Exploring the Impact of Literacy Rate, Health, and Women's Empowerment on Women’s Labor Participation Rate in OIC Member Countries
This study aims to explore the influence of literacy rate, women's involvement in parliament, fertility rates, and female life expectancy on the female labor participation rate in member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The study employs panel data analysis methods for 20 OIC member countries spanning from 2019 to 2021, utilizing data from the World Bank. The data is processed using Eviews 12 software. Findings from the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) approach indicate that women's participation in parliament harms the female labor participation rate. However, literacy rate, fertility rate, and female life expectancy do not significantly affect the female labor participation rate. Based on the research outcomes, governments should evaluate the causes of the declining female workforce participation rate, engage in dialogue with various stakeholders, and formulate policies that support women's involvement without compromising their participation in the workforce. Additionally, strengthening family support policies, promoting gender equality in parliament, and enhancing women's financial literacy are essential measures

Analysis of Strategies for Establishing Sharia Banks in Minority Areas (Case Study of Dairi District)
This research aims to find out what strategies are currently being implemented to establish sharia banks in minority areas of Dairi Regency and most importantly to determine the main priority strategies in establishing sharia banks in Dairi Regency. The methods used are SWOT analysis and QSPM. The number of respondents each was 8 people for the SWOT analysis and 5 people for QSPM. Respondents were appointed based on their understanding and mandate or position in the Regional Government or Dairi Regency community, both from academics and practitioners. For the SWOT analysis research results, the strategy quadrant after processing the IFAS and EFAS matrix values is a defensive strategy. This strategy means that it is necessary to minimize weaknesses and avoid threats in the process of establishing a Sharia bank. The weakness is the lack of government support, government alignment is one of the main keys. The threat to Sharia financial institutions is still not well established in the eyes of the public, even though public expectations for LKS are very high. In this way, the main research results can be obtained, namely the main priority strategy that must be carried out is the establishment of a Sharia bank in the minority area of Dairi Regency requires socialization by Islamic Religious Counselors who coordinate and collaborate with the Head of the Dairi Regency Ministry of Religion Office, so that Hajj funds and salaries go through sharia banks and put more emphasis on Religious Instructors, Heads of District KUA, Penghulu efforts to be able to deliver material regarding sharia banking literacy during Friday sermons and also the taklim assembly safari activities which are held every month. Bearing in mind that the instructors also have an Islamic economics material module to be the target material that will be delivered to the congregation assisted by each instructor in each sub-district in Dairi Regency. Like KKN students majoring in Islamic Economics, especially Sharia banking study programs, they can be empowered to convey Sharia banking literacy in Islamic minority areas in collaboration with Islamic organizations in Dairi Regency

The study utilizes panel data, with a total sample of 1,080 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2019 to 2021. The findings indicate that board diversity in terms of gender and education significantly and positively affects company performance, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). However, directors' age diversity does not significantly impact company performance. Based on the coefficient of determination, the diversity variables in this study can only explain 3.86% of the variation in company performance, while the remaining 96.14% is attributed to other variables not included in this research model. Understanding the Terms of the Building Approval Document for Small Commercial Buildings in Samarinda, following Government Regulations
As a substitute for the traditional Building Permit (IMB), the introduction of the Building Construction Permit (PBG) has engendered varying perspectives across numerous districts and cities throughout Indonesia. This incongruity is manifest in the PBG statistics spanning from August 2021 to March 2023, wherein, out of a total of 159,520 PBG applications, only 78,555, or 49.24%, were processed. Even when focusing specifically on East Kalimantan, among a total of 3,192 PBG applications, only 787, equivalent to 24.66%, received approval. In the provincial capital, Samarinda City, in May 2023, a mere 61 applications out of 1,058, constituting a mere 5.77%, obtained consent. The anticipated significant disparities to persist into early 2023 have raised concerns, particularly among small-scale entrepreneurs who seek an expeditious licensing process and are concerned about their well-being. Despite the implementation of an electronic or web-based system known as SIMBG, explicitly designed to streamline the PBG process, challenges endure. The main objective of this study is to explain the key aspects that need to be understood before proceeding with the PBG application procedure and fulfilling the document requirements in its preparation, drawn from insights found in existing literature. Furthermore, this study endeavors to facilitate public understanding and offer more directed solutions to enhance the prospects of success, spanning from the application phase to the issuance stage

This research is motivated by the large number of divorces caused by women's rights not being fulfilled in marriage, and the presence of the Court to seek justice. The judge is the person who examines, adjudicates, and decides cases with the judge's considerations which must touch the image of the law. This research is interesting because it looks at the judge's considerations from the perspective of maqasid al-usrah Jamaludin Athiyah. This research is quantitative (normative law) using a statutory approach using a study of judges' decisions in searching for normative legal research, in this case, decision number 1084/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Bdw as the research object. This research concludes 1) that the development of special sharia maqasid, one of which is maqasid al-usrah, maqasid al-usrah itself has been used in several contemporary maqasidiyyun writings. Jamaludin Athiyah is one of the figures who use the term maqasid al-shari'ah fi ma yakhussu al-usrah. Jamaludin Athiyah's view in his ideas is more encouraging in efforts to protect human rights both in the realm of individuals, families, people, and humanity. This can be resolved in the realm of policy. 2) In case number 1084/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Bdw the reason is that the wife experienced domestic violence and the husband's lack of responsibility in providing a living. Then, in the judge's consideration, the judge considered that the family could no longer be maintained, so the judge had a legal basis, namely "Avoiding mafsadat is prioritized to maintain the benefit." When viewed from the perspective of maqasid al-usrah, the judge's considerations fall into the individual realm, to protect the wife's soul and mind, and then into the family realm. Maintaining family financial institutions means that husbands are obliged to provide support for their wives and children
