    Get PDF
This study aims to analyze the influence of attractiveness, accessibility, and halal attributes on satisfaction and revisit intention at the 99 Kubah Mosque in Makassar, using the Theory of Marketing Management (TMM), Tourism Marketing Theory, and Halal Tourism Marketing Theory approaches. The results showed that attractiveness (path coefficient 0.201, p-value 0.009) and accessibility (path coefficient 0.222, p-value 0.008) have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction. Halal attributes have a stronger influence on satisfaction (path coefficient 0.351, p-value 0.000). However, accessibility and halal attributes do not have a significant effect on revisit intention. Satisfaction is proven to strengthen the influence of attractiveness on revisit intention (path coefficient 0.722, p-value 0.000). This study confirms that satisfaction is the most dominant factor in encouraging revisit intention, while attractiveness and halal attributes play an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction. Therefore, managing attractions and fulfilling halal attributes is very important in enhancing the visitor experience, which ultimately influences the intention to return

Determinants of Profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks

    Get PDF
This study investigates the elements that affect profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia from 2019 to 2023. It specifically analyzes the influence of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and MSME Financing on Return on Assets (ROA). Utilizing secondary time-series data from 12 banks overseen by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), a quantitative descriptive methodology is applied. The relationships among these variables are evaluated through multiple linear regression and classical assumption testing. The findings reveal that CAR significantly and positively affects ROA, indicating that higher capital reserves improve financial stability and support operational activities. Conversely, NPF does not significantly affect ROA, implying that although it introduces certain risks, it does not directly hinder profitability. Additionally, MSME financing does not exhibit a significant effect on ROA, as delayed repayments may hinder profit management. This study investigates the elements that affect profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia from 2019 to 2023. Optimization of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a Regulator and Supervisor of Insurance Related to the Issuance of Shipping Insurance Policy Guarantee Regulations to Support Indonesia's Economic Development

    Get PDF
This study aims to determine the function of the Financial Services Authority in guiding and supervising insurance companies related to shipping insurance in the insurance legal system in Indonesia, and the effectiveness of the contribution of the Financial Services Authority in contributing to economic development in Indonesia. This research is normative juridical research with a focus on analyzing relevant laws and regulations. The approach includes a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case approach to explain and solve problems. Data is obtained from library research and interviews. The results of this study show that: 1) Friedman's theory identifies OJK's imbalance in insurance law enforcement, prioritizing market players over large entities, with inconsistent policies and suboptimal consumer protection; 2) Raharjo's analysis underscores the necessity of a shipping insurance policy guarantee law to bolster OJK's role. Rawls' theory emphasizes the ignorance of justice. Troubled insurance cases emphasize the need for policy guarantees to alleviate consumer burden and attract investment, though OJK's operational costs from the state budget may tighten supervision. The research conclusion shows the importance of OJK's function for consumers, prompting the need for a shipping insurance policy guarantee law. FSAs in the US, Japan, and Singapore use state budget funds to supervise financial services, with success in all three countries

    Get PDF
Cahaya Bunda Mother and Child Hospital in Bali is dedicated to improving healthcare standards for mothers and children, focusing on reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. The performance of healthcare workers is a critical factor in achieving optimal patient outcomes, particularly in specialized hospitals such as mother and child hospitals. However, health worker performance is influenced by various factors, including organizational culture, team collaboration, and work motivation. This study aims to analyze the individual and collective effects of these factors on health worker performance. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 34 nurses and midwives. SmartPLS 3.2 software was employed for analysis. The findings reveal that work motivation significantly impacts health worker performance, underscoring its critical role in driving effectiveness and commitment to healthcare services. Conversely, organizational culture and team collaboration showed no statistically significant effects on performance, which may be attributed to sample size limitations and contextual factors within the hospital environment. The study highlights that while a supportive culture and collaborative environment are essential, intrinsic motivation remains a key driver of performance outcomes. This research contributes to understanding how motivation directly influences healthcare workers’ productivity, while organizational culture and team collaboration provide a foundation that indirectly supports performance. Future studies should explore the interplay between these factors to develop targeted strategies for optimizing healthcare delivery in specialized settings like mother and child hospitals
