Development of Android-Based Digital Local Tourism Management System (DLTMS): Tourism Marketing Strategy in Dompu Regency
Get PDFThis research aims to develop a mobile-based Digital Local Tourism Management System (DLTMS) platform as a means to introduce and make it easier for tourists to find tourist destinations in Dompu Regency. The application with the name Pasaka displays several natural, cultural, and culinary attractions, namely: Lakey Beach, Satonda Island, Pacoa Jara, Rimpu Festival, Cera Labu, and other tourist destinations in Dompu Regency. This application has interesting features such as a description of cultural tourist attractions, culinary tourism, regional superior products, and regional cultural events throughout the year. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Research and Development (R&D) is research used to produce a specific product. The researcher focuses on an application as well as a guide to Android-based tourism objects that every user will use. The results of the image display on this application are clear and not broken and complete with the caption of the written image. This application is very useful for tourists who want to visit. Therefore, the Pasaka application can help make it easier for them to find out the location of tourist attractions and a marketing strategy to promote tourism destinations in Dompu Regency
The Influence of Intrinsic Motivation and Supportive Leadership on Innovative Behavior through Career Sustainability and Psychological Safety of Employees in E-Commerce Companies in Indonesia
Get PDFThe rapid development of technology has shifted the way of life to be more efficient, especially in e-commerce. Indonesia is predicted to lead the growth of global e-commerce by 2024 and the sector has faced the challenge of retaining competent employees to continue innovating. This study examines the influence of intrinsic motivation and supportive leadership on the innovative behavior of employees in Indonesian e-commerce companies, with career sustainability and psychological security as mediation. The data was collected through surveys of employees at Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Lazada. The analysis using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS includes descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study stated that there was an influence of intrinsic motivation and supportive leadership on innovative behavior. Then, career sustainability mediates between supportive leadership and innovative behavior but does not mediate intrinsic motivation against innovative behavior in 186 Generation Z employees of Indonesian e-commerce companies. It is hoped that this study will be used as a reference for e-commerce companies in Indonesia to implement strategies in improving the innovative behavior of their employees
Forecasting Analysis of Heavy Equipment Repair Services Using the Time Series Method at PT Putra Jawamas

Forecasting is an important thing to do research in companies, especially at PT Putra Jawamas, to provide ease in estimating resources and service needs. In companies engaged in the field of repair and fabrication, there are resource needs and service needs that must be prepared to maintain the stability and quality of services. Forecasting is a theory for estimating future events by involving the historical past retrieval. This company uses forecasting to estimate the demand for heavy equipment repair services in the future using the time series method, which is part of several methods, including single exponential smoothing, weighted moving average, and moving average. The research methods used are interviews, observations, historical data collection and literature studies related to this discussion. The results of this study indicate that the best research method of the weighted moving average and exponential smoothing methods for the demand for heavy equipment repair services at PT Putra Jawamas is exponential smoothing with α = 0.2 and the forecast for October 2023 is 4 units
The Effect of Person Organization Fit and Work Motivation on Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable
Get PDFCompetition in the world of banking, especially in people's economic banks, requires the development of quality human resources to increase employee capabilities and employee contributions outside formal roles. Employees' ability to balance professional, personal life, and spiritual intelligence is a factor in fostering good corporate behavior. The main purpose of this research is to find out whether person-organization fit and work motivation influence performance with satisfaction as a mediating factor, in the banking context, especially the People's Economic Bank. This research took the population at PT BPR Artha Mranggenjaya Demak, which has 87 employees. These criteria were chosen to ensure respondents have sufficient experience and personal stability to reflect the company's suitability for improving performance, as well as providing a sense of employee satisfaction. The research results state that person-organization fit and work motivation influence employee performance and cannot be mediated by job satisfaction. These findings show that job satisfaction is not an important factor for human resource development in companies, but company management needs to pay attention to employees so that they are satisfied with what has been assigned by the company.
 
The Impact of Trust, Convenience, and Financial Literacy on Purchasing Decision Using Paylater (Study on Paylater Users in Greater Surabaya)
Get PDFPaylater is a financial service that offers online loans, facilitating transactions with an installment system or full payment the next day. The purchase decision to use paylater is greatly influenced by the level of trust, convenience, and financial literacy. The unwise use of paylater can have a potential for consumptive behavior. This study aims to identify factors that influence consumer decisions, and provide an overview of the role of trust, ease of access, and financial understanding in shaping purchasing decisions using paylater. In this study, a quantitative method was used and the number of samples was 100 respondents. The population in this study is paylater users in Greater Surabaya. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The data sources used come from primary and secondary data. Primary data sources are obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires through Google Forms while secondary data sources come from books, journals, and articles from previous research. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4.0. The results of this study show that (1) Trust has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. (2) Convenience has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. (3) Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions
Job Satisfaction as a Mediator of Workload and Work Stress on Nurse Performance at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Tegal
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of workload and work stress on the performance of nurses at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Tegal, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through a questionnaire using Google Form. The study population included 231 nurses and samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of a minimum work period of 2 years and nurses who work in the inpatient room. The number of respondents who met the criteria was 104 nurses. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM PLS3 method. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a positive effect on nurse performance. workload has also been shown to have a positive impact on job satisfaction levels. However, on the contrary, work stress does not show any effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction can act as a mediator in the relationship between workload and work stress on nurse performance

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financing margin on customer decisions to finance BSI Pensiun Berkah. To determine the effect of religiosity on customer decisions to finance BSI Pensiun Berkah. To determine the influence of family on customer decisions to finance BSI Pensiun Berkah. To determine the effect of financing margin, religiosity, and family simultaneously on customer decisions to finance BSI Pensiun Berkah. In this study, the population used was pre-retired civil servant customers in Padangsidimpuan whose number was not known for certain. The research sample is part of the number and characteristics of the population. Because the researcher does not know for sure the number of pre-retirement customer populations who finance at BSI KC Padangsidimpuan, the researcher used the Lemeshow formula. So in this study, the researcher used a minimum sample size of 96 respondents who had financed at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Padangsidimpuan. This research method uses an associative approach and the research method used is quantitative which is based on the philosophy of positivism and uses the assistance of the IBM SPSS version 24 application program. This study used a questionnaire with a sample of 96 respondents. The results of the study indicate that financing margin, religiosity, and family simultaneously influence the customer's decision to finance a blessed pension at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc. Padangsidimpuan, as with the results of the F-Test. Based on the results of the T-Test, the financing margin variable obtained 0.632, then the religiosity variable obtained 1.986 and the family variable obtained 4.478. So it can be concluded that only the family variable has a significant positive effect on the customer's decision to finance a blessed pension at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc. Padangsidimpuan, because of the three variables, only the family variable obtained a value greater than the T-table of 1.986
Integration of Islamic Economic Principles in Minangkabau Heritage as a Solution for Poverty Alleviation
Get PDFThis study explores the integration of Islamic economic principles within the Minangkabau inheritance system as a viable solution for poverty alleviation. Focusing on the collective inheritance structure, it examines the alignment of Minangkabau matrilineal practices with Islamic values to enhance social welfare. A qualitative approach was employed, involving an in-depth analysis of inheritance customs, particularly the communal assets such as tanah ulayat (communal land) and rumah adat (traditional houses). Through interviews with local adat leaders, the study investigates how these collective assets reflect Islamic principles of justice and equity. Findings reveal that the Minangkabau inheritance system supports social welfare by preventing asset fragmentation and ensuring shared benefits within the community. This alignment between Islamic values and local customs enhances economic stability, suggesting that collective inheritance models can play a significant role in poverty alleviation efforts. Additionally, the study introduces a model that integrates cultural heritage with Islamic economic principles, underscoring its relevance for community-centered economic development. By examining the Minangkabau inheritance system through an Islamic economic lens, this study offers a unique perspective on community-driven poverty alleviation strategies
Analysis of UIN Jakarta Students' Perception Towards Syariah Savings at BSI Bank
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the perceptions of students of the State Islamic University of Jakarta towards sharia savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). As a young generation who are technologically and financially literate, students are an important segment in the growth of Sharia banking. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving 30 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured satisfaction, trust in sharia principles, product excellence, ease of service access, and interest and loyalty. Descriptive statistical analysis and one-sample t-test were used to assess students' overall perceptions. The results show that students' perceptions of Sharia savings at Bank BSI are generally positive. Respondents are satisfied with BSI's services, believe in sharia principles, and assess the product according to their needs. However, it is necessary to improve service accessibility and education related to product features to strengthen financial inclusion
Islamic Religious Education Teacher Strategies in Preventing Student Moral Decadence

Student Moral Decadence can be caused by many factors including school environmental factors, without a strategy to prevent this, of course student moral problems will continue to emerge and develop rapidly which results in social stability of society. Seeing the phenomenon that occurred at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Yasua, Kebonagung District, Demak Regency, Central Java (25/09/2023), a student stabbed his teacher who did not allow him to take the midterm assessment because he did not submit the assignment on time. The objectives of this research are, first, to find out the strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing students' moral decadence, second, to analyze the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education teachers' strategies in preventing students' moral decadence and third to identify the implications of Islamic Religious Education teachers' strategies in preventing students' moral decadence at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Mojokerto. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach.The informants in this research include teachers of Akidiah Akhlak, Fiqh, Al-Qur'an Hadith and Islamic Cultural History teachers. Data were collected using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. After analyzing the data, the strategies carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing student moral decadence are in the form of strengthening religious education in learning, exemplary teachers, moral coaching with morning apple routines, providing motivation and discussion, involving students in social society, collaborating with parents and implementing educational madrasah rules. The effectiveness of the strategies carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers in preventing moral decadence of students at MAN 1 Mojokerto is optimal because it is supported by all existing stakeholders in the form of regulation, cooperation, support and Madrasah rules.
