Online marketing has become popular in world in general and the Arab world in particular is witnessing the desirability and satisfaction of the world. However, he did not meet his right in Algeria, which knows of the delay in adopting commercial transactions in the electronic environment despite growing consumer demand for Internet use, their trends towards online shopping. In our view, this may be due to the lack of adequate mechanisms affecting the Algerian user in the adoption of shopping. Shopping from commercial electronic apps, or Algerian consumer distrust of this type of transaction (online shopping) due to the novelty of the concept in Algeria

All transformation of any physical space by actors which use its resources, permit it to become territory. Its identity and image depends on the different development projects initiated. The touristic destination is a project to be realized and an objective to be achieved. For this, we have chosen a territory for a study to know the role of the commune in the touristic destination project. It’s about Azeffoun commune territory.
The knowledge economy in Algeria: a study of indicators in the light of a group variables of the Knowledge Assessment Methodology (KAM):
This study aims to clarify the most important pillars and indicators on which the knowledge economy is based and compare them with the situation in Algeria, and we relied on the most important indicators variables of the Knowledge Assessment Methodology (KAM) and compared them to some neighboring countries and other countries that are prosperous at the level of the knowledge economy. Weaknesses were found at the level of the most important pillars of this methodology, such as the effective system of innovation, the number of patents, and the number of scientific publications
The Effect of National Export Promotion Programs on Export Performance with the Mediating Role of Marketing Planning Capability: An Empirical Study on Exporting Companies in Algeria
The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of national export-promotion programs (NEPPs) on the export performance (EXP). This study used the resource-based view (RBV) and the Institutional-based view (IBV) theory to provide a holistic understanding of the issue. we developed model include the NEPPs as an independent variable, EXP as dependent variable, and the Marketing planning capabilities (MPC) as an intermediary variable. the study tests the direct and the indirect effect for the model variables Using a partial least-squares equation model (PLS SEM) method to analyze 47 samples collected from 2022 randomly by accessing Algerian's export managers in the Algerian's food industry companies. The results confirm and show the significant direct and indirect effects of Financial aid–related national export promotion program on the export performance, and the indirect effect of Information-related national export promotion program on the export performance through the Marketing planning capabilities
Towards a new prudential framework solvency II, evaluation of the solvency system of insurance companies in Algeria for the period (2012-2021)
This work aims to present the solvency system currently in the insurance sector in Algeria, more precisely the Solvency I Directive. To identify the shortcomings and limitations of the prudential regulation and finally, to offer recommendations necessary to ensure the development of the activity of insurance in Algeria, and consequently the economy in general. Thus, to present the transition from the Solvency I prudential standard to the Solvency II prudential standard, which was implemented on the insurance market in Europe on January 01, 2016.Finally, the Algerian regulation cannot stay away from international reforms, including the Solvency II standard; it must adapt his system to comply with these standards
Assessing the Impact of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) Adoption on the Transition Towards a Knowledge-Based Economy: A Meta-Analysis
This comprehensive meta-analysis studies the impact of aligning central bank digital currency (CBDC) choices with Algeria's 2022 Action Plan on the country's transition to a knowledge-based economy. It studies seven different CBDC adoption scenarios and their alignment with the objectives of economic diversification, governance improvement, social development and environmental sustainability. The results highlight the importance of choosing the right CBDC characteristics, such as centralisation, technology platform, access and distribution, to meet Algeria's unique development goals. The findings underscore the critical role of CBDCs in Algeria's transition to a knowledge-based economy, and highlight the importance of careful planning and informed decision-making when adopting CBDCs
Resilience of the Algerian wheat sector
Algeria has experienced these last three years, two shocks that are COVID-19 Russian-Ukrainian conflict , and this affected wheat availability and accessibility ; which revealed the vulnerability of the wheat sector in Algeria to shocks. This article aims to clarify the situation of Algerian wheat sector through measurement of its resilience to shocks in order to find solutions in case of fragility. Our study shown that Algerian wheat sector is vulnerable to shocks. Solution is to try to improve production
Optimization of Electrical Energy Generation Systems in the Mini-grids of Southern Algeria
The objective of this paper is to review the electrification modes associated with the Great Algerian South Networks (GSN). The study focuses on the conceptualization of the GSN through the dimensioning of mini-grids. Given the remoteness and difficulties of fuel supply, a series of reforms have been undertaken to promote the energy transition and ensure the development of these regions through the realization of hybrid systems in order to reduce the dependence on fossil fuel sources by ensuring energy savings
The Role of Modern Models in Predicting Financial Failure of Economic Institutions: An Empirical Study on Saidal group for the Period (2017-2020)
This research paper aims to determine the possibility of predicting the financial failure of economic institutions by applying quantitative analysis models to predict financial failure on Saidal group, based on the indicators and financial ratios extracted from financial statements and reports for the study years from 2017 to 2020. This is done using both the Altman and Kida models. One of the most important results obtained is that Saidal group is at risk of financial failure, as indicated by the results of the models, which have shown weaknesses and flaws in the company. Therefore, it is necessary to take the necessary measures and work to improve its financial situation before falling into a state of bankruptcy
Electricity Consumption Forecasting in Algeria using ARIMA and Long Short-Term Memory Neural Network
Forecasting electricity consumption is necessary for electric grid operation and utility resource planning, as well as to improve energy security and grid resilience. Thus, this research aims to investigate the prediction performance of the ARIMA and LSTM neural network model using electricity consumption data during the period 1990 to 2020. The time series for electricity consumption is divided into 70% for training data and 30% for test data. The results showed that the LSTM model provided improved forecasting accuracy than the ARIMA model
