The Entrepreneurial Ecosystem as a Success Factor for Startups -The Turkish Experience as a Model-
This study aims to shed light on the entrepreneurial ecosystem and its contribution to startups success, as well as presenting the Turkish experience in this field. To achieve these objectives, a combination of three methods has been used: the descriptive and analytical method, the case study method, and the comparative method. The study reached a set of results, the most important, is that the entrepreneurial ecosystem is the platform that supports the creation and the growth of startups, through its contribution in creating opportunities and providing an appropriate environment that helps entrepreneurs launching their startups; and that the Turkish entrepreneurial ecosystem reached a new level, due to the efforts of both public and private sectors, in providing a suitable environment for the activity of startups
Intellectual Property: A strategic lever for the commercialization of innovative traditional craft products in Algeria
The marketing of artisanal products on the global market has long contributed to the generation of wealth and economic development of nations.
This positive trend has quickly removed barriers to entry into the international artisan market, thanks to the emergence of new management practices that have enabled businesses to develop sustainable and defensible competitive advantages. However, this global artisanal landscape has disadvantaged the positioning of artisanal products from developing countries.
Indeed, the International Symposium on Global Handicrafts held in Manila in 1997 revealed the urgent need to protect handicraft products through a codification system and elements of intellectual property (Document CLT/CONF/604/5). Nevertheless, Algerian artisans have long overlooked the need to valorize their creativity in the market through intellectual property assets such as trademarks, brands, appellations of origin, geographical indications, and more. Our work will now focus on the intellectual property of artisanal innovations, its interplay with export marketing elements, and the differentiation strategies for traditional craft products to ensure better marketing on both local and international markets
What is the role of artificial intelligence in shaping accounting information systems? A literature review
Artificial intelligence (AI) applied to accounting and auditing represents a matter that is getting the attention of researchers. This paper provides an understanding of the evolution of AI and its role in shaping accounting information systems (AISs). It aims to summarize the current state of the literature that deals with the impact of AI on AIS, highlighting related aspects, such as the benefits and challenges of AI in AIS research. This review suggests that current studies dealing with this matter are scarce and invites future research to examine how bias and transparency are handled in the context of AI auditing systems and whether human auditors will fully rely on AI outcomes
The entrepreneurial accompaniment and its role in supporting emerging projects: Case study of the National Fund for Credit Guarantee FGAR
We present the concepts of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial accompaniment in Algeria, highlighting the National Fund for Credit Guarantee for Small and Medium Enterprises (FGAR) as one of the mechanisms of entrepreneurial escort by analysing the various statistics and results of this fund. The study concluded with the positive role played by the FGAR in supporting entrepreneurship in Algeria, but the lack of coherence and coordination between the various mechanisms of support and entrepreneurial accompaniment led to the disruption of its development goals
Proposed conceptual model for the application of the attributy Based costing system to rationalize production costs at Algerian economic institutions - applied study at a Cardboard manufacturing plant
The aim of this study is to build a conceptual model for applying the costing system based on the ABCII specifications in order to rationalize the cost of the Algerian product in light of the modern manufacturing environment, The two researchers chose GOURA EMBALLAGE Corporation for the corrugated cardboard industry as a model in order to rationalize and reduce the cost of medium-sized carton boxes. To implement this study, we prepared personal interviews with the head of the production and sales department, noting that the institution owns 06 production lines, and the two researchers chose the 9PA production line with a flow of 800,000 Medium sized cans units per month. This study reached important results, including that the application of the costing system on the basis of specifications contributes significantly to the rationalization of production costs. as It does not rely on modern methods of management to reach the real cost of its products in a scientific, accurate and correct manner. For this reason, the researchers are certain that the institution under study does not take into account the modern systems of strategic cost management, including the costing system based on activities ABC and the costing system based on specifications ABCII
The non-existence of an inflation-output trade-off under the rational expectations hypothesis as the cause of the steady state situation. Overtaking attempt.
This article tries to prove the existence of an inflation-output (unemployment) trade-off, at least in the long-run, under a context of the rational expectations hypothesis REH, which makes it possible to overcome the Lucasian steady state situation. This existence of trade-off is due to the importance of saving and the accumulation of capital over time, as well as to unexpected economic policies by the agents, which is essential for economic growth. To achieve this objective, we will expose the unrealistic aspect of REH which avoids any inflation-output (unemployment) trade-off in the short-run and the long-run, and consequently it leads the economy to an infinite steady state situation. Our work undertakes a personal philosophical and mathematical approach, which finds its origins in the pioneering works of economic growth theory, namely those of Harrod, Domar and Solow. We have tried to propose a solution for overcoming the steady state à la Lucas. Nevertheless, our work requires further studies to validate its theoretical and mathematical framework ... or criticize it

The importance of selecting Bayesian nonparametric survival models: application to the estimation of unemployment durations
The Kaplan-Meier and Fleming-Harrington estimator in the frequentist approach are functional methods. We compare in this article the different Bayesian structures of the Kaplan-Meier and Fleming-Harrington estimators through the information deviance criterion in a real example describes the duration of unemployment of 1064 individuals in an employment agency. employment at the local employment agency in Ain El Benian. This study clearly shows the importance of bayesian model selection in duration models
Algerian revenue regulations funds between necessity and waste of rare resources (2000-2020)
This article is about the evolution of the Algerian revenue regulations funds over the period 2000-2020, which was created in 2000 to deal with the oil chock, the funds has contributed for many years since its creation to the compensation of the lower values of the oil taxation, either for the reduction of the public debt, or, finally, to finance the budget deficit of the State, which proves its growing role on the one hand, but on the other hand the 2014 oil shock led to the total drying up of its assets in early 2017
L’innovation collaborative au sein des PME de la wilaya de Bejaia Collaborative innovation within SMEs in the wilaya of Bejaia
The subject of this paper is the study of collaborative innovation in the context of Algerian SMEs. Based on the SMEs of the wilaya of Bejaia, this study consists of examining their potential to collaborate with each other and with other actors to innovate. To do this, a sample of 60 SMEs was the subject of a field survey. Using the data collected, we were able to determine the factors that prevent SMEs from practicing collaborative innovation, including the lack of financial, human and material resources.
