The Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Transformational Leadership on Readiness for Change: The Mediation Role of Organizational Trust (Study on the Financial Administration Unit)
The government plans to move the country's capital from Jakarta to the Archipelago Capital (IKN) in East Kalimantan. This has become a hot topic for research, including research on the impact and risks of transferring IKN to civil servants (PNS) who are transferred to IKN. This study highlights the level of individual readiness in facing the transfer of civil servants to IKN by evaluating the influence of perceived organizational support, transformational leadership, and organizational trust on individual readiness to change. Quantitative research methods through self-administered questionnaires were carried out on 311 employee respondents in the Financial Administration Unit. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model with Lisrel 8.8. The research results show that perceived organizational support and transformational leadership have a significant positive effect on readiness for change. Furthermore, organizational trust partially mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support transformational leadership, and readiness for change. This research contributes to the field of human resource management through practical guidance for increasing readiness for change in the context of organizational change, especially the transfer of employees to the Indonesian capital, in public sector organizations
The Effect of Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing on Purchase Intention for Luxcrime Products on the Tiktok Application in Surabaya
Amidst the rapid advancements in the digital era, social media marketing strategies have become readily accessible. Capitalizing on trending social media platforms like TikTok to attract consumer interest is achieved through content marketing and influencer marketing strategies. This research aims to investigate the influence of Content and Influencer Marketing on Purchase Intention, employing Luxcrime products in Surabaya as the research subject. The population of this study encompasses TikTok users who have encountered content marketing featuring influencers on Luxcrime's account. The sample size comprises 90 respondents from the city of Surabaya. Data analysis was conducted using the SEMPLS method with SmartPLS software. This quantitative research employed PLS analysis. The research concludes that Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing effectively generate purchase intention for Luxcrime products in Surabaya
Packaging Innovation and Selling Performance in Microenterprises: Role of Digital Marketing Training
Micro-enterprises in Indonesia need help due to their smaller scale and limited resources, impacting their selling performance. This study explores the role of digital marketing training in boosting the selling performance of micro-enterprises through packaging innovation. This study is quantitative research, and we surveyed 383 micro-enterprises fostered by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) in Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. The collected data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) to see the relationship between variables. Research findings confirm the positive influence of digital marketing training on packaging innovation and selling performance, and the positive influence of packaging innovation on selling performance. Here, packaging innovation can mediate the influence of digital marketing training on selling performance. This research provides novel insights into the critical role of packaging innovation in mediating the effects of digital marketing training, highlighting the need for ongoing support and tailored training programs to boost microenterprise competitiveness and market reach. The training programs, particularly in digital marketing, can enhance the ability of packaging innovation and empower the selling performance of the micro-enterprises. The micro-enterprises need more digital training as a part of government mentoring programs, in this case by PNM
The Role of Internal Audit in Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen
Internal audit is an important factor in implementing risk management and Good Corporate Governance. This research aims to find out how big the role of internal audit is in Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This research was conducted at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. The subjects of this research are the head of the internal audit division, audit staff, risk management staff, and compliance staff. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach which aims to provide a clear picture of the object under study based on primary data obtained through interviews and asking closed questions to the relevant officials. The results of the research conducted show the role of Internal Audit in Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. Internal audit has carried out its duties well by carrying out comprehensive supervision of company parts following SOPs but still requires improvement in the quality and quantity of human resources. PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen has implemented GCG principles well in accordance with GCG principles
Development of Beautiful Sunset Land (CSL) Beach to Realize a Sustainable Economy of It-Based Halal Culinary Tourism Enterprises
This study investigates the development of Pantai Cantik Sunset Land (CSL) as a halal culinary destination in Sekarbela District, Mataram City, focusing on the role of information technology (IT). Using SWOT analysis, surveys, and interviews, the research identifies significant potential for the halal culinary industry at CSL Beach. However, challenges include inadequate IT utilization in marketing, insufficient awareness of halal certification, and poor waste management. The findings suggest that enhanced IT use in social media, increased halal certification awareness, and improved waste management can boost the competitiveness and sustainability of halal culinary businesses at CSL Beach
Crafting Employee Engagement in Public Sector Delayering: From Transparency, Leadership to Trust
This study is based on the understanding that organizational changes, such as delayering, can influence the level of employee engagement. Previous studies have acknowledged the roles of transparent communication, transformational leadership, and employee organizational trust in enhancing the level of employee engagement. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of transparent communication and transformational leadership on employee engagement through the mediation of employee organizational trust in the context of organizational change. This study adopts a cross-sectional design with purposive sampling technique. The respondents are the Firstluo-Level Functional PD appointed through the delayering mechanism in the Indonesian Douane Authority. A total of 424 respondent data were collected and further analyzed. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Model with Lisrel 8.8. The results show that transparent communication and transformational leadership have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Furthermore, employee organizational trust partially mediates the relationship between transparent communication and transformational leadership with employee engagement. This study provides valuable insights for human resource management practitioners, emphasizing the importance of fostering transparent communication, implementing transformational leadership practices, and nurturing organizational trust to effectively enhance employee engagement during organizational change, particularly in the context of delayering within public sector organizations
The Influence of Foreign Exchange Policy from Export Proceeds, Import Payments, Inflation Rate, and Rupiah Exchange Rate on Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia
Various factors influence foreign direct investment in Indonesia. This study's main objective is to determine the influence of foreign exchange policies resulting from exports, imports, inflation rates, and exchange rates on foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia in 2018-2022. This data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, Ministry of Finance and Trade. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. Apart from that, a t-test can be carried out to determine the significance of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The calculation results show that the Export, Import, and Inflation variables in the short term and long term have a positive and significant effect on foreign direct investment in Indonesia, while the exchange rate does not have a positive and significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment. The Influence of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Erigo Purchase Decisions in Surabaya
This research aims to explore the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand image on Erigo's purchasing decisions in the city of Surabaya. In this case, celebrity endorsers and brand image are considered important in increasing purchasing decisions for a product. This research uses a qualitative method using a questionnaire which is used to collect data and the population in this research is the people of Surabaya who have purchased Erigo products with a sample of 90 respondents. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Celebrity endorsers have the most influential indicator, namely power, and brand image has the most influential indicator, product image. The research results show that celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Erigo products in the city of Surabaya as well as the brand image has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Erigo products in the city of Surabaya. These findings show that there is a relationship that mutually influences celebrity endorsers, brand image, and Erigo purchasing decisions in the city of Surabaya
The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use on User Interest in the ShopeePay Digital Wallet among Generation Z in Surabaya
The purpose of this study is to find out how Generation Z in Surabaya is influenced by the perception of ease of use of the Shopeepay digital wallet and the promotion of cashback vouchers to their interest in using it. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Since the size of the population cannot be determined with certainty, the method of sample selection is based on the guidelines for measuring the sample by specifying parameters. 96 respondents who are Generation Z and ShopeePay digital wallet users in the city of Surabaya were given a questionnaire as part of the data collection process. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance is then used to analyze the data obtained. Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) software is used in this technique, which is also referred to as the alternative SEM method. The results of this study show that generation Z in the city of Surabaya is significantly more interested in using the ShopeePay digital wallet because it is considered easy to use and offers cashback vouchers.
Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan dan Rotasi Auditor Terhadap Kualitas Audit
This study aimed to ascertain the effect of firm size and auditor rotation on the audit quality of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. This research employed a sample of 10 organizations observed across five periods, meeting the requirements for sample selection. This yields 50 data points. The study utilized purposive sampling, and logistic regression analysis the analytical instrument to examine the hypothesis. This study's findings indicated that the firm's size and the auditors' rotation did not affect the quality of auditors. This implies that the competence of an auditor was not determined by external variables, such as the firm's size or the rotation of auditors
