Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the issue of export diversification, by trying to focus on the opportunities offered by the African continental free trade area, and the obstacles that prevent the achievement of this goal, with the hypothesis that it constitutes in the medium and long term, a vital space for the marketing of Algerian industrial products. The study concludes the importance of moving towards integration within the African space to achieve development goals, which must be preceded by taking several steps at the strategic level that lead to the removal of various obstacles, especially logistical ones

Full text linkSovereign Wealth Funds SWFs play a crucial role in global financial markets, particularly during periods of crisis. This paper delves into the impact of SWF interventions on inflation rates amidst financial crises. By analyzing historical data of some emerging country how possessed a SWFs, the paper examines how SWFs actions affect inflation dynamics. Additionally, the paper investigates the relationship between SWF interventions and inflation rate. Through empirical analysis, the paper provides insights into the extent to which SWF interventions contribute to inflation volatility and stability during times of crisis. Understanding the interplay between SWFs and inflation is essential for macroeconomic stability in the face of financial turmoil
Monetary Policy Rule and its Performance under Inflation Targeting in Algeria
Full text linkThe aim of this study is to reassess the efficacy of inflation targeting in Algeria by utilizing the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Bound Test (ARDL) model to analyze the Taylor rules. Our findings reveal that the implementation of inflation targeting in Algeria's monetary policy does not yield a significant immediate impact on inflation. Nonetheless, there is evidence of a gradual adjustment towards attaining the targeted inflation rate over time

This type of economic development of mankind, based on which there is an almost complete absolutization of the process of cooperation of human, biological and digital technologies. Suffice it to note that according to the estimates of a number of leading experts and expert agencies, it is expected that by the end of 2035 the number of robotic and automated jobs will reach about 95%, about half of the jobs that exist today will be unclaimed

Among the most important are price, accommodation conditions and quality of tourism services, natural and cultural resources and security climate. The use of tourism competitiveness indices helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a destination compared to others, to give a country a sense of the tourism situation and to promote the sustainable development of the travel sector. In this contribution, we are interested in studying the competitiveness index of the travel and tourism sector through some indicators that describe this concept by adopting a panel data approach under Eviews software on a sample of 12 MENA countries from the world economic forum WEF database during a biennial period from 2007 to 2021

No full textتعتبر وكالة أناد من بين أولى هيئات دعم السلطات الوطنية لقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حيث مكنت العديد من الشباب من انشاء مشاريع استثمارية مدرة للمداخيل ومستحدثة لمناصب الشغل، غير أن لوكالة مؤخرا أعلنت عن نسب ضخمة لتعثر مؤسساتها، مما استوجب طرح التساؤل حول أسباب هذا التعثر ومعرفة خطة الوكالة في مساعدة المؤسسات المتعثرة. اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحليلي، القائم على وصف الظاهرة وتحليل احصائيات عمل الوكالة خلال سنة 0202 ، والتي عكست جهود الوكالة في محاولة للحفاظ على المؤسسات المستحدثة.

The impact of green practices adoption on the reducing the costs
Full text linkOur aim is to identify the level of adoption of green practices at the university, and the problem was: what is the effect of green practices on reducing costs at the University of Medea? This is by testing the hypothesis that green practices will reduce costs. For this propose a questionnaire was developed to collect data from 75 persons from professors and administrators who were selected using the appropriate sampling method. The results showed that it is possible to adopt green practices in universities

No full textتركز إشكالية هذه الدراسة على الدور الذي يحتله إصلاح وعصرنة الإدارة الضريبية في زيادة التحصيل الضريبي في الجزائر لما لهذا الأخير من أهمية في تمويل التنمية، حيث انطلقنا من فرضية أن إصلاح لإدارة الضريبية لم يساهم في الرفع من التحصيل الضريبي بالرغم من التدابير المتخذة خاصة في ظل العصرنة، وتسعى هذه الدراسة أساسا إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التحصيل في الجزائر في ظل الجهود لمبذولة لإصلاح الإدارة الضريبية، لهذا اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، ولقد توصلنا إلى أن تطور الحصيلة الضريبية في الجزائر بقي محتشما ولم يصل إلى النتائج التي كانت منتظرة .
The reaserch problem focuses on the role of reform and modernization of tax administration in increasing tax collection in Algeria. The main hypothysis is that the reform did not contribute to raising tax collection despite the measures taken. This study aims to highlight the reality of tax collection in Algeria (in light of administration reform). We relied on descriptive and analytical approach. where we concluded that tax revenues in Algeria remains low and does not reach the expected result
The Algerian university and the needs of the labor market
Full text link This paper examines the alignment between the university education at ISTA Oran and labor market needs in Algeria. The high unemployment rate among Algerian university graduates points to a general problematic of mismatch between education and jobs. The main hypothesis is that there is a gap between the educational services and actual labor market requirements. The methodology used is a survey of 47 ISTA teachers. Overall, the study highlights the need for better training-employment alignment to positively impact graduates' employability
