach, and improves operational efficiency. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on business performance among MSMEs seblak entrepreneurs in Sukabumi City, as evidenced by the t-value being greater than the t-table value. Additionally, product innovation also has a positive and significant impact on business performance, indicated by the t-value being greater than the t-table value. Lastly, digitalization is proven to have a positive and significant effect on business performance, as evidenced by the t-value being greater than the t-table value. These findings underline the importance of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and digitalization in improving the business performance of MSMEs seblak in Sukabumi City
The Impact of Early Marriage from the Perspective of Child Protection Law on Stunting Prevention (Case Study in Ranah Batahan District, West Pasaman Regency)
Nowadays, early marriage often occurs in every sub-district with various causal factors, even though the age of marriage is regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 in Article 7 which states that marriage is only permitted for men and women who have reached the age of 19 years. One of the sub-districts that practices early marriage is Ranah Batahan sub-district, West Pasaman district. The problem of the dangers of early marriage practices in Ranah Batahan sub-district, West Pasaman regency, has an impact on increasing cases of stunting in children. Early marriage is not only detrimental to children physically and mentally but is also contrary to the Child Protection Law Number 35 of 2014. This research is qualitative research using empirical juridical research methods which use two data sources, namely primary and secondary, with a different approach method. Used are field research and library research. The research results about the impact of early marriage on stunting prevention show the need for stricter law enforcement against the practice of early marriage in accordance with Article 66 of the Child Protection Law which stipulates that underage marriage is invalid. Public education is also important to increase awareness of children’s rights and encourage better social change. Protection of children suffering from stunting requires joint involvement from the state, community, family, and parents, by providing holistic legal, economic, social, and cultural protection. Thus, collaboration between stakeholders is key in ensuring optimal fulfillment of children’s basic right
Implementation of a Talent Management Program to Support the Economic Independence of the Visually Impaired Disabilities at Urunan Kebaikan Foundation
The increasing number of visually impaired individuals facing economic challenges has prompted various organizations to seek effective solutions. This study explores the implementation of a talent management program at the Urunan Kebaikan Foundation to support the economic independence of visually impaired individuals. The problem formulation addresses the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals in achieving economic self-sufficiency and how a structured talent management program can mitigate these challenges. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of this program in enhancing the economic capabilities of the participants. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used to gather in-depth data from program participants, administrators, and related stakeholders. The research findings indicate that the talent management program has significantly improved the economic skills and opportunities for visually impaired individuals, leading to increased independence and better quality of life. The study concludes that a well-implemented talent management program can be a pivotal factor in empowering visually impaired individuals economically
State of the Art Competitive Advantage at Indonesia
Everything a company does exceptionally well compared to its competitors is its competitive advantage, which is essential for its survival. Competitive advantage is one of the key factors that determine the success of a company and a country's economy. In Indonesia itself, competition is prevalent in every industry, encompassing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and the tourism industry, the above also necessitates the presence of skilled employees at different levels, in addition to technical staff. This article aims to assist researchers in developing a theoretical framework and guiding newcomers in competitive advantage research by providing recommendations on relevant journals and authors to reference when exploring this subject. The study uses the Scopus database to analyze annual research, publication trends, and the most cited documents, as well as to conduct bibliometric analysis. This includes examining grouped research topic trends, publication trends of discussed topics, and researching topics that are still not widely discussed.Segala sesuatu yang dilakukan perusahaan dengan sangat baik dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya adalah keunggulan kompetitifnya, yang penting untuk kelangsungan hidupnya. Keunggulan kompetitif merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dan perekonomian suatu negara. Di Indonesia sendiri persaingan lazim di setiap industri, meliputi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dan industri pariwisata, hal di atas juga mengharuskan kehadiran karyawan terampil di berbagai tingkatan, selain staf teknis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membantu peneliti dalam mengembangkan kerangka teoritis dan membimbing pendatang baru dalam penelitian keunggulan kompetitif dengan memberikan rekomendasi pada jurnal dan penulis yang relevan untuk direferensikan saat mengeksplorasi subjek ini. Determinants of Foreign Investment on Economic Growth in North Sumatra Province
This study aims to look at the determinants of foreign investment on economic growth in North Sumatra province from 2011 to 2023. The variables of foreign investment determinants are inflation, minimum wage, and labor. Data collection techniques using secondary data, namely annual reports published by the government, data analysis techniques using panel data tests, model suitability tests, panel data regression common effect models (CEM), multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t-tests, F tests, and determination coefficients processed with Eviews 9 software. The results of this study indicate that the determinants of foreign investment partially with the inflation variable do not affect economic growth, the minimum wage variable has a negative and significant effect on economic growth by 1.58 percent, the labor variable has a positive and significant impact on economic growth by 1.25 percent and simultaneously the determinants of foreign investment have a positive and significant effect on economic growth with a contribution of 35.16 percent
Analysis of Marketing Mix Strategies in Increasing Sales Volume of Tempong Food Stall Surabaya
This study aims to identify the marketing strategies used by Kedai Tempong Surabaya to increase sales volume. The sampling method was carried out purposively by evaluating the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process). This study was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach and SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is used to assess the company's internal strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats from the external environment. With SWOT analysis, several alternative effective decision-making strategies can be produced. The results showed that Kedai Tempong Surabaya has an internal strength of 2.25, weaknesses of 0.71, opportunities of 1.53, and threats of 1.33. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, Kedai Tempong Surabaya is in quadrant 1, which supports an aggressive growth strategy (growth-oriented strategy) to increase sales turnover
Analysis of Price, Taste, and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for Bandrek Drink in Rantauprapat
In the business world, competition is an absolute must for every business actor, therefore, business actors need to design the right strategy to attract buyers to buy the products offered. Price, taste and quality of service of a product are some of the factors that influence consumer decisions to make purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of price, taste and quality of service on consumer purchasing decisions for bandrek drinks in Rantauprapat. The population in this study were all consumers of bandrek drink shops in Rantauprapat. The study used multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study showed that the variables of price, taste and quality of service simultaneously had a strong and unidirectional influence on consumer purchasing decisions for bandrek drinks. Price, taste and quality of service partially had a strong and unidirectional influence on consumer purchasing decisions for bandrek drinks
The Effect of Disclosing Sustainability Reports with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 and Green Accounting on the Value of Mining Companies on the IDX in 2020-2023
This study aims to investigate the impact that the publication of sustainability reports through the Global Reporting Initiative G4 and green accounting have on the market value of mining firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study takes a quantitative approach to its investigation. During the year of 2020-2023, the population is comprised of 47 mining businesses that are listed on the Baltic Exchange. The sample includes 26 mining companies. The dependent variable in this study is Market Value, while the independent variables are Sustainability Report Disclosure and Green Accounting. The research utilizes secondary data from annual reports spanning from 2020 to 2023. The analytical technique employed is multiple linear regression. The conclusions drawn from this research are: 1) Sustainability Report Disclosure has a significant and positive impact on Market Value, and 2) Green Accounting has a significant and positive impact on Market Value. Recommendations based on the findings are: 1) Future research should include a broader range of company sectors to avoid limitations to only sanctioned and non-sanctioned companies, and 2) Future studies could employ alternative analytical methods to obtain differing research outcomes
Vehicle Trade of Defaulted Finance Lease Companies in Mataram City Sharia Economic Perspective
In Indonesia, auctions were officially entered in 1908 with the Auction Law, Vendu Reglement, in Staatblad 1908 Number 189. Public sales or auctions are any sale of goods in public by oral and/or written bidding efforts to gather interested parties/auction participants. Vehicle auctions for defaulted owners who can no longer make payments will proceed with auctioning the vehicle. Auction sales in fiqh muamalah are called Bai' imuzayyadah or more commonly known as auction sales, which is a form of offering merchandise in a crowd where buyers bid with higher prices until the highest price is reached, and a contract is made, and the buyer takes the goods from the seller. The purpose of this study is to thoroughly explore the auction sale process of defaulted vehicles by finance companies in Mataram City. The method used in this research is qualitative, with key informants being debt collectors, both freelance and permanent employees from PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Syariah Tbk Mataram branch. The study results show that the entire auction sale process has complied with the applicable regulations and follows Islamic Sharia
The Influence of Training and Motivation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable (Study at PT. BPR Gunung Kawi)
Abstract consists of a maximum of 250 words, written in English with Times New Roman font size 11 in one space. This study aims to analyze the influence of Training (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y2) with Job Satisfaction (Y1) as mediation variables in PT. BPR Gunung Kawi. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires. The research population consists of the entire staff of PT.BPR Gunung Kawi, a total of 150 people. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling. The sample consists of 120 permanent employees with at least 2 years of work experience with a minimum level of SLTA education. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, and sobel tests for mediation test analysis. The data analysis was carried out using SPSS 26.0. The results of the hypothesis test used regression analysis which showed that Training and Motivation had a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction. Training had no significant effect on Employee Performance. Motivation and Job Satisfaction had a significant and positive impact on Employee Performance
