Desventajas socioculturales y déficits acumulados: ¿qué educación puede combatir las desigualdades?
Get PDFThis article focuses on identifying the root causes of educational problems before starting “educational treatment” It starts from the premise that prevention is better than cure since it avoids further damage and is a way to prevent the problem from getting worse. Prevention understood as early action, which takes advantage of adequate planning and programming processes, keeps us away from the dangers of school failure, and guarantees us “cultural health”. Through a contrasted and comparative methodology, it was possible to analyze and interpret the sources that inform a review of the literature, with the objective of understanding how students should be helped at an early stage if they do not have the necessary conditions to face their path of acquisition. The aim is to prevent teachers from “returning” responsibilities once the damage is done, by compensating and treating the “deficit” and creating favorable conditions before starting the new segment of education. The article addresses these problems by trying to focus attention on the cumulative capacity of the “difficulty” to consolidate and grow, making subsequent compensatory interventions more problematic in their effects.Este artículo se centra en la identificación de las causas fundamentales de los problemas educativos antes de iniciar el “tratamiento educativo”. Se parte de la premisa que es mejor prevenir que curar, ya que evita los daños posteriores y es una forma de evitar que el problema empeore. La prevención entendida como acción temprana, que aprovecha los procesos adecuados de planificación y programación, nos mantiene alejados de los peligros del fracaso escolar y nos garantiza una “salud cultural plena”. A través de una metodología contrastada y comparativa, fue posible analizar e interpretar las fuentes que informan una revisión de la literatura, con el objetivo de entender cómo se debe ayudar a los estudiantes en una etapa temprana si no tienen las condiciones necesarias para enfrentar su camino de adquisición. Se intenta evitar que los profesores “devuelvan” las responsabilidades una vez que el daño está hecho, compensando y tratando el “déficit” y creando condiciones favorables antes de iniciar el nuevo segmento de la educación. El artículo aborda estos problemas tratando de centrar la atención en la capacidad acumulativa de la “dificultad” para consolidarse y crecer, haciendo que las posteriores intervenciones compensatorias sean más problemáticas en sus efectos
Experiences and emotions of midwives in relation to the formal health system in Mexico
Get PDFEl estudio buscó conocer la experiencia y las emociones en la práctica de la partería, en el estado de Morelos, bajo el contexto del modelo médico hegemónico. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo, apoyado en el método etnográfico, y tomando como referencia las narrativas de las propias parteras mediante entrevistas en profundidad. Los principales resultados del estudio muestran que 1) la experiencia de las parteras las ha encaminado a desarrollar y mantener prácticas que tienen una lógica distinta al modelo médico alopático hegemónico; 2) las parteras cuidan de manera significativa la dimensión emocional de las mujeres en la atención al embarazo, parto y posparto, con sensibilidad y respeto; al tiempo que 3) se mostró que dichos conocimientos y prácticas son deslegitimados desde la lógica hegemónica de la medicina alopática. El estudio concluyó que es necesario tener una mayor y mejor comprensión de la forma en la que trabajan las parteras y buscar generar espacios de diálogo con el sistema formal de salud, a fin de generar políticas inclusivas, de reconocimiento y de respeto para ellas, en tanto que de esa manera es posible apoyar a la salud materno infantil en beneficio de la sociedad.The study sought to know the experience and emotions in the practice of midwifery, in the state of Morelos, under the context of the hegemonic medical model. A qualitative study was carried out, supported by the ethnographic method, and taking as a reference to the narratives of the parties themselves through in-depth interviews. The main results of the study were that 1) the experience of the parties has led them to develop and maintain practices that have a different logic than the hegemonic allopathic medical model; 2) midwives practice a logic that considers the emotional dimension in a significant way in the care of women, with sensitivity, respect, and care; while 3) it was shown that such knowledge is delegitimized from the hegemonic logic of allopathic medicine. The study concluded that it is necessary to have a greater and better understanding of the way in which midwives work and to seek to generate spaces for dialogue with the formal health system, in order to generate inclusive policies, of recognition and respect for them, in so much so that in this way it is possible to support maternal and child health for the benefit of society

No full textEl acuerdo de paz en Colombia trae consigo retos a nivel socio-económico asociados a la reintegración social de los individuos involucrados. En este sentido, entidades como el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje adoptan un rol importante desde la formación para el trabajo y a su vez el apoyo para lograr una vinculación laboral. Este artículo tiene como objetivo comprender y analizar las percepciones del mercado laboral del municipio de Cali, desde dos perspectivas principales: empleadores y buscadores de empleo. Encontramos que los empleadores tienen una percepción baja sobre la sostenibilidad del acuerdo de paz y el rol del estado en este proceso, lo cual es clave en la implementación de políticas empresariales inclusivas. Por otro lado, las percepciones sobre las expectativas laborales, en general, son más bajas hacía los excombatientes. Sin embargo, observamos que las víctimas tienen una percepción pesimista que está por debajo de la media de las percepciones encontrados en el estudio.The peace agreement in Colombia brings with it socio-economic challenges associated with the social reintegration of the individuals involved. In this sense, entities such as the ‘Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje’ (SENA) adopt an important role from training for work and in turn support to achieve a work link. This article aims to understand and analyze the perceptions of the labor market from two main perspectives: employers and job seekers. We find that employers have a low perception of the sustainability of the peace agreement and the role of the state in this process, which is key in the implementation of inclusive business policies. On the other hand, perceptions about labour expectations are generally lower towards ex-combatants. However, we observe that victims have a pessimistic perception that is below this average.O acordo de paz na Colômbia traz consigo desafios no nível socioeconômico associado à reintegração social dos indivíduos envolvidos. Nesse sentido, entidades como o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem adotam um papel importante no treinamento para o trabalho e, por sua vez, apoiam para alcançar um relacionamento no trabalho. Este artigo tem como objetivo compreender e analisar as percepções do mercado de trabalho do município de Cali, sob duas perspectivas principais: empregadores e candidatos a emprego. Descobrimos que os empregadores têm pouca percepção da sustentabilidade do acordo de paz e do papel do Estado nesse processo, o que é fundamental na implementação de políticas comerciais inclusivas. Por outro lado, as percepções sobre as expectativas de emprego, em geral, são mais baixas em relação aos ex-combatentes. No entanto, observamos que as vítimas têm uma percepção pessimista que está abaixo da média das percepções encontradas no estudo

Get PDFEl artículo actualiza el problema que la Escuela de Frankfurt afrontó respecto al análisis de las condiciones que configuran el entorno técnico y natural en las sociedades industrializadas y, con ello, las posibilidades reales para hacer de la vida en la Tierra tanto un infierno de destructividad y desolación como, todo lo contrario. Mas la expectativa de acceder a un estado de humanidad y a un mundo circundante distinto no puede ser factible si se permanece atado a la ideología del progreso. Lo que se requiere es una ruptura en el continuo histórico: rechazar la violencia y pronunciarse a favor de la dignificación del ser humano. La posición de discurso en la que se inscribe este escrito es la teoría crítica de la sociedad, que deduce sus enunciados acerca de las situaciones reales a partir de conceptos universales básicos, pero no sólo en cuanto a su necesidad en sentido lógico, sino a su necesidad concreta. La construcción del acontecer histórico es visto por la teoría crítica como el producto de un mecanismo económico que contiene ya la posibilidad de protestar contra ese orden y, con el despliegue de la subjetividad crítica, permitir que las acciones de los hombres no respondan a un ciego dominio, sino que resulten de sus propias decisiones. Para romper ese dominio inercial y conducirse con autonomía, la humanidad debe poner a la vista y ser consciente de lo que acaece en la esfera nocturna de la historia, caracterizada por la destrucción humana, el hambre, el tráfico de personas, la nueva esclavitud y la auto aniquilación.This article updates the problem that the Frankfurt School faced regarding the analysis of the conditions that configure the technical and natural environment in industrialized societies and, with it, the real possibilities to make life on Earth at once a hell of destructiveness and desolation as the opposite. But the expectation of accessing a state of humanity and a different surrounding world cannot be possible if one remains tied to the ideology of progress. What is required is a break in the historical continuum: reject violence and speak out in favor of the dignity of the human being. The position of discourse in which this writing is inscribed is the critical theory of society, which deduces its statements about real situations from basic universal concepts, but not only in terms of their necessity in a logical sense, but also their concrete necessity. The construction of historical events is seen by critical theory as the product of an economic mechanism that already contains the possibility of protesting against that order and, with the unfolding of critical subjectivity, allowing the actions of men not to respond to a blind domain, but to result from their own decisions. To break this inertial dominance and conduct itself autonomously, humanity must expose and be aware of what happens in the nocturnal sphere of history, characterized by human destruction, hunger, human trafficking, the new slavery and self-annihilation
Formación y desarrollo de juicios con jurado en estados postsoviéticos
Get PDFThe article deals with the issues of normative and theoretical validity of the establishment of jury trials in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Ukraine, Georgia, and the Republic of Azerbaijan. We carried out the comparative legal analysis of powers of court structures at the consideration of criminal cases and defined the models of the court of the jury. We noted that the legislative bodies of the post-Soviet states chose different models of jury trial: the CPC of the Russian Federation, the Kyrgyz Republic, Georgia, and the Azerbaijan Republic are regulated by the classical model of jury trial; the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine are regulated by the mixed model of a jury trial. We suggested the conclusions and proposals on the expediency of further expansion of jury trials in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Kyrgyz Republic.El artículo aborda las cuestiones de validez normativa y teórica del establecimiento de los juicios con jurado en la Federación Rusa, la República de Kazajstán, la República Kirguisa, Ucrania, Georgia y la República de Azerbaiyán. Llevamos a cabo el análisis jurídico comparativo de las competencias de las estructuras judiciales en el examen de las causas penales y definimos los modelos del tribunal del jurado. Observamos que los órganos legislativos de los estados postsoviéticos eligieron diferentes modelos de juicio con jurado: el CPC de la Federación Rusa, la República Kirguisa, Georgia y la República de Azerbaiyán se rigen por el modelo clásico de juicio con jurado; el CPC de la República de Kazajstán y Ucrania se rigen por el modelo mixto de juicio con jurado. Sugerimos las conclusiones y propuestas sobre la conveniencia de ampliar los juicios con jurado en la República de Bielorrusia, la República de Azerbaiyán y la República de Kirguistán
The role of work in the hominization and humanization

Se destaca su importancia como una obra que forma parte de los trabajos del materialismo dialéctico e histórico que él y K. Marx escribieron a lo largo de su vida, y en la cual se delinea una secuencia de componentes decisivos de corte metabólico (autotransformador y ecológico) en la formación de la especie humana y en vistas de su desarrollo pleno, el proceso de trabajo como actividad orgánica, técnica y consciente es la clave en la praxis socio-cultural e histórica humana del pasado, del presente y del porvenir. Se realiza también la actualización, conforme a datos e informaciones de las ciencias paleoantropológicas, de la argumentación de Engels respecto a lo que actualmente se llama proceso de hominización y sapientización, llegando a la conclusión de la vigencia de sus aportes.This paper carries out a rescue and an update of the famous essay by Engels “El papel del trabajo en la transformación del mono en hombre”. Its importance is highlighted as a work that is part of the works of dialectical and historical materialism that he and K. The processes of globalization show that the formation of the information society, and at the same time the “information-educated” one, is occurring at a very fast pace. At all levels of education, information and communication technologies (ICT) have become the basis for the organization of the educational process. Education in agriculture is no exception. Moreover, experience shows that technological training of students will be of higher quality if it is carried out through the use of ICT.El objetivo del artículo es analizar las posibilidades de utilizar el complejo electrónico educativo y metodológico en el proceso de formación profesional de los estudiantes. Un nuevo paradigma educativo debería proporcionar movilidad, flexibilidad, expansión de horizontes para todos los caminos de aprendizaje posibles. Los procesos de globalización muestran que la formación de la sociedad de la información y, al mismo tiempo, la "educada en la información", está ocurriendo a un ritmo muy rápido. En todos los niveles de educación, las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) se han convertido en la base para la organización del proceso educativo. Socioformative Teacher Training for Sustainable Social Development
Get PDFEl presente artículo constituye un análisis sobre los retos que representan las sociedades del siglo XXI, Aborda aspectos claves para orientar el aprovechamiento de los nuevos enfoques sistémicos, destacando el enfoque socioformativo, y que son debate de diversas investigaciones a nivel internacional. El argumento utilizado, permite identificar el debate académico respecto a dicho enfoque y como sus características están orientadas a la construcción y desarrollo de sociedades sostenibles; de la misma manera, permite verificar las relaciones en escenarios, contextos reales, donde es necesario mostrar una capacidad autentica para afrontar los retos y peligros de nuestro entorno. Contempla una visión educativa desde tres directrices: el currículo escolar, formación docente y formación continua. El sistema educativo, es aliado para erigir la transformación hacia un enfoque socioformativo eficaz, que contribuya a generar una sociedad más humana, capaz de atender los problemas reales que nos aquejan ahora y en el futuro.This article constitutes an analysis of the challenges that the societies of the 21st century represent. It addresses key aspects to guide the use of new systemic approaches, highlighting the socioformative approach, and which are the debates of various investigations at an international level. The argument used allows us to identify the academic debate regarding said approach and how its characteristics are oriented to the construction and development of sustainable societies; in the same way, it allows to verify relationships in scenarios, real contexts, where it is necessary to show an authentic capacity to face the challenges and dangers of our environment. It contemplates an educational vision from three guidelines: the school curriculum, teacher training and continuous training. The educational system is an ally to erect the transformation towards an effective socioformative approach, which contributes to generate a more human society, capable of addressing the real problems that afflict us now and in the future

Get PDFThe article reveals the structure of the content of in-house training and retraining of employees, reflects the principles on which training is based and the functions that are performed by in-house professional training. Throughout the world and in Russia in particular, the subject of increased attention is the introduction of information technology. Therefore, the authors consider the in-house training of employees of the service company using the designated technologies. The agency Registration Agency, a limited liability company, was considered in the article. In 2018, among its employees, a survey was conducted that revealed the desire of employees to improve their skills through electronic courses provided by Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University. It was attended by 30 respondents. After the meeting, employees were asked to undergo training on the organization of personal effectiveness. The training was conducted successfully and, based on the data obtained, we concluded that there is a need for further closer cooperation between organizations, therefore, we presented a plan of interaction between Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin and the Registration Agency limited liability company, the result of which in the future should be the achievement of benefits for both parties, that is, an increase in the intensification of the organization’s activities "and The effectiveness of the training of future graduates of the “Service” field of study.El artículo revela la estructura del contenido de la capacitación interna y el reciclaje de los empleados, refleja los principios en los que se basa la capacitación y las funciones que realiza la capacitación profesional interna. Por lo tanto, los autores consideran la capacitación interna de los empleados de la empresa de servicios utilizando las tecnologías designadas.
