IMPACT OF UNCONVENTIONAL FINANCING ON ECONOMIC GROWTH AND INFLATION IN ALGERIA
Get PDF The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of unconventional monetary policy on inflation and economic growth in Algeria. To investigate this impact, we estimated a SVAR model, covering the period from 2006 to 2022 using quarterly data. The originality of this study is the use of the estimated dynamic effects of shocks (stylized facts) as a benchmark for assessing the effectiveness and pass-through of unconventional policies. Our results show that the shock induced by unconventional monetary policy is not transmitted to inflation, neither in the short run nor in the long run, even under theoretical restrictions. In addition, unconventional monetary shocks have no effect on real variables (economic growth)

Hence, our problematic was articulated around the presentation of an inventory of fixtures as of the use of electronic payment "Etuspay" in urban public transport (buses) in the Wilaya of Tiaret. In order to do that, we used a quantitative methodthrough a survey of 50 inhabitants of the region.The results obtained show that public transport users adhere to the new “Etus pay” system and that the parameter of trust in this method hardly constitutes an obstacle to its use

We formulate the hypothesis that it is necessary to establish strong inter-company relationships and identify the challenges of the said integration process. Based on a descriptive and analytical methodology, the study establishes an inventory of agri-food GVCs and identifies these issues. For Algeria, the article highlights the dominant nature of national agri-food value chains compared to agri-food GVCs, and considers it necessary to master the issues related to the intrinsic capacities of the national agri-food sector, as well as opportunities and threats related to CVM agro-alimentary for a successful integration.
La présente étude aborde la problématique de l’intégration aux chaînes de valeurs mondiales agroalimentaires. Nous formulons l’hypothèse qu’il est nécessaire d’établir des relations interentreprises fortes et cerner les enjeux dudit processus d’intégration. S’appuyant sur une méthodologie descriptive et analytique, l’étude établit un état des lieux des CVM agroalimentaires et identifie ces enjeux. Pour l’Algérie, l’article met en évidence le caractère dominant des chaînes de valeur nationale agroalimentaire par rapport aux CVM agroalimentaires, et estime nécessaire de maitriser les enjeux liés aux capacités intrinsèques du secteur agroalimentaire national, ainsi que des opportunités et menaces liés aux CVM agroalimentaire pour une intégration réussie

To do this, we used panel data for 10 countries in transition (CEECs) over the period 2002-2018. The results confirmed that institutional quality and trade openness have a positive and statistically significant impact on long-term economic growth.

The ministry's digitization initiatives have led to a modernization of its administrative procedures, resulting in a radical transformation of licensing, registration, quality control, inspections, and monitoring of pharmaceutical products. Additionally, digitization has brought changes in regulatory and oversight aspects, enabling the enhancement of adherence to social responsibility standards. However, challenges related to privacy, data security, interoperability with pharmaceutical companies, and the transition to digital processes have emerged. This study enhances the understanding of digitization in the Ministry of the Pharmaceutical Industry
