The main problem of this research is how the policy direction of the strategy, the implementation of policy direction in the development of halal tourism in Loang Baloq, and the inhibiting factors in implementing the halal tourism development strategy in Loang Baloq Beach. This study aims to find out how the management strategy in developing halal tourism in Loang Baloq. This study uses the descriptive qualitative research method, which is a study that seeks to obtain complete information to obtain information The observation and interview process is very important in data collection. From observations and interviews, it is expected to be able to explore the problems that exist in the development of halal tourism in Loang Baloq Beach to find out what strategies can be done to develop Loang Baloq Beach tourism in the eyes of local and National as well as in the welfare of local communities.     The purpose of this research is to determine the components of intellectual capital, namely Value-Added Human Capital (VAHU), Value Added Structural Capital (STVA), and Value-Added Capital Employed (VACA) in influencing Return on Assets. This research is quantitative and uses secondary data. The population of this research is state-owned companies in the banking sector registered on the IDX in 2015-2022. The number of samples studied was 32 samples. This research uses descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that VACA, VAHU, and STVA together or simultaneously have a significant influence on Return on Assets (ROA). All independent variables VAHU, STVA, and VACE can contribute 68.6% of ROA. Then the results of the partial test, VAHU partially has a significant positive effect on ROA, VACE partially has a significant positive effect on ROA but STVA partially gives positive results but is not significant on ROA

    Law has a role in protecting the rights and interests of all parties involved in business, such as consumers and shareholders, as well as workers. The application of law in resolving business disputes allows parties who feel disadvantaged to obtain justice through a transparent and fair legal process. However, in practice, resolving business disputes is often complicated and expensive. Many companies choose to use arbitration or mediation as an alternative to traditional courts in resolving disputes. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of law enforcement in resolving trade business conflicts. The research used is an empirical legal research method using descriptive qualitative research. The results of this research show that commercial law plays an important role because it includes the rules and principles that govern business relationships, contracts, obligations, and the rights of the parties involved. In addition, parties involved in business disputes need to understand the negotiation, arbitration, and court processes and have a strong knowledge of commercial law so that business disputes can be resolved fairly and efficiently, which in turn will support healthy business growth and continuity

    This research examines the role of job characteristics in moderating the influence of flexible work arrangements and self-efficacy on employee engagement at PT Desa Wisata Indonesia which aims to provide a deeper understanding of maximizing employee engagement through the application of work flexibility, self-efficacy, and the role of job characteristics so that it can help the organization. in preparing ourselves to face the changes occurring in the world of work. This research uses a quantitative methodology using SPSS with the methodology used including a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test to test the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that the flexible work arrangement and self-efficacy variables have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, and the job characteristics variables can moderate the influence of the flexible work arrangement and self-efficacy variables on employee engagement.     This research aims to use qualitative research methods concerning strategies for developing MSME businesses. Data collection techniques through interviews with similar companies and MSME Company Scale Up experts. The results of the analysis show that there are 4 strategies: 1. Inspired Stage (Idea Validation), at this stage business people have the desire to run, own, and develop a culinary business. 2. Start Stage (Product Validation), at this stage business people have started trying and carrying out "tests" or validation of the products they have, businesses that use vending machines can have greater capacity. 3. Scale Stage (Business Model Validation), at this stage, customers are already coming back, meaning the business model is already running. What else do you need to prepare and how to develop it? 4. Sustainability Stage, the goal of the business is "sustainability" meaning that the business can run continuously, there are growing profits, there are customers who come back, there are customers who recommend. To successfully develop a business, you must fulfill the 5 things above, so that the products produced can be known and accepted by consumers. In winning business competition, continuous innovation is needed, to keep up with developments that occur, as well as the implementation of good management systems, to be able to evaluate operations and product strategies. With system management, the owner does not need to be on standby at the office, just controls the reports received from the system.     Grounded Theory Analysis on IT Consultant Company Survival Strategy in The Vuca Era

    This research was focused on how IT Consulting Companies can survive during the VUCA era (within scope 2020-2023). This research revealed the challenges during the VUCA Era and strategies to tackle the challenges. This research was conducted using grounded theory analysis, interviewing process, and gap analysis with the current theories. All methods are compiled together as a qualitative research approach. In this research, purposeful sampling was used to choose relevant respondents with minimum classification as a director level in an IT Consulting Company who knew about the company strategy and business environment during the in-scoped period. The coding process was done twice, the first coding process to map the challenges in the VUCA era and the second one to find out the strategy for VUCA challenges in the first coding results. The coding process gathered 23 codes for challenges in VUCA which were categorized into 9 categories and then became 5 themes. The result concludes that the top challenge in the VUCA era is customer engagement. The second coding process found the 23 strategies from all interviews and categorized them into 5 categories and then 4 themes. It concludes that the top priority strategy to survive during VUCA is a customer-driven approach strategy with many variations

It also analyses the programmes of the Al-Quran Waqf funds and the factors that support and hinder the process of fund management. In this research, the focus is given on how the management of funds in the Al-Quran Waqf Board. This research was conducted in Medan Al-Quran Waqf Board. In this research, the author uses the type of field research which is by looking for data in the field in detail and detail by observing the phenomena that exist in the field. The method used in this research is a qualitative data research method, where data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies related to the Al-Quran Waqf Board. The collected data will be analysed to identify improvements in the management of the Al-Quran Waqf Fund. The results of this study are expected to provide insight, especially about the management scheme in the management of funds in the Al-Quran Waqf Agency. Based on the results of the research, the strategy adopted by the Medan Al-Quran Waqf Board in the process of managing funds is by explaining the objectives through presentations in offices and mosques, opening outlets around mosques and offices and also making charity boxes. In addition, the BWA has a team whose job is to explore the house to collect waqf funds, and the BWA has an official website that accepts online donations through its official website, BWA.id. The facilitating factors in fund management are the cooperation of the Medan Al-Quran Waqf Board with offices and mosques, and obtaining permission to manage waqf funds. The inhibiting factors in the process of managing waqf funds are the lack of human resources, the lack of permission to cooperate, the remote location of fund management, the lack of knowledge about waqf and the poor perception of the community. The answer to these problems is that the BWA must be able to convince the public about waqf so that the funds can be properly managed. &nbsp

    Effectiveness of Implementation of Household Waste Management Policy in North Jakarta

    Waste is something that cannot be avoided in a problem in an area. The increase in population in a city causes waste to increase according to people's consumption. The waste that often arises is household waste, where according to data from the National Waste Management Information System, 60% of waste is generated from households. This research aims to find out to what extent a policy on Household Waste Management in North Jakarta produces results in terms of institutional role, interpretation of a policy, implementation of the policy, and impact of the policy. The policies created can analyze and examine the role of the institution, the interpretation of the policy, its implementation, and its impact on society. This policy only exists in DKI Jakarta to regulate the amount of waste generated when it is known that the Bantar Gebang TPST is already at overload capacity. Therefore, the author conducted research using qualitative methods with several informants in North Jakarta. The informants used by the authors are residents in the North Jakarta area, 22 Operators and Regulators or policymakers, with 3 people working in the Government who are responsible for waste management. This qualitative method of research uses Nvivo software in data processing to obtain results that follow the purpose of writing. Based on Nvivo's results on data processing, it was found that institutional factors and policy interpretation would have an impact on the performance of implementing programs related to regulatory socialization. In the socialization of regulations, it was found that there were inconsistencies in the socialization and a lack of clarity regarding policy implementation

The role of transportation has a very positive impact on regional economic development as a whole, especially in relations between organizations. Realizing the importance of transportation, several parties have decided to open transportation service companies that aim to help the community and make transportation a business sector. The quality of customer experience has become an important concept in consumer behavior research. The conceptualization of experience quality includes visitors' affective responses to the psychological benefits they want from their visiting experience. This growth is influenced by several 7p factors, namely promotion, physical, place, people, and price. This research shows the influence or role of other variables outside of product variation and service quality on the quality of experience, namely price. This research aims to test and explain whether Co-Creation and Excellent Service offered by Sinar Jaya bus transportation services have an effect on Quality Experience with Currency as Moderation. The sampling method in this research used Non-Probability Sampling which is purposive sampling, resulting in the acquisition of data from 103 respondents who had used the Sinar Jaya Bus Transportation Service and then a feasibility test was carried out using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.9 Program through a validity test, discriminant validity test, and reliability test. The results of data feasibility testing obtained convergence validity, discriminant validity, and reliability values ​​> 0.7 so that this research could be declared valid

    This study aims to examine the effects of absorptive capacity, innovation capabilities, and open innovation on SME performance in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Previous research on open innovation in the Indonesian context has been conducted, yet it needed more specificity and omitted certain variables concerning the enhancement of SME performance. Therefore, this study aims to address this gap. A total of 202 respondents contributed to this research. Data were analyzed using SPSS and PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The findings reveal that absorptive capacity, innovation capabilities, and open innovation variables positively influence SME performance. This study contributes to enriching the literature on the concept of open innovation and SME performance. Furthermore, it offers valuable insights for business practitioners to implement these three variables for the enhancement of their business performance
