No full textThe obligations of parents are the rights of children, and vice versa, the obligations of children towards their parents are the rights of the children's parents. Namely, parents are obliged to care for and provide guidance to their children who are not old enough according to their respective abilities. Family law seeks to regulate relationships between families. In this research, the author conducted research on parental neglect at the Binjai Elderly Social Services UPTD in terms of Islamic Law and UU No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage which the researcher took from the case study of Parental Neglect at the Binjai Elderly Social Service. Update. This legal research uses a normative-empirical approach. The type of research used is descriptive, namely research that generally aims to systematically, factually, and accurately describe a problem that has occurred. The data source that the author uses in this research is primary data obtained by the author directly from interviews. The data validity testing technique in this research uses data triangulation. Islam emphasizes the importance of caring for parents as a form of filial piety. The Qur'an commands children to be kind to their parents, even when they reach old age. Article 46 states the rights and obligations of children towards their parents, which states that children are obliged to respect and obey the good wishes of their parents, and when a child is an adult, they are obliged to support their parents and support family members at home. best, if they need help

Concrete examples of business innovation include telemedicine technology, handheld health devices, and mobile health applications, which have changed the way health services are delivered and accessed. Despite significant benefits, there are still several challenges such as regulatory compliance, building user trust, and cost and accessibility issues that must be overcome. The Influence of Human Resources, Communications Information Technology (ICT), and Leadership on The Quality of Passport Issuance Public Services in Manokwari Class I Non-TPI Immigration Offices
No full textBased on the results of research, analysis, and discussion of case studies at the Class I Non-TPI Manokwari Immigration Office, it is concluded that the influence of Human Resources, Information Communication Technology, and Leadership on the Quality of Passport Issuance Services at the Office is very significant. Human Resources have a big impact on service quality, as evidenced by the high significance value (t = 4.991, p < 0.05) and the indicator "Timely completion of work" which gets the highest score. Likewise, the use of Information Communication Technology (t = 4.955, p < 0.05) and the role of Leadership (t = 2.623, p < 0.05) also have a strong influence on service quality. Apart from that, the results of the analysis show that the three of them together contribute significantly to the Quality of Passport Issuance Services (F count = 81.542, F table = 2.79). Thus, the role and optimal use of Human Resources, Information Communication Technology, and Leadership is very important to improve the quality of services at the Class I Non-TPI Manokwari Immigration Office
The Influence of BI Rate, Inflation, Exchange, JUB, and Dow Jones Index on IHSG on BEI
No full textThe purpose of this quantitative study is to ascertain how the DJIA, inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate, and currency volume affect the Indonesia Stock Exchange's composite stock price index. The research's data set spans the years 2019 through 2023. Methodologically, F and t-tests are used for hypothesis testing in conjunction with multiple linear regression. Furthermore, the research employs the R2 square, with a significant threshold of 5%. In this study, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, residual normality, and heteroscedasticity tests were employed. The money supply and BI rate have no discernible impact on the IHSG. The Dow Jones index, exchange rates, and inflation all have a big impact on the Jakarta Composite Index
Fulfillment of Living for Minor Marriages Perspective of The Law. No.1 of 1974 and a Compilation of Islamic Law
No full textLivelihood is a consequence of obligations that arise, one of which is with the marriage bond. But when the marriage is carried out by a minor, of course, other more complex problems arise. Underage marriage, which is mainly carried out by boys, makes it burdened with the obligation to provide when it should be still a student or college student. It also widens job opportunities in the field which is difficult due to the age of the minor. This condition is even worse if the parents of the couple are families who are still on the poverty line. So, the government must take the government seriously to respond to this problem considering that marriages carried out can occur legally because marriage dispensation is allowed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of underage marriage and the concept of fulfillment when viewed from Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 with the Compilation of Islamic Law. The research method carried out in this study is qualitative with a normative juridical approach. Data collection techniques through literature studies, by inventorying various main and supporting library materials related to the focus of the problem. Data analysis techniques are processed and discussed using descriptive methods. The results showed several factors causing underage marriage which was dominated by pregnancy out of wedlock, economy, technological and information advances as well as culture and religion. As for the fulfillment of bread, the state only regulates, in general, these provisions, both in Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Fulfilling the income carried out by the husband does not provide distinction to the husband who is underage but is legalized by the government with the marriage dispensation given. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the regulation so that it can guarantee the rights of every citizen are fulfilled.Nafkah merupakan konsekuensi kewajiban yang muncul salah satunya dengan ikatan pernikahan. Namun saat pernikahan itu justru dilakukan oleh anak yang masih di bawah umur tentunya menjadikan muncul permasalahan lainnya yang lebih kompleks. Pernikahan di bawah umur yang terutama dilakukan oleh anak laki-laki menjadikannya terbebani kewajiban nafkah saat seharusnya masih duduk di bangku pelajar atau mahasiswa. Hal ini juga melebar pada kesempatan kerja di lapangan yang sulit karena usia yang masih di bawah umur. Kondisi ini bahkan lebih parah jika orang tua dari pasangan merupakan keluarga yang masih berada di garis kemiskinan. Maka perlu hadirnya pemerintah dengan serius untuk menanggapi permasalahan ini mengingat pernikahan yang dilakukan bisa terjadi dengan legal karena diizinkannya dispensasi kawin. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis penyebab terjadinya pernikahan di bawah umur serta konsep pemenuhan nafkah jika ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Perkawinan No.1 Tahun 1974 dengan Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan cara menginventarisasi berbagai bahan pustaka utama dan pendukung yang berkaitan dengan fokus permasalahan. Teknik analisa data diolah dan dibahas dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa faktor penyebab perkawinan di bawah umur yang didominasi oleh hamil di luar nikah, ekonomi, kemajuan teknologi dan informasi serta budaya dan agama. Adapun dengan pemenuhan nafkah pada kenyataannya negara hanya mengatur secara umum ketentuan tersebut baik pada Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 1 Tahun 1974 maupun Kompilasi Hukum Islam. Dalam pemenuhan nafkah yang dilakukan suami tidak memberikan pembedaan pada suami yang masih di bawah umur namun dilegalkan oleh pemerintah dengan dispensasi kawin yang diberikan. Sehingga sebenarnya perlu dilakukan revisi peraturan tersebut sehingga dapat menjamin hak-hak setiap warga negara terpenuhi

No full textThe development of non-cash payments is currently continuing to grow in Indonesia, many applications continue to develop their applications towards a cashless society, but many people and MSMEs are still reluctant to use the non-cash payment system, due to several factors that they consider to be very detrimental to users or providers. non-cash payments. This research aims to examine attitude variables, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the behavior of halal MSMEs in using non-cash payments through interest variables. The approach used in the research is a quantitative approach, with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results obtained show that the attitude variable (X1) influences the behavior of MSMEs in using non-cash payments (Y) through the interest variable (Z). The subjective norm variable (X2) does not affect MSME behavior in using non-cash payments (Y) through the interest variable (Z). The behavioral control variable (X3) influences the behavior of MSMEs in using non-cash payments (Y) through the interest variable (Z)
The Role of the Mataram City Government in Improving Halal MSMEs Certification
No full textThis research aims to dig deeper into the role of the Mataram City Government, especially through the Department of Industry, in improving halal certification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The main focus of this research is to understand the strategies and concrete steps taken by the Mataram City Department of Industry in supporting MSMEs to obtain halal certification, as well as their impact on the growth and development of MSMEs in Mataram City. In the data collection process, interview methods with stakeholders, including government officials and MSME owners, were used to obtain a comprehensive perspective on the efforts made by the Department of Industry. Apart from that, analysis of policy and program documents was also carried out to gain a deeper understanding of the policies that have been implemented and their impact on MSMEs. With this approach, it is hoped that the research results can provide a better understanding of the concrete contribution of the Mataram City Department of Industry in improving MSME halal certification, as well as provide valuable input for the development of more effective policies in the future. The research results show that the role of the Mataram city government in increasing the halal certification of MSMEs is Socialization and Assistance, Special Budget Allocation for Free Services, Quota for Issuing Free Halal Certificates, Collaboration Programs with the Central Government with Subsidies and with Private Parties

Environmental Management Accounting and Financial Performance: Green Innovation and Financial Performance as Mediator

The inconsistency of results is one of the reasons for further studies to be carried out. This research aims to examine the effect of environmental management accounting which refers to ISO 14001 on company financial performance through green innovation consisting of green product innovation and green process innovation as well as environmental performance as a mediating variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies registered on the IDX 2020-2023. The sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The analysis uses e-views 11 with path analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that environmental performance can mediate the relationship between environmental management accounting and financial performance by looking at the influence of the relationship between environmental management accounting and environmental performance, and environmental performance on financial performance. Then the existence of green innovation does not have a role as a link between environmental management accounting and financial performance
The Influence of Tiktok Live Streaming, Content Marketing on the Decision to Purchase Nike Shoes in FEB UGJ Students
Get PDFWith the very rapid development of technology using smartphones at this time, one of which is online shopping, consumers tend to shop via live streaming, one of which is available on the TikTok application with a variety of content. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of TikTok live streaming and content marketing on the decision to purchase Nike shoes among FEB UGJ students. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and quantitative methods, using the SPSS application program data processing. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 105 FEB UGJ students. The research results show (1) There is a positive and partially significant influence between TikTok Live streaming on the decision to purchase Nike shoes for FEB UGJ students. (2) There is a partial positive and significant influence between Content marketing on the decision to purchase Nike shoes for FEB UGJ Students. (3) There is a significant positive influence simultaneously between TikTok live streaming and content marketing on the decision to purchase Nike shoes for FEB UGJ students
