Indonesia's dynamic retail sector, particularly its burgeoning beauty industry, increasingly demands experience-centric strategies to sustain competitiveness amidst rapid technological shifts and evolving consumer demands. Sociolla Store Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, a prominent player, nonetheless navigates persistent operational challenges, including pricing inconsistencies and fluctuating service quality during peak promotional periods, underscoring the critical need to optimize its in-store dynamics. This quantitative associative causal study meticulously analyzes the impact of store atmosphere, price discount, and service quality on consumer satisfaction. Data collected from 155 purposively sampled Sociolla consumers via online questionnaires ensured robust reliability through Cochran's formula. Analysis using SPSS 27 included classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression. Findings conclusively reveal all three variables simultaneously and significantly influence consumer satisfaction (based on the uji F, with a significance level of less than 0.001). Individually, a well-crafted store atmosphere (based on the uji t, also significant at p < 0.001) and high service quality (based on the uji t, significant at p < 0.001) demonstrably enhance satisfaction. Notably, price discount (based on the uji t, with p = 0.587) surprisingly exhibits no significant partial influence, underscoring consumers' distinct prioritization of holistic experiential factors over purely financial incentives in this specific retail context. This research enriches marketing theory by highlighting the dominance of experiential value, simultaneously guiding retailers to prioritize ambiance and service excellence for fostering long-term customer loyalty

The findings show that retiree motivation significantly influences organizational satisfaction, while retirement readiness and retirement training do not. Hence, the Bekasi City PWRI and local government should enhance synergy in designing training and empowerment programs tailored to retirees’ interests. Social support should also be reinforced to improve retirees quality of life comprehensively

    Get PDF
With social support acting as a moderating factor, this study attempts to ascertain how employee performance is affected by burnout and work-related stress in the food business in Kuningan, Indonesia. Participants were given a standardized questionnaire as part of a quantitative survey approach. A statistical method was used to analyze the data and determine how the variables related to one another. Every participant gave their free and informed permission to participate in the study. Structural equation modeling (SEM) approaches were employed in data analysis to test the hypotheses made in the conceptual framework and assess the intricate relationships among study elements. In the context of the food processing business, empirical research supports a considerable negative link between employee performance and job stress and mental burnout. Additionally, social support effectively moderates the influence's strength, showing that while job stress and burnout have a detrimental impact on performance, social support can lessen those effects. These results highlight how crucial it is for businesses to prioritize the psychological health of their staff members and offer sufficient social support in order to boost worker productivity and performance in the food sector

EVALUATION OF COAL DETERMINATION AS TAXABLE GOODS AND ITS EFFECT ON VAT TAX PLANNING & FINANCIAL STRATEGY TO OPTIMIZE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF PT ABC

    Get PDF
PT ABC, a coal mining company, is preparing to undertake major infrastructure projects specifically the construction of Train Loading Systems (TLS) 6 and 7 to enhance logistics capacity and operational efficiency in line with its long-term goals. However, implementing both projects simultaneously require significant funding, potentially straining the company’s liquidity. To ensure financial sustainability, an integrated strategy is necessary during the investment phase. This research applies both quantitative and qualitative methods to develop a financial strategy that supports project execution without disrupting core operations. The strategy focuses on optimizing financing structures and tax planning, particularly through the use of input VAT to improve cash flow. Two alternative financing schemes were analysed: Alternative I, combining tax optimization with debt securities; and Alternative II, combining tax planning with bank financing. Simulation results show that Alternative II offers better financial outcomes. It provides greater cost efficiency and less strain on cash flow during construction. Under this approach, interest expenses are deferred until commercial operations begin, and Interest During Construction (IDC) is capitalized into the asset and loan balance. This results in a structured repayment schedule that lowers future interest burdens. Conversely, Alternative I requires fixed quarterly coupon payments from the outset, placing continuous pressure on cash flow and the income statement throughout the construction period. Given these considerations, Alternative II is recommended as the more financially sustainable option, allowing PT ABC to proceed with its infrastructure projects while maintaining healthy operational liquidity
