Performance of Healthcare Industry in Indian Stock Market
COVID-19 has created an uneasy scenario in India and throughout the world. It has also halted business in India and had a significant negative impact on the Indian stock market. The Indian stock market also entered into recession. This article examines the time variation in volatility and stock returns in the BSE Healthcare index in the Indian stock market from 2019 to 2023 for a pre and post covid comparison of stock returns and volatility. This study has utilized all three possible returns (Day, Month, and Year) to get a complete image. An asymmetric GARCH model was used to evaluate the temporal variation in volatility. The findings of the paper confirm the literature that volatility does have an adverse impact on stock returns. During the pandemic, there was a lot of volatility in stock prices, poor market conditions, and a losing portfolio

Optimising Bone Health in Female Athletes: A Narrative Review
Bone health is crucial for female athletes to optimize performance, prevent injuries, and ensure long-term well-being. Factors like hormonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, and overtraining can compromise skeletal integrity, increasing risks of stress fractures, osteoporosis, and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). This review highlights strategies to maintain bone health, focusing on adolescence and early adulthood as critical periods for achieving peak bone mass through weight-bearing and high-impact exercises. The Female Athlete Triad—low energy availability, menstrual dysfunction, and reduced bone mineral density—is a significant risk factor often linked to disordered eating. Nutritional strategies, including sufficient intake of calcium, vitamin D, and balanced diets, are essential for bone health. Exercise interventions like resistance training and plyometrics enhance bone density, while structured training programs with adequate rest reduce cumulative stress on bones. Monitoring menstrual cycles and timely hormonal interventions address menstrual irregularities affecting bone health. Tools like DEXA scans allow early detection of bone density issues, especially in postmenopausal women. Preventive measures, including education and multidisciplinary approaches, help manage conditions like RED-S and promote awareness. Emerging technologies, such as biomarkers and genetic testing, enable personalized care and monitoring. A holistic approach involving collaboration among sports physicians, dietitians, and psychologists ensures optimal bone health, reducing injury risks and supporting athletes’ overall well-being across all life stages

A study on minerals essential for athlete’s performance
ABSTRACT
All invigorating giant minerals can influence the sports and working lifestyle. Minerals are derived from a wide mix of metabolic and physiological cycles in the human body. In athletic performance, minerals have physiological parts in muscle clearance, standard heart rate, nerve conduction, oxygen transport, oxidative phosphorylation, compound acceptance, cell support progress, bone elevation, safe limits and unpleasant base arrangements. These cycles are heavily progressed during athletic performance, so a healthy level of these minerals is key to ideal performance. Various nutritional minerals are specialized to save the critical solid areas for A, which help the contenders perform at their best. In any case, some minerals that do more "really dangerous work" are more rapidly depleted during athletic performance. There are so many parts that drive us to move ahead in the game like cut off, preparation, motivation, inspiration and balance from wounds. Whenever energetic, prepared, talented, energetic and coordinated contenders fight in any kind of challenge, there is a more clear-cut division than usual between defeat and victory. Food is expected to play a fundamental role in this ability to cut between defeat and victory.

Sports Performance and Mental health of Athletes
The combination of an athlete\u27s physical, mental, technical, tactical, psychological, and social attributes determines how well they perform in sports. Each separate facet of sports performance includes multiple subcategories, some of which are based on physical certainty and others of which tend to be very changeable. The most complete and representative of those parts of the performance that require the most concentration and preparation time, mental health is one of the factors that affect sports performance.Sports performance and mental wellness are closely related. With the decisions of Naomi Osaka, Simone Biles, and Ben Stokes to withdraw from their respective competitions to put their mental health first, worries about the mental health of athletes have recently gained attention. Research has demonstrated that an athlete\u27s capacity to perform at their best can be significantly enhanced by having strong mental health. Losing mental health might make it difficult to function at one\u27s best or even engage in physical activity. Your mental health can be significantly impacted by even little changes. Making the effort to prioritise meaningful activities and feed your body with healthy foods will help you lead a more balanced lifestyle for better mental health
