Human capital investment and economic development: empirical evidence from the Middle East region MENA
This paper explores the role of human capital in economic growth in the MENA region. This research proposes empirical approaches using panel data from 2007 to 2019, and employs appropriate econometric techniques. This work argues that investment in human capital is considered a crucial factor in influencing economic success. It is found that human capital has an influence on economic growth; however, this influence may not be as large which can limit a country's growth potential in the MENA region
Business accelerators as a new mechanism to support and accompany start -up in Algeria Case study “A-Venture” model
This study aims to identify business accelerators as an important mechanism for strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Algeria, especially for startups seeking guidance, and funding through intensive and accelerated programs. A descriptive approach was used to address the research question, focusing on the A-Venture Accelerator as the first public accelerator model in Algeria. The study highlights the various services and facilities provided by A-Venture to ensure the success and sustainability of startup companies. The results reveal that accelerators play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding startups through extensive educational programs and technical expertise to accelerate their growth and ensure their sustainability. The study recommends creating a comprehensive and advanced ecosystem that includes all stakeholders involved in startups, including finance, policies, markets and culture, to contribute to the progress and development of this type of project.

Its tasks are to give confidence and accept funds as an intermediary for exchange between individuals for the success of the currency and the acceptance of individuals, and to create mutual dominance among States.In our current era the usual cash trades have been reduced to be replaced by electronic transactions and payments or so-called cryptocurrencies or cryptocurrencies, which despite the uncertainty they were initially due to the reality of their virtual/electronic nature was accepted and demand for their prices increased to record levels that were impossible to imagine, It has even made its way to international financial transactions, which have clearly been the focus of everyone's curiosity and interest
Mechanisms for Implementing Artificial Intelligence to Achieve Road Safety in Algeria An analytical study
This study aims to highlight the importance of artificial intelligence systems in achieving traffic safety in Algeria by analyzing the situation of traffic accidents over the period from 2010 to 2023. It also aims to showcase the efforts and measures taken to implement artificial intelligence systems to reduce these accidents and propose suitable solutions to achieve economic performance. The study found that, in the field of traffic safety in Algeria, many regulatory measures and efforts have been taken; however, these laws have not succeeded in reducing traffic accidents. Regarding the application of artificial intelligence systems, their use is limited to security services only, such as radars and cameras
The influence of sustainable tourism development in curbing the phenomenon of unemployment in Algeria (2013-2023)
The research paper aims to study ways to develop the tourism sector as a means of addressing the issue of unemployment, utilizing descriptive and analytical method. The data used was collected from various sources such as from the international Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). We inferred that, even though the tourism sector contributes to generating direct job opportunities within the sector itself, it also creates indirect employment by stimulating related industries, the percentage of contribution is still weak, as it hardly exceeds 6.5% of the total employment in Algeria, according to (wttc).
 
COVID 19 IMPLICATIONS ON CREDIT LOSS PROVISIONING RULES UNDER IFRS 9: PRO-CYCLICALITY CONCERNS
The objective of this paper is to analyse the procyclicality behavior of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model introduced by IFRS 9, during the economic downturn due to the Covid 19 pandemic. A regression analysis was conducted on a dataset gathered from euro era in order to investigate the hypothesis suggesting that the new model does not exhibit a procyclical behavior. Our findings indicate that, despite the IASB's expectation that the ECL model would have a countercyclical impact, it still demonstrates procyclical behavior
Evaluating The Effectiveness Of The Exchange Rate-Channel In Transmitting The Impact Of Monetary Policy To Inflation In Algeria: From ( 1990 - 2017) - An Econometric Study
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the exchange rate channel in transmitting the impact of monetary policy to inflation in Algeria during the period (1990 – 2017 ), by trying to answer the problem of the study which is: in measuring the effectiveness of the exchange rate channel in transmitting the effects of monetary policy to inflation in Algeria, relying on the SVAR autoregressive methodology.
The results of the study led to the acceptance of the second hypothesis, which is that there is little relative effectiveness of the exchange rate channel in transmitting the effects of monetary policy to inflation in Algeria, which reached a rate of (0.09%)
