<Research Notes>A Proposed Framework for Children’s Digital Wellbeing: Comparing International Trends
近年、デジタル技術は急速に進歩し、子どもたちの日常生活に影響を与えており、その様な環境に生きる子ともたちの幸福を確保する必要があると言える。本研究では、子どものデジタル・ウェルビーイングに求められる諸要件について国際機関・研究機関・政府機関の先行的取組を基に検討した。その結果、子どもたちの発達段階に応じて、個人的幸福感と社会的幸福感を実感できる環境づくりの重要性が指摘された。このようなデジタル社会との良好な関係は、結果として各個人の心身の健康に正の影響を与えると考えられる。Today digital technology is rapidly advancing and impacting the daily lives of children. Therefore there is a need to ensure the well-being of children living in this digital environment. In this study we considered various requirements for children's digital well-being. The results pointed out the importance of creating an environment in which children can experience a sense of well-being where individual and social happiness intersect based on their developmental stage. Such a positive relationship with the digital society can result in a positive impact on the physical and mental health of each individual.departmental bulletin pape
