Pandangan Hadist Nabi Terhadap Kearifan Lokal Jhek Bumeh di Madura
Indonesian society has diverse cultural riches, including the local wisdom of jhek bumeh or earth alms which is preserved and protected by the Madurese people. This local wisdom is very sacred for the Madurese people, so some people will think that the jhek bumeh ritual is compared with the values of Islamic teachings. This research aims to analyze how the form and process of the jhek bumeh ritual is carried out and analyze the view of the prophet's hadith and what values are contained in the ritual. This research uses qualitative methods, with a Field Research approach, which is a strong approach to understanding and exploring social phenomena in more depth. The theory used is living hadith, namely the study of the phenomenon of practices, traditions, rituals, behavior that live in society which has its basis in the hadith of the Prophet. The findings are that the local wisdom of jhek bumeh is very in line with the values of Islamic teachings. It contains religious and humanistic values such as: giving food, alms, friendship, majlis al-Qur'an, dhikr and prayer together.Masyarakat Indonesia memiliki kekayaan budaya yang beragam, di antaranya kearifan lokal jhek bumeh atau sedekah bumi yang dilestarikan dan dijaga masyarakat Madura. Kearifan lokal tersebut sangat sakral bagi masyarakat Madura, sehingga sebagian orang akan beranggapan bahwa ritual jhek bumeh bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai ajaran islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalsis bagaimana bentuk dan proses ritual jhek bumeh dijalankan dan menganalisis pandangan hadis nabi serta nilai apa saja yang terkandung dalam ritual tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan Field Research yaitu pendekatan yang kuat untuk memahami dan menggali fenomena sosial dengan lebih mendalam. Teori yang digunakan adalah living hadis yaitu adalah kajian atas fenomena praktek, tradisi, ritual, perilaku yang hidup di masyarakat yang memiliki landasannya di hadis Nabi. Hasil temuannya adalah kearifan lokal jhek bumeh sangat selaras dengan nilai-nilai ajaran islam. Di dalamnya ada nilai religius dan humanisme seperti: memberi makan, sedekah, silaturrahim, majlis al-Qur’an , dzikir dan doa bersama
Police Communication Strategy In Overcoming Juvenile Illegal Racing Behavior
The police need a communication strategy to tackle illegal racing in every area. This study aims to find out the communication strategy of the sector police in tackling juvenile illegal racing behaviour in Tanjung Balai. The research method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The research results show that: First, with SOPs by the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, the police can tackle illegal racing. Second, there is a lack of public awareness of their children who are still participating in juvenile delinquency, one of which is illegal racing. Third, there is a lack of awareness among adolescents about the existence of laws and regulations related to the use of highways, a lack of information or support from residents, and increased awareness or concern for the use of highways. The implementation of Polsek is the first step in getting to know the audience by directly observing the field to see the conditions and situation and familiarising themselves with the community. Next, they compile motivational and appealing messages to the community in a language that is easily understood by the community. Finally, they determine the method, which is the method of repetition, informative, and educational, and choose the use of media, using print media such as billboards and banners
Optimizing Islamic Religious Education Curriculum: Unveiling the Influential Factors
This study aims to identify factors that influence students' academic achievement in Islamic religious education at Madrasah Aliyah Bidayatul Hidayah. A quantitative method was used involving 34 teachers as the population, using total sampling. Data were collected through a survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that resource availability, teacher competence, student participation and family support significantly influenced students' academic achievement partially and simultaneously, with teacher competence being the most dominant factor. Limitations of this study include the limited generalizability of the results to one educational institution and the use of quantitative methods only. Future research recommendations include using a holistic approach and developing more effective education policies
Prohibition of Same-Travel Marriages in the Customs of the Kampai Minangkabau Tribe Maqasid Al-Shari'ah Perspective Muhammad Tahir Ibnu 'Asyur
This article is motivated by the existence of the Minangkabau Kampai tribe's customs which prohibit inter-ethnic marriages. In fact, there is not a single verse or hadith found that prohibits the practice of marrying within one's tribe. Meanwhile, the Minangkabau tradition claims with its saying "Adat basandi syara' syara' basandi kitabullah", that in plain view this is contrary to Islamic law. The research method in this research is a literature review (Library Research) with a qualitative approach with the perspective of Maqasid al-Shari'ah Muhammad Tahir Ibnu 'Asyur. Library searches are used to obtain written data regarding research objects with the aim of being able to analyze the prohibition on intermarriage. The results that can be concluded are 1) The customs of the Minangkabau kampai tribe adhere to a matrilineal kinship system. The matrilineal system is a system that regulates the life and order of a society bound by kinship along the maternal line. Everything is arranged according to the mother's lineage. 2) According to Minangkabau customary rules, a person cannot marry someone from the same tribe. Minangkabau customs adhere to the exsogamy system, namely that a man is prohibited from marrying a woman of the same clan or tribe, he must marry a woman outside his clan. 3) Prohibition of same-ethnic marriages based on the Maqashid Syari'ah of Muhammad Tahir Ibn 'Asyun to strengthen marriage bonds (asiroh al-nikah), strengthen family ties (asiroh al-nasab wa al-qurabah), and strengthen marital ties (asiroh al-sihar) , by using the principle of freedom (al-Hurriyah)
Balancing Scholarship and Marriage: The Rights and Duties of Married Female Students in the Light of ‘Uqūd al-Lujjayn
Rights and responsibilities are duties that must be borne by both husband and wife in household life. The husband is obliged to support his wife, give a dowry, refrain from speaking harshly or being abusive, and continue to teach religious knowledge to his wife. Conversely, the wife must fulfill her household responsibilities, such as pleasing her husband, taking care of his property, preparing all his needs, and serving him both physically and emotionally. If the wife engages in activities outside the home, whether working or continuing her education, she must obtain her husband's permission and not be overly conspicuous, for example by wearing makeup, jewelry, or dressing up. The objectives of this research are twofold: 1) to explain the implementation of the rights and responsibilities of a wife who is a university student in fulfilling her household duties and her responsibilities as a student; 2) to understand the relevance of the implementation of the rights and responsibilities of a wife who is a university student as described in the book `Uqūd Al-Lujjayn. This research uses a field research method, where the researcher conducts direct observations through interviews with several married female students in the KH. Abdul Chalim University Mojokerto environment. The data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification, in order to compile the materials found during the interview and documentation process. The results of this study indicate that: 1) what the wife, who is a student, has done in fulfilling her duties as a housewife while also pursuing her education. 2) there is relevance to what is explained in the book `Uqūd Al-Lujjayn, in terms of obligations, rights, challenges, and solutions. For example, a wife who engages in activities outside the home must obtain her husband's permission, and what the student wife practices has received permission and support from her husband to pursue her education
The Effect of Public Communication in Increasing the Effectiveness of Public Services: Case Study on Public Services in West Bandung District
This research aims to investigate the important role of public communication in increasing the effectiveness of public services with a locus in West Bandung Regency. As respondents, there were 153 people in the community who received various services from the district office during August 2023. The analysis focused on how effective public communication can influence positive results in providing services to the community. A quantitative approach was used in this research by collecting data through surveys and statistical analysis. The results of this research show that public communication has a positive and significant influence on public services. It is recommended that communication competency be one of the materials in training for new West Bandung Regency employees.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran penting komunikasi publik dalam meningkatkan efektivitas layanan publik dengan lokus di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sebagai responden adalah sebanyak 153 orang masyarakat yang menerima bereaneka layanan dari kantor kabupaten tersebut selama bulan Agustus 2023. Analisis difokuskan pada bagaimana komunikasi publik yang efektif dapat mempengaruhi hasil positif dalam penyediaan layanan kepada masyarakat. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei dan analisis statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi publik memiliki pengaruh positive dan signifikan terhadap pelayanan publik. Disarankan agar kompetensi komunikasi menjadi salah satu materi dalam diklat pembekalan bagi pegawai baru Kabupaten Bandung Bara
The Role of Fintech in Improving Financial Literacy in Micro Small to Medium Enterprises in Malang
This journal aims to analyze the role of fintech in improving financial literacy in MSMEs in Malang. In this study, researchers took 3 samples randomly, from Malang Regency and Malang City. Analysis of the data used in this study is to use data reduction then data presentation and the last is conclusions. The results of the research are that of the four informants as a whole receiving well with the presence of fintech because fintech can facilitate transactions. Fintech also provides many benefits for MSMEs as well as more benefits from MSMEs. But of all the roles of fintech, the speakers in this study did not fully know what the role of fintech was because of the lack of socialization about fintech in MSMEs. The speaker said that in financing business capital still choose banks because banks are trusted and there are legal institutions that regulate them. Of the four speakers, the impact after using fintech is positive or there are many benefits to be gained after applying fintech to its business. The more efficient and effective business activities that make applied fintech and the development of the era require businesses to use fintech. Of the many advantages of fintech, there are certainly disadvantages, one of which is when the financial technology is problematic, it must be repaired and requires some time. Not only that, human resources that lack mastery of fintech make business people have to provide insight into fintech
Policy Evaluation to Changes Savings Value Guaranteed by Deposit Insurance: Indonesia Study
LPS is permitted to propose changes to the deposit insurance coverage limitations. The evaluation dimensions of effectiveness and efficiency are used as the primary assessment criteria in this paper to analyze these adjustment criteria utilizing the evaluation dimensions theory. Data on savings account distribution are all used. According to the analysis's findings, just 0.1 percent of all banking accounts hold 60.42 percent of the sector's total nominal deposits. The study comes to the conclusion that the standards used to gauge the level of deposit protection offered by LPS do not entirely correspond to the theoretically derived dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness. This study emphasizes the possibility of systemic risk by focusing on the dynamics of banking customers' deposits, account distribution, and nominal distribution of bank deposits
Comparative Analysis of Financial Performance of Sharia Banks from Indonesia and the United Kingdom
The rapid progress of Islamic banking development is evident in the increasing pace of Sharia banking. The financial performance of individual banks serves as a key indicator of Islamic banking growth. Islamic banking exhibits distinctive characteristics and advantages from various perspectives. This research aims to discern variations in the financial performance of two countries, namely Indonesia and the United Kingdom. The study focuses on Islamic banking entities in both countries, with Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI), Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah (BTPN), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Bank of London & The Middle East (BLME), and Al Rayan Bank UK (ARB) selected as research samples. The CAMEL method is employed as the performance measurement approach in this study. A quantitative approach is adopted, utilizing descriptive statistical analysis through the SPSS test tool. The findings of the descriptive statistical analysis reveal significant discrepancies in CAR, NPF, NPM, ROA, and FDR ratios among Islamic banks in Indonesia and the United Kingdom. The implications of this research are anticipated to serve as a basis for introspection and foster enhancements in the performance of each Islamic bank
Implementation of Sharia-Based Money Changer System in PT. Hidayah Prima Valasindo
The study assessed the implementation of a Sharia-based money changer system in PT. Hidayah Prima Valasindo focuses on the challenges faced in ensuring compliance with Sharia principles. The purpose of this study is to know if implementation is consistent with the principles of sharia. Several obstacles arise during implementation processes such as a lack of clarity in risk management policies, and staff un understanding of the Sharia principle. This type of research uses qualitative methods, and data collection techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentary. The study suggests that companies on the implementation of systems in the company have not fully complied with the principles of the sharia. Such as a discrepancy in risk management policies that have not fully obeyed the sharia principles and there is a gap in staff’s understanding of the principles, especially in the application of the sharia principle in daily transactions. The research is a platform for the corrective measures needed to ensure full compliance and successful implementation of the Sharia-based money changer system in PT. Hidayah Prima Valasindo.
