Analysis of Factors Influencing the Return of People's Business Credit (KUR) in Taman Sari District, West Jakarta
Get PDFThis research was conducted to analyze and study the factors that can influence the return of BNI people's business credit (KUR) in Taman Sari District, West Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews with 9 informants. Data analysis techniques use data triangulation to reveal the facts of the research objectives. The research results show that the factors that influence KUR returns are financial management which is the main basis for continuity consisting of managing income, expenses, and debt wisely, economic conditions consisting of business growth and opportunities for borrowers to increase income, customer risk perceptions influence take a KUR loan because they have an understanding of business risks and business security which includes physical protection, security and legal compliance. The research recommendation is to build a more in-depth risk assessment model by considering factors such as age, length of business, and gender to provide a more accurate picture of potential credit risk. Develop special programs to support groups that tend to experience difficulties in repayment, such as groups with low levels of education or groups with low income levels. Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of this policy to assess its effectiveness and make changes if necessary

Get PDFThis research was conducted to analyze and study the influence of the Brancless Banking business on PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. In the Regional Office 12 Work Area which consists of service quality and system quality on satisfaction and its impact on agent loyalty. The research method used is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using SEM PLS. The research results show that partially or directly (direct effect) everything has a positive and significant influence, namely service quality has an influence on loyalty, system quality has an influence on loyalty, satisfaction has an influence on loyalty, service quality has an influence on satisfaction, and system quality has an influence on satisfaction. Indirectly, satisfaction can mediate significantly positively between service quality and loyalty and satisfaction can mediate significantly positively between system quality and loyalty

No full textIn Indonesia, packaged instant coffee plays a significant role in contemporary society. This has resulted in the emergence of new customs and trends within the beverage industry. Luwak White Koffie is evidence of the existence of white instant ground coffee, a new coffee variety in Indonesia. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of customer satisfaction, brand trust, and brand ambassadors on Luwak White Koffie's customer loyalty in Surabaya. The study's population consisted of individuals residing in Surabaya. A total of 91 respondents from the Surabaya City region who had purchased and consumed Luwak White Koffie products constituted the sample. The study methodology employed is quantitative, and sampling strategies include both purposive and non-probability sampling. The Smart-PLS test instrument is used in this study. The findings of the study demonstrate that Brand Ambassadors significantly and favorably impact Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, Customer Loyalty is positively and significantly impacted by Customer Satisfaction, and the same case with Customer Loyalty towards Brand Trust
The Effect of Work Demands, Workload and Transformational Leadership Style on Intention to Stay Mediated by Job Satisfaction in HR Managers of Automotive Companies in Bekasi Regency
Get PDFBased on the results of the study, Job Demand and Workload have a significant influence on Intention to Stay and Job Satisfaction, while Transformational Leadership does not show a significant influence. Job Satisfaction was also proven to mediate the relationship between Job Demand and Workload and Intention to Stay, but did not mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Intention to Stay. These results show that job load and demands, as well as job satisfaction, play an important role in retaining employees, whereas transformational leadership does not exert a significant direct influence. This indicates the need to focus on workload management and job demands as well as increasing job satisfaction to retain employees
Analysis of Firm Value in Companies Listed in the LQ45 Index
No full textThis research aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. The population of this research is 60 companies listed on the LQ45 index for the 2019-2022 period. The sample for this research was 27 companies that had been selected using a purposive sampling technique, then multiplied by 4 according to the research period so that there were 108 units of observation data. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using tools in the form of the SPSS application. Based on the results of data processing from this research, it can be concluded that profitability contributes to firm value. Liquidity also contributes to firm value. Meanwhile, firm size can moderate the influence of profitability and liquidity on firm value.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 60 perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45 selama periode 2019-2022. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 27 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, kemudian dikalikan 4 sesuai dengan periode penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan 108 unit data observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Moderasi (Moderated Regression Analysis atau MRA) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas berkontribusi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas juga berkontribusi terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, ukuran perusahaan mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan
The Role of SWOT Analysis of the Potency for Establishing a Micro Waqf Bank in East Kotawaringin Regency
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the efforts to establish MWB in East Kotawaringin Regency. This study analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to efforts to establish MWB in East Kotawaringin Regency. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation was processed using Fred's SWOT analysis technique R. David. The results showed through a SWOT analysis that the strategic position of the potential for the establishment of a Micro Waqf Bank in East Kotawaringin Regency, which is located in quadrant II from the internal side, has strength with the existence of a business unit managed by Islamic boarding schools. Still, from external factors, there are threats, namely low Islamic financial literacy. The strategy must be applied to use strengths to take advantage of opportunities. Among the Islamic boarding schools in East Kotawaringin Regency, Pondok Pesantren of Sabilal Muhtadin has the most potential for establishing a Micro Waqf Bank. This is based on Pondok Pesantren of Sabilal Muhtadin having a cooperative business unit already a legal entity. No full textFinancial distress describes the condition of the company's financial decline before it went bankrupt. This research aims to test the influence of Sales Growth, Free Cash Flow, Operating Capacity, and Liquidity on Financial Distress in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This type of research is a quantitative study with secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method in this study used a purposive sampling method that produced 43 observation samples at state-owned companies in 2019-2022. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis methods with SPSS as a research test tool. Research results show that Sales Growth and operating capacity do not significantly affect financial distribution. Meanwhile, free cash flow and liquidity significantly positively affect financial distribution
What is the Management Control System in Timor's Cultural Perspective?
No full textThis research aims to explore and analyze the cultural values of puah manus and lufut dance among the Timorese in shaping the management control system of companies. The research used ethnographic methods by exploring and interpreting the subjective meanings contained in the culture by conducting interviews with research informants including the director, treasurer, and administration. The study identifies four closely interconnected values influencing the company's management control system. These values include puah manus and lufut dance. The findings underscore the relevance of Timorese cultural values in implementing the company's management control system. This research contributes to advancing a more effective management control system for organizations. The implementation of the puah manus and lufut dance cultures of the Timorese in shaping the management control system is a new area that has not been previously studied. This research is limited to the scope of management control in a company with a Timorese approach and does not compare it with other companies and cultures
