Implementation of Sharia Insurance Risk Management
Every human activity can certainly have the potential for loss, and this potential is unpredictable. However, the level of loss can be minimized by registering with an insurance company. Insurance is a preparation made by a group of people, each of whom can experience unexpected losses. If the loss befalls one of those who are members of the group, then the loss will be borne jointly. This research is qualitative research using a library study analysis approach with documentation, data collection techniques, and written work of a bibliographic nature. This research aims to describe the implementation of Sharia insurance risk management. There are at least five ways that can be done in dealing with risk, firstly avoiding risk, secondly reducing risk by taking actions that can minimize losses, thirdly holding the risk yourself, fourthly sharing the risk with other parties, this concept is adopted by Sharia insurance as a basic concept and fifthly transfers risk by transferring the risk to another party, this risk transfer concept is then used as a basic concept in conventional-based insurance, where the potential risk to a person transferred to the insurance company

PENGUATAN LAYANAN APARATUR DALAM MODEL VOUSINAS UNTUK MENCEGAH PENYELEWENGAN PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA
This study aims to identify variables that influence the occurrence of misappropriation of village funds and determine effective measures to prevent it. This study used a quantitative approach using questionnaires as the survey technique. Primary data was collected from 97 respondents who were village administrators in Banyudono Subdistrict. Statistical analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The hypotheses regarding the influence of superior pressure, internal control system, individual morality, apparatus ability, and leadership on preventing village fund fraud were rejected. However, the hypothesis regarding the influence of unethical behavior was accepted, highlighting the significant negative impact of such behavior on fraud prevention. This study provides deep insight into the factors that influence fraud in the management of village funds and demonstrates the need for effective preventive measures. The results of this study can be used as a basis for developing more transparent and accountable village fund management strategies. This research makes a new contribution to the understanding of fraud in the management of village funds by adapting the Fraud Hexagon Hypothesis (Vousinas, 2019) to the context of village fund management, which involves aspects of collusion as an additional factor that can influence the occurrence of fraud.
Agen46 Business Unit Mechanism and Improvements in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia UGM Branch Office
This internship thesis explores the Agen46 mechanism and improvement in Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KC UGM Yogyakarta and the potential for its further development through the integration of new technology. Agen46 is a business unit mechanism that enables third-party agents to provide banking services to customers on behalf of the bank. The objective of this study is to analyze the current state of the Agen46 mechanism, identify potential challenges and opportunities, and propose strategies for improvement. To achieve this objective, this research employs qualitative methods including interviews with BNI officials and Agen46 agents, as well as observation of the Agen46 process in action. The study found that the Agen46 mechanism has been successful in expanding BNI's reach and increasing its customer base, particularly in rural areas where traditional banking services are not readily available. To address these challenges, the study proposes several strategies for improvement, including the adoption of new technology such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and the establishment of stronger partnerships with local potential businesses. These strategies aim to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Agen46 mechanism, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability for both BNI and its Agen46 agents. The study also highlights the potential for cooperation agreements between BNI and potential stores to activate Agen46 in more locations, as well as the development of a loyalty program to incentivize Agen46 agents to increase their performance and expand the reach of the mechanism. These proposals aim to address the challenges faced by the Agen46 mechanism and position it for sustainable growth and success in the future
The Effect of ZIS-DSKL Funds and GDP on Poverty Levels in Indonesia
The study aims to analyze the influence of the distribution of Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, and Other Religious Social Funds (ZIS-DSKL) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth on the poverty rate in Indonesia for the period 2015-2022. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Center for Data and Information Systems of the Indonesian Ministry of Trade. The analysis method employed is multiple regression. The analysis findings suggest a significant impact of the distribution of ZIS-DSKL funds and GDP growth on the poverty rate in Indonesia. The poverty rate in Indonesia can be decreased by increasing the distribution of ZIS-DSKL funds and promoting GDP growth, as revealed by their respective influences. It is important to raise public awareness about zakat obligations, ensure transparency in fund management, and carefully select programs aimed at alleviating poverty to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ZIS-DSKL fund distribution. The government needs to continue promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth through pro-investment policies, infrastructure development, access to education and skills training, and strengthening potential economic sectors. Further research is necessary to understand the relationship between the distribution of ZIS-DSKL funds, GDP growth, and the poverty rate in Indonesia, providing deeper insights and more accurate data to formulate more effective policies to address poverty in Indonesia
