    The Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee Productivity at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch

    This research was conducted to determine Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Work Productivity, this research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. In this study the population of employees working at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling approach of 28 respondents. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS version 21 application. The results of the t-test for the organizational culture variable are t count 2.161 > t table of 2.059 meaning that organizational culture affects work productivity and organizational climate variable t count is 3.428 > 2.059 meaning organizational climate affects work productivity. F test of organizational culture variable and organizational climate variable F count of 7.856 > F table 3.39 shows that organizational culture and organizational climate jointly affect work productivity

    This research aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices on the environmental performance of companies with Pro-Environmental Behavior as a mediator and Environmental Knowledge as a moderator. The research problem arises from the gap in previous studies on the impact of GHRM practices on environmental performance. The research objectives are to analyze the effect of GHRM practices on environmental performance, pro-environmental behavior, and the mediating role of pro-environmental behavior on the relationship between GHRM practices and environmental performance. The study also aims to analyze the moderating role of environmental knowledge on the relationship between GHRM practices and pro-environmental behavior. The research method used is a survey with a sample of employees from PT Kalbe Farma, a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. The study found that GHRM practices have a positive effect on environmental performance, pro-environmental behavior, and the mediating role of pro-environmental behavior on the relationship between GHRM practices and environmental performance. The study also found that environmental knowledge moderates the relationship between GHRM practices and pro-environmental behavior. The practical benefit of this research is to provide a reference for organizations in formulating strategies to achieve optimal environmental performance. The theoretical benefit is to contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management. The study adopts the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity (AMO) theory and the six dimensions of GHRM practices, namely green recruitment and selection, feedback, green self-efficacy, leadership role, organizational culture, and employee empowerment

    The Traditional Market Development Strategy in North Sumatra with an Islamic Economic Perspective

    There are various types of traditional market revitalization taking place in Indonesia, and not all traditional markets are successful after being revived. One of the reasons why not all old markets are successful after revitalization in Indonesia is because there are no guidelines or standards for revitalization. This research aims to see how traditional market development strategies exist in North Sumatra. The method used is SWOT with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Participants in this research were related government agencies, related agencies, academics, and consumers of traditional market traders. The weaknesses of traditional markets in North Sumatra are the inappropriate market location, inadequate facilities and sanitation, lack of use of digital markets and online transactions. The obstacles are the lack of orderly culture in society in carrying out trade transactions in traditional markets, the existence of extortion, and the existence of modern markets. For strength, namely being able to provide awareness of orderly shopping, being able to create clean and safe traditional markets, and maintaining local wisdom. The opportunities available include support from the local government and related agencies, technological developments, and digital market developments. This research recommends that there is a need for appropriate regulations and sustainable programs for the development and existence of this traditional market

    Efficiency Analysis Using The DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) Method at Fish Auction Place in the City of Sibolga

    The research aims to determine the level of TPI efficiency using the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method in the research area. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with judgment. The data source used is secondary data collected through Annual Reports. Data collection was carried out in two ways, namely documentation and literature. The analysis method used is the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method with indicators for the input variables used: floor area, base length, number of boats, number of baskets, number of fishing gear, and indicators for the output variables used: Total production. The results of the research are the efficiency of the Sibolga Fish Auction Place which has a score of 100% in January, February, March, and April. In November it gets an efficiency score of 92.07%. This efficiency is at a high level of efficiency because it gets a value of > 81%. while efficiency in May, June, July, August, September, October, and December is 60-80%. This efficiency is at a medium efficiency level because it gets a value of 60-80%. Fish Auction Places in Sibolga that have achieved high efficiency in January, February, March, April, and November have been able to utilize input optimally to manage output. Meanwhile, moderate efficiency was shown in May, June, July, August, September, October, and December. It is hoped that we can utilize input optimally to manage output

    Analysis of Quality Assurance Performance in the Application of Manual Testing and Automation Testing for Software Product Testing

    This paper aims to understand the influence of using the Katalon tool in application testing, comprehend the testing scenario process using Katalon, and compare it with manual testing. The testing process using Katalon Studio follows the design proposed by the author based on references from previous literature. The research method employed includes literature review, test case collection and analysis, implementation, test case testing, and evaluation of implementation results. Katalon can be utilized for testing using test cases. These test cases are recorded and replayed by capturing each response in a single event in the application. Both automated testing and manual testing were conducted using nine scenarios consisting of Crypto Asset Search, Limit Order Method for Buying and Selling Crypto Assets, Instant Order Method for Buying and Selling Crypto Assets, Crypto Asset Deposit and Withdrawal Address Method, Crypto Asset Username Deposit and Withdrawal Method, Failed Crypto Asset Purchase with Limit Order Method, Failed Crypto Asset Sale with Limit Order Method, Failed Crypto Asset Purchase with Instant Order Method, and Failed Crypto Asset Sale with Instant Order Method. The average comparison of the nine scenarios tested using manual and automated methods shows a difference of 11.04%. Therefore, automated testing is 11.04% faster than manual testing. The conclusion drawn from this research is that testing using Katalon is shorter compared to manual testing using the same test case

    The findings of research conducted using Smart PLS version 4.0 show that, with a path coefficient value of 0.000 for each, product and advertising ratings have a big impact on high school students' decisions to buy on Shopee. Price, however, also has an impact on the decision about what to buy (with a path coefficient value of 0.165), but is not statistically significant. Overall, advertising, product ratings, and price together explained approximately 95.6% of the variation in students' purchasing decisions. These findings provide an important picture of the factors that influence purchasing decisions on Shopee for high school students in Cibodas District, Tangerang City

    Analysis of Factors That Influence the Attractiveness of Muslim Students Using Online Loan Applications in Soloraya

    Today's technological advancements in the financial sector have given rise to several new ideas; among them, online loans are fintech-based. Online lending is a public financial solution that facilitates the provision of cheap, transparent, and efficient financial services. The purpose of this study is to examine the many elements that have an impact on the willingness of Muslim students in Soloraya who use online loan applications. The research method used is the quantitative method. Primary data was used in this study. The questionnaire was given to 96 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling using Lemeshow's algorithm. With data analysis using SPSS V.26 statistical assistance. The results of this study indicate that the variables of security, hedonic motivation, and loan disbursement speed have a significant effect, while the ease of use variable has no significant effect on the attractiveness of Muslim students in using online loan applications in Soloraya. Therefore, to decide to use online loan application services, fundamental factors are needed. However, ease of use is not fully a fundamental factor in attracting Muslim students to use online loan application services in Soloraya

    The Impact of Training and Compensation on the Performance of Tagrinov Facilitators on Visitors’ Satisfaction

    This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of training, compensation, and performance of service providers on visitor satisfaction in Tagrnov using the SEM-PLS analysis method, as well as evaluating the level of visitor satisfaction with Tagrinov using the IPA analysis method. The results of SEM-PLS analysis show that implementer performance does not have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction, while compensation and training have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction and implementer performance. However, indirect measurements show that compensation and training do not have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction through the performance of service providers. IPA analysis assesses the level of suitability to determine how satisfied visitors are with the Tagrinov facilitator's performance and how well the facilitator understands visitors' needs. Various attributes are assessed and categorized in four different quadrants based on their level of influence and importance on visitor satisfaction, with improvement recommendations given for certain attributes

    The Influence of Perceived Benefits, Perceived Ease of Use, And Perceived Risk on MSME Decisions in Using QRIS as a Digital Payment System in Surakarta

    The purpose of this study is to ascertain how MSMEs engaged in batik artisan business in Surakarta decide whether to adopt QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a digital payment method, based on their perceptions of the advantages, convenience, and risk. The study used a correlational design with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data that was gathered from 100 batik artisan MSME owners utilizing a four-point Likert scale questionnaire. SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) was used for data analysis. The findings show that MSME decisions to use QRIS are significantly influenced by perceived benefits and convenience. This shows that MSMEs feel the benefits, convenience, and benefits of using QRIS. Meanwhile, risk perception does not have a significant effect. This shows that the decision to use QRIS is not influenced by risk perception. Thus, the findings of this study offer an understanding of the elements that affect the adoption of QRIS and form the basis for further security and education improvements regarding the adoption of QRIS as a digital payment system among MSMEs
